Vol VI No. 639 Part 2

Honolulu Police Department, Interested others - Genocide Activities List:
Problematic issues have surfaced and there are conflicts due to Kamehameha families claims.
Some of our families also descend from other Nation's leaders example: Japan - our ancestors ruled Japan for nearly 300 years - Heike Clan of Yamaguchi Japan or part of the Tokugawa families. People who are similar marry.
Please add Sam Monet to the Genocide Activities List. He claims to be a descendant of Keopuolani and has claimed an unverified name, is attacking my family(ies), has been abusive in e-mails, and claims that his families are part of Trusts, etc.
Issues are ongoing regarding our families and we are the true title, land owners, Kamehameha's descendants, Queen Liliuokalani's True Trustees as uncovered through more than 25 years of research in genealogies, 30 years of history research, and 15 years of legal research.
Thank you,
Amelia Gora

really hope everyone is seriously hitting this farce with SOMETHING real (besides online mana'o - which is great and all, but SO does NOT count as real resistance, lol!).
Let's get real. This Arakawa dude, small potato of poor quality that he may be, has a legion of bulldozers at his disposal and way more guns to back them up than anyone here can amass. And he is not the only ignorant crazy man in a position of power around here. By far.
I say it is way time to get it together for serious kūʻē. Big kūʻē, small kūʻē, in-the-illegal-system kūʻē, out-of-the-system kūʻē, creative kūʻē, mundane kūʻē, graceful n refined kūʻē, down n dirty kūʻē, and everything in between. And don't stop!!
As my dear commie friends like to say, "we have nothing to lose but our chains."

Pono Kealii aloha Laulani,

mahalo for your mana'o, Please allow me to offer my own personal mana'o regarding the logic and theory of non participation by Hawaiians and aloha aina in the activities of the illegal "state of Hawai'i" puppet government and the government of its puppet master, the unlawful occupier and oppressor, United States.

first of all there is the fact that the "state of Hawai'i" is an illegal government because it is a government created illegally by a foreign nation (US) in violation of its own constitution, in order to try to legitimize the US' unlawful occupation of Hawai'i, Participating in an illegal government lends it credence and tends to give the illegal government a sense of legitimacy.

second, when we as lawful citizens of the Kingdom of Hawai'i tacitly accept the illegally imposed US citizenship and participate in the activities of the illegal "state of Hawai'i" and the US government we become complicit in the illegal and unlawful actions of these governments directed against the Kingdom of Hawai'i and its citizens.

Finally, by participating in the these illegal governments and their activities directed against the Kingdom of Hawai'i and its citizens owe become legally liable as "collaborators with enemies of the Kingdom of Hawai'i" at the least and traitors to the crown, nation and people at Hawai'i in the more extreme cases. These are very serious crimes, Collaboration en masse can be forgiven but treason, if proven has very serious consequences.

We must each decide how we choose to act in light of the fact that the restoration of the Kingdom of Hawai'i is quite imminent and the window of opportunity to chose to stand strong with our beloved layup or stand against the Kingdom of Hawai'i and with its enemies instead is rapidly closing.

the choice is each of ours to either stand with or stand against the Kingdom of Hawai'i... sitting on the fence will be considered standing against the Hawai'i.

Laulani Teale I totally respect that. Truly principled non-participation is indeed kūʻē.
I support that as long as there is no dissing of those who do participate. That dissing, I do not like. I especially find it offensive when actions like voting are equated with participation in Naʻi Aupuni. There is a huge difference. Naʻi Aupuni in fact sells out the Kingdom, because -- knowing they do not represent a huge sector of kanaka -- for a pittance, it gives something of ours away that is not theirs to give. That is not at all true in voting, or court action, or participation in hearings.
There is another straw man out there that those who engage with the illegal state actually believe that freedom can be achieved that way. Ummm....no. Kūʻē outside the system is just as important and MUST happen at the same time, or cooption will occur. That does not make participation itself, or promotion of it, an act of cooption or being coopted. That straw man is really offensive.
Another thing that happens too much is non-participation that really has nothing to do with kūʻē or the Kingdom. MOST kanaka non-participation is of this variety, and some of it uses protest against the system as an excuse. I support non-participation as kūʻē, but I think it is harmful to use this to cover up real problems we have in our community, such as apathy, disempowerment, lack of foresight or understanding of processes (eg not being able to get the registration process together), illiteracy, preferential colonized focus on stuff that has nothing to do with action of any kind (eg shopping, tv, social drinking, Dave n Busters etc), and -- worst of all -- the idea that arguing on facebook is the same as taking action!!
I donʻt care if people fight in the system, out of the system, or whatever. There is so much to do. Just fight!!

