Dear US FWS,

Please see the picture below showing what Chad Waters, Tyler Green, and Ron Agor have done in Coco Palms Kauai, Hi.

What part of this picture makes their actions OK?  

How much habitat and how many animals do Chad, Ron, and Tyler need to destroy before you take action?

There used to be sheltering for the Moorhen and other fragile species but I cannot see any sheltering here.  

These are Federal Laws and enforceable in Federal Courts.

Do private citizens have to go to Federal Court to stop what is happening in Hawaii and enforce the protection of the animals listed on US FWS Threatened and Endangered Species?
