Everyone ---fyi the Bureau of Conveyances will be charging $10 a page for certifying docs and a dollar for each after that... the filing fees for land docs has also gone up from $25 to $50.... and it'll kick in on Monday February 27, 2017.....isn't that piracy, pillaging,....and some call it extortion.... wicked.....
