The Kingdom of Hawaii was a leader when it came to respecting the
rights of all men.
The reason was the passage of article 12 of the 1852 Constitution in
the Kingdom of Hawaii.
The conspirators, including American Civil War Generals, who
criminally dethroned Hawaii's Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 did not make
it well known that Hawaii was in the forefront when it came to
abolishing SLAVERY, etc.
The following is a Chronological SLAVE,Prison History, More Slaves to
be Imprisoned (Patriot Act, Guantanamo, etc.) in Hawaii, the United
States, and elsewhere:
1656 – Law established in the U.S. 'which caused house of correction
inmates in the Massachusetts Bay Colony to work on 'a stock of hemp
and flax or other materials.' (Correctional Research Bulletin No. 6,
United Prison Assoc. of Mass, 1955.)
1852 – Hawaii. Article 12, of the Constitution:
'No slavery or involuntary labour except for crime'.
(unreadable) Naipaku inquired if imprisonment debt was not
involuntary servitude; and was told that if fraudulent it was a crime
and came within the provision of the article. The article passed.'
1857 – The Dred Scott decision: 'The Supreme Court had ruled that
Negroes were not citizens of the United States – insisted on the
national citizenship of all Americans; the Fifteenth (Amendment)
attempted to protect the freedman by granting him the vote. The
Congressional Reconstruction Acts of 1867 and the Enforcement Acts of
the early 1870's expanded federal authority to protect citizens and
uphold their constitutional rights.'
1861-1865 – American Civil War/War Between the States/ War of
Secession was fought between the Union (the North) and the
Confederacy (the South). 530,000 died in the Civil War.
1865 – 'The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution,
passed by Congress in 1865, abolished slavery except for those
convicted of a crime.'
Note and Comments:
The U.S. passed the slavery law 13 years AFTER Hawaii's law was
passed.
Notice how the wording is very similar:
Hawaii: 'No slavery or involuntary labour except for crime'.
U.S.: 'abolished slavery except for those convicted of a crime.'
It appears that the U.S. followed Hawaii as an example, then claimed
to be a pioneer towards equality of all men.
The harsh reality is that along with treasures of the Kingdom of
Hawaii, occupation of lands, wealth, resources, this particular law
was also assumed by the U.S. as its own. This important law was
disregarded in history and downplayed by the conspirators/ American
supported conspirators who claimed Hawaii to be a barbaric society.
Due to the timing of this particular law, it appears that the U.S. is
and remains a truly barbaric society.
1865 - 'The most ambitious effort on behalf of the freedmen was the
Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, created by Congress
in March 1865.
'For blacks, the disappointment that attended the government's
abandonment of the policy was overwhelming, for they saw the
possession of property as 'the consummation of deliverance,'
according to Carl Shurz – a German immigrant and journalist who had
served in the Union army and was dispatched by Johnson on a fact-
finding tour of the conquered Confederacy.'
Note: Carl Shurz was one of the five(5) Civil War Generals who were
in Hawaii at the time of the wrongful dethronement of Queen
Liliuokalani.
If the U.S. had intentions of stating that Hawaii was a
Confederacy, that would not fly because according to the laws passed
by Kamehameha III, IV, and V, maintained by King Lunalilo, changed
during King Kalakaua's time, and changed by Queen Liliuokalani in
1893, any `NEGRO' in Hawaii would be declared a Free man.
Research Incomplete on the `fact-finding tour' and `Abandoned land'
issues that were investigated by Carl Shurz.
1865 – 1875: Union General Phil Sheridan recorded that 3,500 whites
and blacks were killed.
1866 - Pulaski, Tennessee – Six 'Confederate' veterans formed the
.
1870 – The National Prison Associations's declaration 'education is a
matter of primary importance in prisons'.
1893 - Queen Liliuokalani was wrongfully, criminally dethroned by
conspirators and a concerted effort of foreigners, including American
Civil War generals, Masons and Freemasons, etc.
Queen Liliuokalani was imprisoned by the conspirators supported by
the U.S. government.
Habeas Corpus case used against Sheldon by the
Provisional claimed government but an 'entity' which was neither de
facto nor de jure.
Sheldon, editor of the HAWAIIAN HOLOMUA had printed a
near accurate story of the wrongful dethronement of Hawaii's Queen.
1896 – Republic of Hawaii Case, 4th Circuit – Big Island/Hawaii:
Habeas Corpus Writ for Benjamin De Silveira of Hilo, Hawaii made due
to his being 'unlawfully restrained of his liberty'.
Slave issues: He had been claimed to have a contract with the
Laupahoehoe Sugar Company.
The legal issues were:
(1) it was a fraudulent contract, and
(2) Benjamin De Silveira was under age.
He was released with his father's (Guilherme da Silveira) assistance.
Note: The Portuguese family was able to obtain a release of
Benjamin. Undoubtedly, criminal contracts were set up to take many
young able bodied persons as SLAVES on the plantations during the
period after the conspirators supported by the U.S. and Great Britain
usurped Hawaii's Queen. Research incomplete.
1906 – In the U.S., Eugene Debs stirred the people:
AROUSE, YE SLAVES!
'The latest and boldest stroke of the plutocracy, but for the
blindness of the people, would have startled the nation.'
'Murder has been plotted and is about to be executed in the name and
under the forms of law.'
'Men who will not yield to corruption and browbeating must be
ambushed, spirited away and ed.'
'That is the edict of the Mine Owner's Association of the Western
states and their Standard Oil backers and pals in Wall Street, New
York.'
'These gory-beaked vultures are to pluck out the heart of resistance
to their tyranny and robbery, that labor may be left stark at
their mercy.'
'Charles Moyer and Wm. D. Haywood, of the Western Federation of
Miners, and their official colleagues-men all of them, and every inch
of them—are charged with the assasination of ex-Governor Frank
Steunenberg, of Idaho, who simply reaped what he had sown, as a mere
subterfuge to pounce upon them in secret, rush them out of the state
by special train, under heavy guard, clap them into the penitentiary,
convict them upon the purchased perjured testimony of villains, and
strangle them to with the hangman's noose.''
'It is a foul plot; a damnable conspiracy; a hellish outrage.'
'Personally and intimately do I know Moyer, Haywood, Pettibone, St.
John and their official coworkers, and I will stake my life on their
honor and integrity; and that is precisely the crime for which,
accoriding to the words of the slimy sleuth who worked up the case
against them, 'they shall never leave Idaho alive.'
'Well, by the gods, if they don't the governors of Idaho and Colorado
and their masters from Wall Street, New York, to the Rocky Mountains
had better prepare to follow them.'
'Nearly twenty years ago the capitalist tyrants put some men
to for standing up for labor.'
'They are now going to try it again. Let them dare!'
THE CANTON SPEECH
'Do you wish to hasten the day of victory? Join the Socialist
Party! Don't wait for the morrow. Join now! Enroll your name
without fear and take your place where you belong. You cannot do
your duty by proxy. You have got to do it yourself and do it
squarely and then as you look yourself in the face you will have no
occasion to blush. You will know what it is to be a real man or
woman. You will lose nothing; you will gain everything. Not only
will you lose nothing but you will find something of infinite value,
and that something will be yourself. And that is your supreme need –
to find yourself—to really know yourself and your purpose in life.'

