Note: still waiting for your review of the Liliuokalani Trust/ Queen Liliuokalani Trust which was fraudulently set up in 1909...police reports, prosecutor's offices, Governor contacted and even the Attorney General...left a message at the Whitehouse website and to date no response. The True Trustees await and waiting for the U.S. President to arrest the Trustees of the 1909 Fraud Trust AND the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees due to Fraud....they failed to respond to the 7 day legal notice served certified mail and have defaulted. A copy was also sent to your office. Fraud is documented, Piracy, Conspiracies are also issues....the Governor, Mayor, et. als. are also Squatting on our Private properties, lands in Downtown Honolulu and have filed Police Reports, etc. The legal notice links are some of the recent highlights.

This is the Hawaiian Kingdom not the USA. The USA has been illegally occupying the Hawaiian Kingdom for 125 years and that land or any land in the Hawaiian Kingdom is not and cannot be sold. The stewards for that land resides on that land.

Laulani Teale I see your signature on the petition but not the comment on your post! You should totally add that - the comments are important!! Right now they are set up to go to CPH, the mayor, the governor and the UN!

Kika Lomi Waialae I’ve been getting tons of friend requests. I’ve not accepted but a few. I’ve also noticed those that I thought were previous friends requesting. Those are either trolls or those that I un-friended...

Millicent Cummings SHARED. PS: I'm signing this important petition because of the Obvious human rights abuses and ecological holocaust involved in this case. This festering situation continues to be overlooked regarding its import because of ignorance, racism and the reckless, profit driven and illegal form of neocolonialism at play. The Coco Palms development has never, nor will ever be acceptable in any way shape or form...Not now or at any time. Building yet another hotel on Stolen swamp land crucial to the survival of Kanaka Maoli and other Endangered Species is needless to say Not a good idea, especially in the age of rising waters. It is unsound on every important level of this 12 dimensional chess game...Physically, culturally, spiritually ecologically, economically, politically, humanely, etc. etc...It is simply nothing shy of organized crime, a continued crime against humanity and the Aina that sustains humanity. This to me is yet another tipping point, as if another was necessary, like the crimes on Maui regarding Haleakala, water wars and Olelo Hawai'i...Mauna Kea and Pohakuloa on Moku o Keawe and other serious offenses on Every Island in the Hawaiian Chain needing to be addressed in a TRULY legal and humanitarian fashion. It's simply time to wake up. Like the great Aloha Aina Patriot George Helm said decades ago, "Do your homework". For those who are protecting their investments at the cost of Protecting that which sustains life for all future generations and for those who are beholden to criminals for whatever reason...This is an end game. Eo.

update
Update on coco palms: It is 6:40pm Sunday. Ejectment order was to be enforced at or after 6pm. Still no police have arrived. The theory has been voiced by some, that the police will wait until 2am or 7am, when many of the supporters have had to already to leave for school, work, etc.

So if we institute this in Hawaii....what den?

If you live in Texas, as well as a number of other states, you have certainly seen a fence post or tree painted purple.

Anela Benson Let’s spray paint a purple ring around our archipelago on a map and send it to Washington DC, and tell them stay out of our country!!!

Update coco palms. 7:20 Sunday night. Police were expected at 6pm possibly, to enforce the courtʻs ejectment order. There are about one hundred people here, ready to peacefully stand against the ejectment. We are praying, lifting up oli, and reviewing together how we will stand strong yet remain completely peaceful when confronted with threats of arrest etc. So far, no police have shown up, and this may mean they are going to try to wait until some time between 2am and 7am when many supporters may have had to leave for home, work, or school, so that they can enforce the ejectment with less publicity and less resistance. Many of us are planning, therefore, to spend the night here and keep vigil.
