King Kalakaua died and his successor was

A conspiracy to dethrone her was documented in a 1891 news article "A Chronic Agitator. Celso Caesar Moreno interested in Hawaiian Affairs". Celso Caesar Moreno an American agent for th,e Atlantic Cable Company, assisting the Pacific Cable Company held letters which showed that "native revolutionists, who are expected to assert themselves, overturn the present Government, dethrone Queen Liliuokalani and set up a republic before the Hawaiian election..."

1893.
Pearl Harbor Coaling Station article with an 'Imperative Necessity to Take Over the Hawaiian Islands' showed Premeditation and conspiracy to take over a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

January 15. Armed military left the BOSTON to assist in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani.
January 17. Under stress, duress, usurpation, coercion, and intimidation, Hawaii's Queen Liliuokalani stepped down until corrections were made.

U.S. President Cleveland gave two (2) letters to Willis:
(1) a letter to Sanford B. Dole - greeting him as a friend.
(2) a letter to Willis instructing him to 'Place Queen Liliuokalani Back on the Throne'.

1897.
U.S. President Grover Cleveland again gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani before he left office.
"Mr. Cleveland had put himself on record by giving Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani, and now proposes to give the Philippines back to Aguinaldo."

1909.
Some of the usurpers of Queen Liliuokalani claimed that she signed a Trust Deed.
The fraud Trustees filed a faud Trust Deed and filed it at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
They included the Agr./Agreement on Liber 178 pages 267-268 and filed it as a Deed. The Agr./Agreement between Kahakuakoi aka's and Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani was turned into a Deed.
An Agreement is Not a deed.
A Fraud was recorded which is the basis a to why the Trustees then and those who perpetuate the crimes today are indeed criminals, are perpetuating the crimes of the 1909 Trustees. They too have conspired, pirated, pillaged, have caused injuries upon the Queen as well as her families.
Private properties of Queen Liliuokalani and her families were plundered upon.

Queen Liliuokalani claimed she signed a Will and Not a Trust Deed with William O. Smith, her brother-in-law Archibald Cleghorn, and Curtis Iaukea.

Additional Notes:
The Trust created in 1872 continues on because it is the true Trust signed by Kaeha/the Queen.
The Agr./Agreement also has a void clause. The Agr./Agreement did become void.
Kingdom of Hawaii Laws also shows that lands cannot be returned to the person who created the Trust.
Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/
1915 - Queen Liliuokalani was placed on her throne by the usurpers and was made "Queen for a day".
She was made to sign illegal contracts and claimed to be the one who inaugurated/established "Pan-Pacific Day" or "Balboa Day".
Note: Abuse of the Elderly is noted. The Queen remained under stress, duress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation, etc.

1917 - November 11. Queen Liliuokalani died of a stroke at Washington Place, aged 79.
Queen Liliuokalani denied signing the Trust Deed of 1909 and recorded that denial in her Will.
Queen Liliuokalani expected Colburn and others to make corrections, and they failed her requests.
1996 - Affidavit/Lien filed at the Bureau of Conveyances with Fraud finds, Royal Families names, Crown Land owners, Premeditation evidence, etc.

Her Trustee named Kahakuakoi/Kaaumoana aka's filed an Agr./Agreement in 1898. The Agr./Agreement is Not a Deed.
Queen Liliuokalani was placed back on her throne twice (2x) by U.S. President Cleveland.
(1) in 1894
(2) in 1897
U.S. President Cleveland pulled the U.S. Flag down in Hawaii.
Opposition to annexing Hawaii was documented by Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000+ subjects. Only 21,000+ signatures were found in the Library of Congress.
There was no annexation, No Treaty of Annexation, and it's not possible to take another nation.
U.S. President McKinley illegally "developed" the Territory of Hawaii by directing the Army, Navy, and Federal personnel to set it up.
U.S. President McKinley illegally "proclaimed" Hawaii to be a Territory in 1898.
The Fraud Trust created by the usurpers in 1909 is a Fraud, a Sham.
The Fraud Trust paid the U.S. Government more than $14 million per year for Securities, bonds as recorded in the Liliuokalani Trust book, dated 1988, at the Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
The Hawaiian Kingdom/ Kingdom of Hawaii legally exists.
The Royal Families continue to exist.
Fraud has been found.
Injuries have been done to the Royal Families.
From 2015 thru 2017, names of criminals adjudicated were filed on the Judicial lTribunal lists applicable to the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Article XIV regarding Pirates, Pillagers, etc.
Note: Instructions to have a Tribunal was documented in the notes of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. Notes were found in research.
Conspiracy is documented and the Trustees are guilty of the crimes.