strike to their cowardly hearts and they will be but too eager
to relax their grip upon our throats and beat a swift retreat.'

'A special revolutionary convention….would be in order, and, if
extreme measures are required, a general strike could be ordered and
industry paralyzed as a preliminary to a general uprising.'

---Excerpts of a 1906 speech by Eugene V. Debs, sought the U.S.
Presidency five (5) times: 1900, 1904, 1908, 1912 and 1920. He was
born in Terre Haute, Indiana.
His acnowledged hero was John Brown, defender of slaves.
'He served six months in Jail in 1895 for violating a court
injunction against his leadership of a railroad strike involving more
than a hundred thousand workers.'
1917 – Queen Liliuokalani died.
1919 - In the U.S., Eugene Debs Presidential candidate:
'In 1919, charged with violating the Espionage Act for having made an
ANTIWAR speech, he went to prison and served two years and eight
months of a ten-year sentence.'
'Upon his release from prison he continued to serve the labor and
socialist movement, speaking and writing, as long as he was
physically able, until his on October 20, 1926.'
1930 – The act of Congress established the Bureau of Prisons, also
known as the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
1932 – The Wisconsin State Prison 'was one of the first to realize
the advantages of direct cooperation with the state university.'
A 'full-time school was established at the prison under the
supervision of the university's extension division, thus making it in
a real sense, a part of the public school system of the state.'
1945 – At Danbury, Connecticut, the Federal Correctional
Institution 'pioneered the development of a pre-release program.
This is a body of special activities and services designed to bridge
the gap between life in the institution and that of the free
community. Not only has this kind of program begun to appear in a
number of other jurisdictions, but the basic idea has been carried
further.'
The Federal Bureau of Prisons experimented on youth
offenders 'half way houses'.
1960 - 'The prison population in the United States was approximately
200,000.'
1993 – U.S. President Clinton admitted wrongdoing, admitted some of
the conspiracies against Hawaii's Queen Liliuokalani, the subjects of
the Monarchy/Constitutional Monarchy government, the Kingdom of
Hawaii, and added a disclaimer under Public Law 103-150.

