Chronicle History of Land Titles by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli

The following information shows both Alodio/Allodial and Fee Simple lands conveyed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli prior to the tampering by the dishonest, fraud Judges who changed the titles to suit themselves AFTER Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli died.
1840
Reviewing Kamehameha III's laws: AN ACT TO ORGANIZE THE EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS pg. 76 Section IV. All aliens shall, as in Great Britain and the United States of America, continue to be under the following disabilities:
1. They are not eligible to any civil or military office in this kingdom, created by the laws.
2. They are not entitled to vote at any election for elective officers of this kingdom, nor to take any official share in the administration of the government.
3. They are not able to acquire any allodial or fee simple estate in lands.

1849 December - Resolution passed "granting to my Subjects, engaged in the cultivation of the soil, Allodial Titles to the portions they occupied, confirmed by the Act of the 6th of August 1850

Note: In Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's speech of 1851, he stated that the Resolution for Aliens
was passed "to acquire and convey lands, in fee simple".

In 1852 he passed the Constitution which included the anti-slavery law.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli died in 1854.
He said that someone poisoned him.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli did convey Alodio/Allodial Titles to his people, kanaka maoli/ kanaka Hawaii maoli - forever titles.
Fee Simple, less than alodio amounting to 30 year leases were conveyed to Aliens/ Foreigners.
The manipulations by the judges after Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's, Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho's death can be seen in the court cases.

This is the supporting evidence of conspiracies set in place by pirates, usurpers, pillagers, parasites, genocide activists which included some of the Judges, attorneys, etc. who moved to defraud, injure our good people who did no wrong.
All kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli must reclaim their "forever" lands, their alodio/allodial titles.
