This is one of the Trusts/Entities listed in the Judicial Tribunal list of persons/entities documented who has been legally dispossessed according to Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America.

The Treaty was signed and ratified by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli for himself, his heirs and successors with the United States of America - U.S. President Zachary Taylor.

The heirs and successors are the Kamehameha's - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli'v children or heirs, and successors - which includes the families and hanai hookama/adopted children of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.

The Treaty does Not include other kanaka maoli nor illegal entities such as identity thieves the 'Territory", "State of Hawaii".
