Some of the "Educators" have taken on a slant that the Alien takeover of the Hawaiian Kingdom was Legal, when in actuality, they failed to identify the illegal moves of the Aliens that they speak so nicely of.
For example, the Constitution identified with is the 1840 Constitution....where's the 1852 Constitution which has an important law passed which was the anti-slavery law.......the United States 13 years later passed their anti-slavery law which was nearly the same as the Hawaiian Kingdom Constitution.
The 1864 Constitution was passed, and Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha had wanted to revert back to Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's Constitution.
What's interesting is that the 1878 Constitution which became known as the Bayonnet Constitution was written by aliens who were non-alodio title owners and had a gun to the head of King Kalakaua who was forced to sign. The issues are duress, coercion, threat of death if he did not sign.
The aliens utilized the 1878 Constitution to continue the stress, duress, usurpation, coercion, threat of death and claimed that Queen Liliuokalani was mandated to follow their Constitution.
Queen Liliuokalani wrote up another Constitution to eliminate the Alien's Constitution forced upon King Kalakaua.
The concerted move for the Alien's came to the forefront with the help of Hawaii's Protectorate, the United States Secretary of State John Foster who supported the efforts of the Alien's, mostly attorneys who moved to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani.
Queen Liliuokalani destroyed the Constitution that she was to proclaim by burning it.
The Aliens, usurper's had no reason to continue their plans of usurping the Queen, and drummed up/made up a fictitious or "purported" Constitution to use as their reasons to take over a neutral, friendly nation which was a target of takeover since 1841 under U.S. Presidents Tyler then Taylor, Fillmore, Pierce, Johnson, Grant and Harrison.
The "Educators" in the above article Failed to Identify Premeditation, Piracies, Pillaging, Fraud, etc. and are promoting deceptions, diversions, rather then focus on the most important issues and emphasize a deliberate move to put down a honest, neutral, friendly, non-violent nation whose King of a Monarchy turned Constitution Monarchy government formed to protect his people that he loved.
The "Educators" defrauds kanaka maoli and Fails to support kanaka maoli even today, which gives cause to sue those who deliberately indoctrinate our people with untruths in these times.
