Blood infection caused by dialysis access. IV antibiotics after dialysis 3/week until July. Blood clot in the heart was not "fully formed." Hoping the blood ...thinners will dissolve it, but that will be a medicine for life to prevent stroke. The mini-strokes behind his eyes were so small, they didn't measure them, and also caused no functional biological damage. He lost about 12 lbs (some of which is water removal in dialysis) He is very weak and fatigued right now. However, with proper nutrition and care, they expect Jack to make a full recovery over time.
We did find out that Jack's heart function improved by over 100% from where it was in December. In December, he was at 20% and now he is at between 40 - 45% (normal is 65%.)
Moving to Oahu would be better for Jack. We are knocking on doors, but leaving that in God's hands. In the company of strong people, Jack heals, and we are thankful to those who visited him and those who prayed for him.

i finished this book today! my eyes are finally opened and my heart is at peace. this book may be called thyroid healing, bu...t it is about much more than thyroid healing. i call it the “everything healing” book. this book is talking truth about autoimmune disorders, thyroid illness, RA, lupus, fatigue, anxiety, depression, ebv, cancer, lyme disease, and SO MUCH MORE. it all makes sense. •
