Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's lands are his private properties which was documented to be his lands, for his heirs, and successors, forever.
The entity Territory turned State of Hawaii are Not his heirs or successors but identity thieves. See: PA PELEKANE case, 1912, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's deeds for his Crown Lands and Government Lands were found in research at the Archives.
Evidence of conspiracies, premeditations have also been found. The conspirators moved to assume the private properties of our Royal Families and claim our Families Crown lands dubbing it "ceded lands".
Criminal piracy, racketeering, etc. has been documented.
As the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, with the authority to Null and Void Illegal contracts, and as one of the heirs and Representatives of our Royal Families, I, Amelia Gora, hereby Null and Void the Illegal contracts made by the Territory, turned State under Proclamation Null and Void.

The entity/identity thieves State of Hawaii have No lands, don't own an inch and have been supported by the fraudulent Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees, et. als.
In 1996, a 281 page affidavit/lien was filed affecting all the lands in the Hawaiian archipelago.
Complaints about fraud, etc. was made and the responses included that I should file police reports, public prosecutor's office, and go to the court of original jurisdiction:

Public Prosecutor's office contacted and they directed me to go to the Attorney General's office - mind you, the instructions given were from the Supreme Court attorneys who did not direct me to go to the Attorney General.
Over the years, the Attorney General's were served letters, etc.
The Attorney General's office by the way is occupying/SQUATTING on my own families land, under the name of Abner Paki whose stepdaughter Kalola - my great great great grandmother's land....found out the Comptroller named Yagi transferred our lands to the HUD/Housing of Urban Development, but the fact is that this is our Private Properties and does NOT belong to the Squatters!
The Police Reports were made over time and did you know that the filings are under "Miscellaneous Publications" rather than Felony charges of theft of lands, etc. -----talk about CORRUPTION, criminal conspiracies show involving Non Owners, occupiers, squatters who are Illegal in Hawaii, there was NO ANNEXATION!

The Hawaiian Kingdom never went away because the Royal Family's make up the two permanent parts of the government, and it was the third part of the government, a temporary part which usurped our Queen in 1893.