The Supreme Court attorneys did advise me to file reports with the Honolulu Police Department, and the Prosecutor's Office.

The Prosecutor's Office in two (2) visits says that the Attorney General's office is one of the Prosecutor's. She had said that this issue is way over her head. She had called a Honolulu Police Officer and he too said that they were not the ones to handle these matters.
Please assist in prosecuting the Fraudulent Trustees of the 1909 Trust of Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani.
We have our Konohiki assigned to the various properties belonging to Queen Liliuokalani and her families.
We hold the Superior/Paramount titles to the various private properties of Queen Liliuokalani, et. als. And maintain that the Fraud Trust Trustees are not part of the True Trust nor are they part of our families.

"Every fraudulent combination, mutual understanding, or concerting together of two or more, to do what is obviously and directly wrongfully injurious to another, is a conspiracy. It is not necessary to prove a direct concert, the jury may infer it from the facts."

Testimony by Samuel Parker was also recorded affirming that she denied signing a Trust Deed.
Queen Liliuokalani documented that she did not sign a Trust Deed and she documented the fact in her Will.
Her probate also shows that denial.
Background
William O. Smith was also a Trustee of Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop, the true one, was a hanai/adopted sister of Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/ Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop, the true one, was also a step-sister of her true cousin named Kalola (female), Kaluaikau (female), Alapai, and Abigail Maheha (female).
Kalola (female) is documented as the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop in Probate.
Kalola (female) was a cousin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, and became her stepsister as well. Kalola's father was Kalaniulumoku, brother of Abner Paki.
Kalaniulumoku died in 1838 and his widow became a wife of Abner Paki.
Abner Paki was married to Konia, and Kakainalii (female) widow of his brother Kalaniulumoku.
Abner Paki died in 1855 and Konia remained a widow.
Kakainalii (female) married Ulualoha/Kealoha soon after Abner Paki's death.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop and her siblings were also the stepsiblings to Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/
Bernice Pauahi Bishop was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's" as claimed by Sanford B. Dole and other usurpers, planners of the usurpation of the Queen and the Hawaiian Kingdom.
Discussion:
The trust of Liliuokalani was made in 1872 with properties conveyed to . The Trust of 1909 utilized the same properties with Trustees who were made up of the usurpers, treasonous person who helped to dethrone her in 1893.
The trustees of 1909 were also made up of some of the those who were part of the planners/ premeditation activists of the usurpation of the Queen in 1893, and they were also the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1884.
Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani denied signing a Trust Deed in 1909 as documented in her Probate.

1872 - Kaeha/Makaeha/Kamakaeha/
1874 - Sanford B. Dole wrote an article which was circulated claiming that Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the "last of the Kamehameha's".
1884 - William O. Smith, et. als. became the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
1893 - 1897 United States Secretary of State John W. Foster "helped direct the overthrow of the Hawaiian Monarchy
1909 - William O. Smith, et. als. set up a fraud trust claiming that Queen Liliuokalani signed it giving them the trustee positions.
Queen Liliuokalani denied signing with them.
1917 - Queen Liliuokalani died.
OBSERVATIONS AND SUMMARY

The use of the 'Executive Order' is likened to the Monarchy government rule/Constitutional Monarchy rule that "Royal persons are not subject to the laws".
George Washington became the recorded President of a temporary, experimental government called a Democratic government. It was not meant to last.
George Washington expected his supporters to call him "His Mightiness", eventually he changed his title to President.
There were many Family members who became Presidents over time.
Evidence of Haters against our Hawaiian Monarchs are documented since the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli in 1840 due to the U.S. Presidents beginning with U.S. President Tyler.

