1810 - Kamehameha was recognized as a King of the Hawaiian Islands, from a Monarchy government.
1819 - Kamehameha died.
1822 - A Secret Treaty of Verona was signed by Austria; France; Prussia; Russia; Great Britain; the Vatican; and the United States.

1824 - Kamehameha II - Liholiho died.
1840 - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli turned the Monarchy government into a Constitutional Monarchy government.
The Constitution of 1840 was made.
1848 - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave alodio/allodial lands to his people, and to aliens he gave them Fee Simple or equivalent to 30 year leases. Aliens could never own alodio/allodial lands. Disabilities were documented for Great Britain and the United States - they could never own lands.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli signed a Constitution of 1852 which included the anti-slavery law.
Note: The U.S. passed their anti-slavery law 13 years later or 1865. The law was written using nearly all the words of Kamehameha III's anti-slavery law.
1854 - Someone poisoned Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, and he died soon after he declared that.
1863 - Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho, hanai /adopted son of Kamehameha III died.
1864 - The Constitution of 1864 was signed by Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha.
1872 - Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha died.
1874 - King William Lunalilo died.
1887 - Constitutional Monarchy under Duress - King Kalakaua forced to sign the Constitution with a gun to his head. The Constitution of 1887 was null and void due to the issues of duress.
1891 - King David Kalakaua died.
1891 - Constitutional Monarchy under Duress - Queen Liliuokalani was under conflict with the aliens in the Hawaiian Government.
1893 - Queen Liliuokalani changed her cabinet members. The Constitution of 1887 was null and void due to the issues of duress.
Queen Liliuokalani wrote up a new Constitution and destroyed it by burning it.
The usurpers wrote a "purported Constitution" claiming that it was the Constitution written by the Queen.
U.S. Congress filed the "purported Constitution" in the Congressional records.

1893 - Constitutional Monarchy under Duress - Queen Liliuokalani burned the Constitution which resulted in returning the Constitution back to the 1864 Constitution, the 1852 Constitution, and the 1840 Constitution.
1893 till today - The Queen remained under Duress, evidence shows that the illegal move to assume the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii was Illegal, a planned, premeditated, concerted effort was made since 1841 or the time of U.S. President Tyler, et. als.
SUMMARY:
The court of Original Jurisdiction is the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Supreme Court, and not the identity thieves, pirate, pillagers, treasonous persons, conspirators who infiltrated the Judiciary in the Hawaiian Kingdom/ Kingdom of Hawaii aka's.
The identity thieves are actually based on a concocted entity known as the Territory of the United States and whose Attorney General claimed to be the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii".
In reviewing the Hawaiian government explanations from the REX vs. BOOTH case, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Supreme Court Law Library/Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, it shows that our three (3) part government are as follows:
1 - Sovereign - his heirs and successors ---all related to him and permanent parts of the government;
2 - House of Nobles - their heirs and successors --- all related to them and permanent parts of the government;
3 - House of Representatives are the temporary, voted in positions. Note: It is this third part of government who conspired, were treasonous to Queen Liliuokalani,, etc.
It is this concocted, identity thieving entity; conspiracy, pirate based entity developed which is riding on our Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii aka's de jure status and are documented as pirates, pillagers, squatters, genocide activists who have wrongfully, criminally assumed a criminal occupation and fail to follow rule of law.

1894 - The conspirators/treasonous persons moves on a pirated Judiciary became null and void. Justice in the Hawaiian Islands were lacking and supported by the United States who was bankrupt and had premeditated, planned, conspired against a neutral friendly, non-violent nation, even though a Protectorate was in place, and a permanent treaty of friendship, amity since 1849/1850 recorded.

Unresolved Issues
Queen Liliuokalani denied signing a Trust Deed with the usurpers. She had created a Trust in 1872.
Attorneys William O. Smith, Iaukea, Cleghorn, et. als. planned the takeover of the Royal Families lands.
The focus was on Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was claimed to be the "last of the Kamehameha's".
Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884 and her estate was pirated by aliens who could never own alodio/ allodial lands which was all documented for inheritance by the Royal Families.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop and her banker husband Charles Reed Bishop also helped to conspire against King Kalakaua and Queen Liliuokalani.
