Conspiracy, Premeditation, Piracy(ies), Privateering, Racketeering Does Not Make an Entity a Government

Conspiracy, Premeditation, Piracy(ies), Racketeering Does Not Make an Entity a Government

                                               Compiled by Amelia Gora (2017)

"...every fraudulent combination, mutual understanding, or concerting together of two or more, to do what is obviously and directly wrongfully injurious to another, is a conspiracy..." - Chief Justice Lee

Reference:  1851, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, The King v. Anderson and Russell, Volume 1, Honolulu, Oahu.

Background:

Queen Liliuokalani stated that it was an entity that dethroned her, which was neither de facto nor de jure.

So what did that mean?

Answer:

The Kingdom of Government is made up of  three-parts:

(1)  The Sovereign - his heirs and successors. This is a permanent part of the government which is made up of only kanaka maoli.

(2)  The House of Nobles - their heirs and successors.  This is a permanent part of the government which is made up of only kanaka maoli.

(3)  The House of Representatives - This is a temporary, voted in part/an entity, which was made up of both kanaka and non kanaka maoli.   The seats were short term.

The conspirators, treasonous persons, pirates, who were supported by a foreign government conspired and planned to assume a neutral, friendly, non violent nation.

Likened to a mutiny, the entity called the House of Representatives became those who moved to take over a ship belonging to the Royal Families in Hawaii, part of the Family of Nations based on Treaties, with the recognition by other Nations, and a Nation that denied loans to the United States Representative because they would only pay interest and could repay the Principal amounts thousands of years later.

The following is a description of mutiny:

In the context of Criminal Lawmutiny refers to an insurrection of soldiers or crew members against the authority of their commanders. The offense is similar to the crime of Sedition, which is a revolt or an incitement to revolt against established authority, punishable by both state and federal laws.

Thoughts to Ponder:

A 1/3 Part of a recognized government under the Law of Nations is a mere Entity ....which Queen Liliuokalani documented........Therefore, the entity known as the House of Representatives and supported by another Nation, a foreign nation who was desperately lacking gold, monies, income which premeditated the takeover of a member of the Family of Nations, planned, conspired, including using former Confederate officers infiltrated in the Court System etc. did support conspirators who did plan to criminal assumption of a three part government is not legally a Nation or a State and should never be respected by all Nations in the World today.

The Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom/He Mokupuni Pae Aina o Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/Hawaiian archipelago/ Hawaiian Islands/Hawaii/Sandwich Islands existed since 1810 since the time of Kamehameha.

2/3 of the Kingdom of Hawaii continued on and continues today with Aliens documented for the World to see.

All Nations should check out the facts.

We remain a neutral, friendly, non violent nation.
