Lands of Koa, et. als. - Part of our Royal Families Lands

Status of Grant 1332 and Survey Notes

*  Prima facie evidence Grant and Survey held by our families who are the alodio owners.
Reference:  Kalama vs. M. Kekuanaoa and John Ii, Guardians of Victoria Kamamalu, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, 1859, pages 202-209, Supreme Court Law Library/Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu.

*  Koa's lands are shown in the First Circuit Will #130 for Kekapu, showing that Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini is the heir of Koa, et. als.  Kekapu's husband Kaopumomona was given a parcel of Koa's lands.  Kaopumomona was the adopted father of  Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini.

*Rent was billed to Dole Foods thru email and given a 7 day notice.

* The rent generated a lien.

* Honolulu Police Department Chief of Police along with Dole's attorneys were informed.

* Dole Foods, etc. failed to pay rent, back rents, and considered trespassers, squatters.

* Supreme Court of the Hawaiian Kingdom held court with James Dole and others on the list.  James Dole and others were documented and found guilty of conspiracy.  He could hold lands in fee simple only or 30 years, etc. All of the lands of James Dole was stripped and removed from his inventory.

* Income derived from earnings of produce, products, including water collected from the U.S. military is added to the entire cost/use of properties.

* The People's "lands were secured to them by the Constitution and laws of the Kingdom, and no power can convey them away, not even that of Royalty itself."  Plaintiff title was good against all the world.  Also alodio owners could collect back rent.

*  Four (4) members of our Royal Families entered Grant 1332 of Nauluhao and Koa on September 8, 2018 - 10:30 a.m. The names:  Amelia Gora and three (3) cousins.  Under Hawaiian Kingdom laws, the return of the landowners meant the Quiet Title case ends.

* I, Amelia Gora, am one of Kamehameha's descendants, whose grandmother Elikapeka Kaimiola descends from.  She was also one of the heirs of Victoria Kamamalu, et. als.  We are the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop through Kalola.

* I, Amelia Gora, have assigned a number of konohiki and deputy konohiki/assistant konohiki to take care of our properties.

* Our konohiki  Kalani Asam, and deputy konohiki/assistant konohiki name David Kromer/San Tah, Orin Jackson, and others are on our list and cannot be arrested.
