The Legal Notice is Important for all kanaka maoli ..... save, xerox and keep for your records  .....we are from a neutral, friendly, non violent nation.....the House of Nobles, Representatives (voted in part of the Hawaiian Government), and the rights of native tenants are part of the protectors/caretakers of our aina...the entity State of Hawaii is NOT part of our families, not related to the Royal Families, the kanaka maoli, and are NOT the successors of the Kingdom of Hawaii (see PA PELEKANE (1912) case, First Circuit Court - HAWAIIAN REPORTS - they are documented identity thieves!  Use in matters affecting Mauna Kea, Haleakala and all lands according to the Statute of Kamehameha III, and supported by our Royal Families through the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs....our people and supporters have immunities through the parity clause under international law....the Kamehameha's exists from 19+ of his children, and 15 of his step children, and 3 of his hanai/adopted children.  Also read theiolani.blogspot.com This is the link with Kamehameha III's statute law:  http://maoliworld.ning.com/forum/topics/legal-rights-of-kanaka-maoli-native-tenants-or-why-defenders-and aloha.
