HISTORY OF BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS BANNING WEAPONS IN SPACE, GANGSTALKING, AND EMF ATTACKS ON CITIZENS:
HR2977, US CONGRESS (attached) - Space Preservation Bill (2001) introduced in Congress by Dennis Kucinich, and authored by Alfred Webre. This bill prohibits HAARP/Weapons in Space (Best definition ever written of HAARP) and only bill to mention chemtrails. [Introduced twice but did not pass.]
This bill led to Leuren Moret's resolution in the City of Berkeley banning weapons in the airspace over Berkeley.

Resolution 61744, City of Berkeley (attached): ENDORSING THE SPACE PRESERVATION ACT AND COMPANION SPACE PRESERVATION TREATY TO PERMANENTLY BAN THE WEAPONIZATION OF SPACE (2002), authored and introduced by Leuren Moret, passed unanimously by Berkeley City Council.
On September 10, 2002, the Berkeley City Council passed Resolution 61744, making Berkeley, California the first city in the world to pass a Resolution calling for a ban on all space-based weapons in support of the Space Preservation Act, introduced by the Honorable Congressman Dennis Kucinich(D-OH), and soon to be re-introduced in 2003, and the companion Space Preservation Treaty. Berkeley is the first city in the world to declare the outer space above their city to be a space-based weapons-free zone.
The Berkeley bill spread around the world and had a big impact in Canada (attached), Japan, and many other countries.

Our Hawaiian Royal Families Land Owners continued the Oppositions to the use of Mauna Kea, Haleakala, Coco Palms, etc. because we are part of the legal land owners in the Hawaiian Islands.
Due to the frauds, conspiracies by the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE, a racketeering, pirate entity who criminally assumed interests in the Hawaiian Islands claiming Bernice Pauahi Bishop being the last of Kamehameha's, information found in research shows that they are Not the landowners and have criminally conveyed properties that they have no rights to.
Another entity that criminally assumed properties was the Campbell Estates.
The Courts of the entity Provisional government, turned Republic, developed and proclaimed to be a Territory of the United States, then executive ordered to be a State with documented oppositions every step of the way, is Not legal in our Hawaiian Islands claiming to convey lands to aliens with intentions of harming our kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli and other innocents.
The Doctrine of Political Question removes the right of the Courts viewed as foreign in our lands has no jurisdiction.
Research reveals that our families are Kamehameha's and Bernice Pauahi Bishop was certainly not the last of the Kamehameha's.

We are the land owners, the proper parties in all matters pertaining to lands in the Hawaiian Islands and support all kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli landowners with alodio titles.
We are the parties to the 1849/1850 permanent friendship treaty between Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and U.S. President Zachary Taylor. The treaty documented that only Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs and successors were parties from the Hawaiian Kingdom and U.S. Zachary Taylor....no one else.
