Moretta Balai Its about time the blood quantum should be 10 % or any way as long your born Hawaii you are considered a native to Hawaii . Dept. Hawaiian Home Lands or OHA question ? there are more of Quarter or part- Hawaiian than the traditional full or half Hawaiian born at this time now and in the future .