Bimo Akiona Mahalo for your mana'o. Personally, I believe the best place to fight your enemy, is from within their own house. If I'm seen as a "collaborator", better yet. Surprise is always an even better weapon. What I will never do, is not support the effort by anyone whose purpose is the same as mine. For me, someone sitting on the fence is my kuleana, not their fault. Mahalo for your effort. It is appreciated.

Lana Ululani Robbins Sad reality is that people will complain online instead of protest in the voting booth.

Wiley Kanak Waddup kakou, this some smart buggahs ova hea. I tell you what I read ova hea is a not so bad battle plan. A little soldier, a little slippery spying, and throw in a teaspoon of historical " dem fakas" that last one good fo motivation. Oh and this may sound out of place but we need to cross our fingers behind our backs and lie to the guards, because in my opinion we are p.o.w. When na'i aupuni went start I was trying to get as many independanistas as possible to attend, mostly in the same vein as cuzin bumpy to sway the vote. I think that is just as important as land occupations. I like this talk hea. A group of kanaks who hate the white mans foot up their asses and continue to analyze the positioning of such said ass to deflect the pains of annexation with all the ammo at hand. Is this the aloha aina platform? What I appreciate----so far is that the passions and emotions have not yet concluded into our own people's cannabiluzation of each other. Mahalo laulani am always hopeful for more ammo

Millicent Cummings If we remain confined to the voting booth, we will continue to be disempowered...as time will attest. Those we are voting for no matter who they are, are simply not able to REPRESENT us. It is everyone's kuleana now...The times have gone far past what was once recognizable. We are co-creating a very new paradigm...Let is be based on Aloha, Kapu Aloha...Empathy and compassion for the obvious conundrum we are in and renewed courage and love. Otherwise, we are sitting ducks, like crabs in a fucking bucket already. Imua!

Amelia Gora Arm yourselves with knowledge and know that we do not have to receive approval from Congress to reform our Hawaiian Government ....reference: St. Thomas Law Review - http://bumpykanahele.com/St_Thomas_Law_Review_1995.pdf unlike bumpy who bears arms and knowing that boyle did undermine another nation...we must use the positive side of this, including utilizing Williamson Chang Kilikina Kekumano's et. als. information

Amelia Gora Remember and know that the Territory was "developed by the Army, Navy and Federal officials" and under U.S. President McKinley he proclaimed Hawaii to be a Territory of the United States....far reaching that it was....he had no such jurisdiction because the law of the seas respected on 3-12 miles from a contiguous nation.....and we're 2,100 miles away......Opposition to Annexation was made by Queen Liliuokalani and her subjects....signatures which were hidden away in the Maryland archives until Noenoe Silva and company found it.......Kilikina Kekumano found the original document of Queen Liliuokalani's opposition to annexation, and I, Amelia Gora found the article showing that U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani http://amelia-gora.blogspot.com/.../legal-notice-kingdom... also found that many Kamehameha's exist with documented evidence..... the fact of the matter is that we are a sovereign nation and the entity created are Identity Thieves trying to validate their illegal activities by creating fraudulent setups called OHA/Officie of Hawaiian Affairs which i've called Office of Hewa Advocates.......etc. Did you know that "Every sovereign nation has the inherent right to deny to aliens the privilege of entering its territory and even to expel them therefrom." which is a law pulled up in 1899...First Circuit Court In re Wong Tuck, 11, 600....... the Territory was in effect from 1900..... sounds like a good law for those who pursue criminal activites in the Hawaiian Kingdom don't you think? our legal basis is the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America, Article XIV. ....aloha.
Amelia Gora https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtRg4w8dH1Y p.s., Boyle's info could be used in part because according to Whistleblower Leuren Moret we have to watch Boyle ---because the attempt to undermine us is there and he appears to support violence....while we remain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation....

Amelia Gora did you know that there's a ton of frauds found in research? KSBE/ Kamehameha Schools/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates ----the St. Augustine Church in Waikiki ----Boy Scouts of Hawaii....U.S. given lands by KSBE, John Ii Trusts, James Campbell, Anaderia Amoe, Levi Haalelea, Queen Liliuokalani Trust - she denied signing a Trust Deed with the usurpers....and more....join us if you dare....contact hawaiianhistory@gmail.com for location, time...we are made up of the House of Nobles, Royal persons who were sued by the identity thieves over the Crown Lands....and we for real not the hewa created entitiies....... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrY9eHkXTa4 obtw am the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs one of Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha's, Kaumualii's, Nuuanu's, Kekuanaoa's, et. als. own
Amelia Gora obtw we are also working on the Konohiki Project...Kamehameha III and Mataio Kekuanaoa had a thousand konohiki each....only kanaka maoli need apply or those married to kanaka maoli  we utilize Kamehameha III's land laws, not the identity thieves/occupiers laws btw. and we are part of Queen Liliuokalani's true trustees descendants/heirs ..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SqHRh-F-HV8
