Per comments being made on Robert Ebanez thread about the alternative KoH DMV (for a lack of a better name) to the Fake State DMV private club:
I, we, the Kingdom of Hawaii LLC are in the process of creating an alternative DMV.
As far as these license plate and certificate that is being offered, one needs to understand the origin, reasoning and the laws or lack thereof in this case. The question has been put forth both on Robert and myself about why is this being done in Minnesota in this particular case. First of all let me start by saying that this is not a new thing nor a one trick pony act. I personally have been at this in the US with other professionals since the early 1980ʻs after hearing about it in the 1970ʻs. This is way before most of these uninformed commenters were born. I have regrouped with those in the US that are still active and continue to move froward in this endeavor. The US will always try to make examples of folks that think out of the box and use the US constitutions and laws to their benefit. Then you have people who are either not knowledgable about the subject chiming in with worthless comments. If they have additional information that they researched to prove or falsify the subject, then put up a traceable link of origin that disputes or prove it to be false.
Back to why Minnesota or a better question should be, why not Hawaii?
The reason I do not use Hawaii is because I do not recognize Hawaii as a valid US State. It is not a US State and that is indisputable. Furthermore, by filing these types of documents in the Fake State will either prove that I recognize Hawaii as the 50th State or that I approve of the claim that the joint resolution did acquire the Kingdom of Hawaii legally. Both are furthest from the truth.

I first used Delaware in the 1970ʻs to document or to create LLC,s and the like. Why? Well if you need to ask then you have no clue of the reasons and Iʻm not here to educate people on this subject. Nevada is another go to State.
For those that think these license and information on them are not valid and protected under the constitutions and laws under the US then stand in line because there are a long line and you are not alone. This has been taken to court in many cities and States around the US. There are wins and loses, there are charges that have been dropped and others that have gone to jail. It is these individual judicial systems and judges that makes the decision either way that it goes but the commonality here is that the law protects the rights of the public to traveling free unless for commerce.
There are many documents out there that can be researched and one can adhere to anyone of them. But the important part here is that you do your due diligence and own that of what your mind believe is the truth. If you have questions on others belief then ask. Degrading people more so people that you donʻt personally know is not a very wise thing for many reasons. Consider this reason. Every human being is responsible for what they say. Every human being can be challenged in court for those words and be sued personally. There are judges that hand down sentences and were sued personally for those judgment and lost. Today, many more are being challenged an so to are those making comments for slander, defamation and a whole other things so, I caution those that may want to interject for you are liable for your words and these words are here for the world to see and what better proof of evidence will you find that is provided for free?
Back to these license plates that I designed and use.

The DMV has no liability just ownership. When you sign the paperwork you are voluntarily accepting the contract between you and the DMV. In this contract you agree to pay any fines, fees and other taxes that the DMV decides to put in their rule books. So if you are citied for an infraction while operating the vehicle, you are obligated to a few options. Have you ever wondered why it is so convenient to pay these fines online today? Yes, people want the easy way out by sending in the payments in lieu of taking time off of work and going to court. Others will opt to answer by mail disputing the citation or simply show up in court. There more on this but one more question for you. Do you know that joining the DMV club and subjecting yourself to all this abuse is voluntary and is written in the law as such? Well, it is.

So by me doing what I do with these license plates and displaying the NOT FOR HIRE signs that I post in all my vehicles, is to let the enforcement know that I have not joined the DMV club and that I am exercising my god given birth rights as I travel in a Private Property owned vehicle by me not the DMVʻs vehicle, that I am not subjected to the rules of said DMV and they have no reason or enforceable right to pull me over so long that I am conducting myself in a safe manner and not endangering any other user of the highway as I travel on my merrie way.
Enforcers that choose to pull me over with no just cause will know that this is done under their own personal not professional self and are liable for every word and action against his person in the court of law. Some enforcers will pull you over and through their questions to you, are setting you up to say keywords that will then give him probable cause which will then allow him entrance to your private property vehicle. Robert, may I suggest that you archive the video of when you were pulled over by HPD…

Robert Is trying to help the Kanaka advance vs status quo or going backwards in the fight of what is truly ours. For that reason, I stand strong behind Robert and in full support. We are in the paradigm shift and people around the world is waking up and standing up. Not only is it evident around the world but more so here in the Kingdom of Hawaii. Hawaii is the portal point of which the world will use as an example to right the wrongs of the evil and wrong doers of this planet, and do it in a non violent pono fashion. Hawaii has always been the leading force until the uninvited and unwanted greedy mentality that has dis-eased the planet for a very long time showed up.

So the truth of the matter on what most of us were trained to believe is now being confronted with the true laws and rights which will shift the burden of proof to the accuser. If you are accused of driving illegally with these license plates, you get to face your accuser and the accuser has the burden of proving that his claim against you is law. You are the defender not the accuser. If I said that you stole my car then I better be able to prove it. If I was attacked while sitting in my car by someone and my dash cam was running at the time and captured my claim against you and took you to court or arbitration with the video, would I be proving my claim against the perpetrator?
Well the same now is going on with the fact finding int the UN about our status of a Sovereign Neutral Nation named the Kingdom of Hawaii. There will be no indisputable third party law in effect this time as was on the Larson vs the Hawaiian Kingdom arbitration.
Anyway, the services that will be offered to the public that chooses this route will be put forth by myself or Robert, better yet lets just call it the Kingdom of Hawaii LLC corporation will announced in due time. For now, lets just stick to calling what Robert is doing, a pilot program.
Whatever you see posted on the FaceBook pages are not put there or asking for ill comments however more for information, positive comments or questions. You can reach Robert via telephone or email to myself. Either way, I will break down and explain the services that will be provided which will include the filing of your assumed name. That will be discussed in detail as to what that means and what it does for you as a sovereign human being. The filing assigns a unique filing number that proves that it has been filed as well proves you are a human that is the holder of your assumed name. More on that later.
This too is voluntary for it is not necessary for you to need a drivers license or license plates to drive on public highways unless you are traveling these highways for commerce, hence the NOT FOR HIRE signs in my vehicle. Every human being has the right of free travel. I would beg to differ on some of these commenter on the thread due to the fact that some has been identified as BOTS which translates to robot which translate to non human. Sorry for the long iʻke of mine but it is what it is.
In conclusion:
If the US is going to bully the Kingdom of Hawaii by imposing their laws illegally I might add, to the people of Hawaii, then I will use the US law in my favor. For likeminded wanting to do the same I have decided to provide a service to provide metal license plates with your unique file ID, certificate of vehicle operator, NOT FOR HIRE sign, examples of thing to say, and not to say when questioned so as not to fall in their loaded questions and so on. The funds generated from this will cover the cost of products and time invested to provide the products. Funds generated will be put in a account to provide assistance in the progress of the Kingdom of Hawaii government restoration. There are lots of costs from airplane tickets to documents and the authorities for funding the people of Hawaii are corrupted and too focused on lining their personal bank accounts. So for now we will create funding. I started posting a video of the 175K tons of gold that is owned by the KoH a year ago. This came to my attention I believe in the 1980ʻs and I didnʻt speak of it until later. It was Karen Hurds whistle blowing video that made me decide to reveal and post it for the people of Hawaii to see as food for thought. More on that later.
