Robert Lydecker - Archivist - Part 1

Robert Lydecker, an American, documented the Archives material which was previously catalogued by Chaplain Hoern, United States Navy who was paid $2,600 for his services in 1883.
Albert Francis Judd, et. als. worked with the files until Robert Lydecker was appointed as Secretary of the Archives.
Robert Lydecker appears to have been an American psyops, assigned to the Hawaiian Islands and had various jobs, such as an Observer for the Territorial Weather Bureau..
Lydecker was an active traveler from San Francisco to the Hawaiian Islands.
Lydecker's brother was a General. See: 1914 reference/entry below.
Robert Lydecker recorded many of the materials gathered over time.
Interestingly, the current archivist claims that they don't have some of the recorded documents.
The current archivist also shared that they regularly destroy materials after three (3) years, which is what he shared in the recent meeting at the Archives on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 9:40 a.m. approximately.
The destruction of records of another nation is genocide. The current archivist claims he destroys records based on instructions that he was given.
My former father-in-law George Yamamoto claimed that Agnes Conrad destroyed lots of records. He complained many times in the 1970's.
Patty, a recently retired archives employee had also complained about the current Archivist - Adam Jansen destroying archival records. She did file complaints and sought legal advice as well.
I have also heard that the current Archivist - Adam Jansen destroyed American Indian records as well.
Meanwhile, the following articles shows what was found in the Lydecker's articles off of the chroniclingamerica website, which is a project of the Library of Congress, etc.
In that meeting on Monday, I did tell Jansen that I wrote to U.S. Presidents Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Trump for the return of our records because we are part of the Hawaiian Kingdom, and that I am one of Kamehameha's descendants and I feel that we have the right to access our records.
Also present was John Carroll a former attorney who is awaiting the return of his license to practice and did state that he introduced the Sunshine Law, which gives the public right to access documents.
Brian Apo, a former employee for the Archives came also and requested for the Inventory of each of the Archivists.
Brian Apo is our Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Archivist.