The following document was found by Kiliwehi Kekumano. This document was delivered to the President in 1897 protesting the Annexation.
If you read what our Queen Liliuokalani actually wrote, this verifies that the entity State of Hawaii with the U.S. could not annex the Hawaiian Islands.
This document took years to find, and a fraudulent document sits in the Archives with doctored words.
No one wants the Hawaiian people/kanaka maoli/aboriginal Hawaiians/Hawaiian Nationals to have knowledge of these documents.
There are genocide laws that can be applied as well....Premeditation, duress, stress, usurpation, coercion, genocide lists documented in our records as well as the entity State of Hawaii/City and County -Honolulu Police Department, etc.
The legal references will be given to defenders of Ko Hawaii Nei Pae Aina/ Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago.

I, Liliuokalani of Hawaii, by the Will of God, named
heir apparent on the tenth day of April, A.D. 1877,
and the Grace of God, Quen of the Hawaiian Islands on
the 17th day of January, A.D. 1893, do hereby protest
against the ratification of a certain treaty which, so
I am informed, has been signed at Washington by
Messrs. Hatch, Thurston and Kinney, purporting to
cede these islands to the territory and dominion of
the United States. I declare such treaty to be an act
of wrong towards the native and part native peoples of
Hawaii, an invasion of the rights of the ruling
chiefs, in violation of the international rights both
towards my people and towards friendly nations with
whom they have made treaties, the perpetuation of the
fraud whereby the constitutional government was
overthrown and finally an act of gross injustice to
me.
BECAUSE, The official protest made by me on the 17th
day of January, 1893, to the so-called provisional
goernment was signed by me and received by such
government with the assurance that the case was
referred to the United States of America for
arbitration.
BECAUSE, That protest and my communications to the
United States government immediately thereafter
expressly declares that I yielded my authority to the
forces of the United States in order to avoid
bloodshed, and because I recognized the futility of a
conflict with so formidable a power.
BECAUSE, The president of the United States, the
Secretary of State an envoy commissioned by them
reported in official documents that my government was
unlawfully coerced by forces, diplomatic and naval of
the United States, that I was at the date of their
investigations the constitutional ruler of my people.

BECAUSE, Such decision of the recognized magistrates
of the United States was officially communicated to me
and to Sanford B. Dole and said Dole's resignation
requested by Albert S. Williams the recognized agent
and minister of the Government of the United States.
BECAUSE, Neither of the above commission nor the
governments which sends it has ever received any such
authority from th registered voters of Hawaii but
derives its assumed powers from the so-called
Committee of Public Safety, organized about the said
17th day of January, 1893, said committee being
composed largely of persons claiming American
citizenship and not one single Hawaiian was a member
therof or in any way participated in the demonstration
leading to its existence.
BECAUSE, My people about forty thousand in number have
in no way been consulted by those, three thousand in
number who claim the right to destroy the independence
of Hawaii. My people constitute four fifts of the
legally qualified voters of Hawaii and excluding those
imported for the demands of labor, about the same
proportion of the inhabitants.
BECAUSE, Said Treaty ignores not only the civic rights
of my people, but further the hereditary property of
their chieves. Of the four million acres composing
the Territory, said treaty offers to annex one
million, or 915,000 acres, has in no way been
heretofore recognized as other than the private
property of the constitutional monarch, subject to a
control in no way differing from other matters of a
private estate.

BECAUSE, It is proposed by said treaty to confiscate
said property technically called the Crown Lands those
legally entitled thereto, with either now or in
succession receiving no consideration whatever for
estates, the title to which has always been undisputed
and which is legitimately in my name at this date.
BECAUSE, Said treaty ignores not only all professions
of perpetual amity and good faith made by the United
States in former treaties made with the sovereigns
representing the Hawaiian people, but all treaties
made by those sovereigns with other and friendly
powers, and it is, thereby, in violation of
international law.
BECAUSE, By treating with the parties claiming at
this time the right to cede such territory of Hawaii,
the government of the United States receives such
territory from the hands of those whom its own
magistrates legally elcted by the people of the United
States and in office in 1893 pronounced fraudulently
in power and unconstitutionally ruling Hawiai.
THEREFORE, I, Liliuokalani of Hawaii, do hereby call
upon the president of that nation
To whom alone I yielded my property and my authority,
to withdraw said teaty ceding said islands from
further consideration, I ask the honorable Senate of
the United States to decline to ratify said treaty and
I implore the people of this great and good nation
from whom my ancestors learned theChristian religion,
to sustain their representatives in such acts of
justice and equity as may be in accord with the
principles of their fathers and to the Almighty ruler
of the univers, to Him who judgeth righteously I
commit my cause.

States of America this seventeenth day of June in the
year 1897