The above U.S. Presidents planned to Annex Hawaii to the United States. Premeditation is documented.
Understanding where the U.S. Presidents came from, the mindset, their attitudes, etc. makes for a better understanding of those who hate and wrongfully Plunder Upon Innocents such as the American Indians, Blacks/African Americans, Native Hawaiians/Kanaka Maoli, and All People of Color.
Others from other countries also had a hand in wrongfully Plundering Upon Innocents.
In 1822, during U.S. President James Monroe period, the Secret Treaty of Verona was signed by Austria, France, Prussia, Russia, Great Britain, the Vatican and the United States. It was to create a One World Order/New World Order.
The Vatican, Roman Catholic Church was complemented in maintaining Obedience among the people. Other problematic issues includes the fact that they had a detrimental attitude towards People of Color and moved to destroy, decimate, Plunder Upon Innocents on an edict called the Papal Bulls.
Over time, the Genocide against People of Color with the help of the Catholic Church who now recognizes that all Churches who believe in God are part of their Church, etc. have turned away from the "Christian" attitude of love, peace, and understanding.
Instead, rape, Plunder, hate, War, failure to understand is the mentality held by people who claim to be leaders of their Church and are now in the business of Piracy/piracies against all People of Color.
The Partners in Crime against People of Color can be seen by reviewing the Secret Treaty of Verona, the Papal Bulls, the governments which moved to War against "barbaric nations". United States, an experimental nation which came to infiltrate lands.
The study of genealogies, history, and laws reveals the injustices perpetuated by leaders who have the inbred thinking of their ancestors, and move to War because of the ongoing animosities towards People of Color.
The minority moves to capture, imprison, decimate, destroy those who are not like them and move to get rid of the "needless" and "useless eaters".
It appears that the injustices will lead to the destruction of some nations naturally.
Queen Liliuokalani did say that if the U.S. did not make corrections, they will fall apart.....and now we know that the U.S. is indeed connected to other Partners in Crime and like dominoes, they too may fall as well.
Our Hawaiian Kingdom Supreme Court, the Court of original jurisdiction, Judges did document many problematic, pirates, pillagers, racketeers, frauds, etc. in the moves to make corrections of those found who did aid, assist in dethroning our Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
It was those documented in research and shown to have continued their assignments in criminally assuming our Hawaiian lands, assets, gold, water, minerals, etc. and supported by the United States, and Great Britain who supported and defended the thieves, pirates, scum, and scoundrels who are now on record and whose followers wrongfully, criminally continue to do their racketeering.
Those who continue to do wrongs have been legally stripped of their criminal claims.
Those who continue to do wrongs are Not the alodio/allodial, paramount, superior title land owners and are not related to the Kamehameha's.
The entity Provisional government turned Republic of Hawaii then Territory of the United States and changed to the Territory of Hawaii - an 'identity thieving entity' that had no Annexation, became executive ordered to be a State.
U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower disregarded the oppositions to annex Hawaii by Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000 subjects. He also disregarded the facts that U.S. President Grover Cleveland had given Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1894 and 1897.
The "Scarce Money Policy" since the time of U.S. Grover Cleveland was continued by U.S. Presidents Theodore Roosevelt, Wilson, et. als.
The Hawaiian Kingdom Court of original jurisdiction have stripped the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools and the 1909 fraud Trust of Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani of all claims, interest in lands, monies, rents, etc.
Additional evidence has been found in writings/testimony of Reverend Sereno Bishop/Sereno Bishop/under the pen name of "Kamehameha" who declared that Bernice Pauahi Bishop and her husband Charles Reed Bishop were supporters of the planners/usurpers criminal moves and in support of the United States, and further defraud the Kamehameha descendants/heirs who existed since the beginning of the Monarchy government in 1810 turned Constitutional Monarchy government in 1840.
The Hawaiian Kingdom Supreme Court Justices have adjudicated the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools/KSBE and the 1909 Fraud Trust of Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani guilty of fraud, treason, conspiracy, etc.
Both Trusts have been stripped of all lands, monies, etc. in the Hawaiian Islands/ Hawaiian archipelago/Hawaii/He Mokupuni Pae Aina of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina.
