What to do when Claims are Made by the Royal Families or Kanaka Maoli in the    
               Hawaiian Islands Affecting Lands that You Think You Own


                                   - A Guide -

                                                      of the Royal Families


The following instructions are related to what you must do when Legal Claims are made by the Royal Families or Kanaka Maoli:

(1)  Obtain a copy of your deed.

(2)  Obtain a copy of your Title Company evidence which also shows their title insurance in the event challenges are made.

(3)  Find out whether you are related to the original owner on record.

Example:  

The YWCA/Young Women's Christian Association claims they are owners of land(s) of a Royal Family member named Abner Paki.

The YWCA/Young Women's Christian Association is an organization, a non person and not a living, breathing person/human being.

The Royal Family member named Abner Paki has heirs/successors documented.

Abner Paki had two (2) wives:  

(1) Konia - his first wife.  They had Bernice Pauahi, and a hanai/adopted daughter named Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani/ Queen Liliuokalani.

(2) Kakainalii - his second wife, widow of his full brother named Kalaniulumoku who died in 1838.  His children were Kalola (female), Kaluaikau (female), Alapai (male),
Abigail Maheha (female).

Abner Paki was uncle of his brother's children and stepfather of his brother's children.

Abner Paki died in 1855 leaving two (2) widows and a daughter, four (4) stepchildren, and one (1) adopted daughter or six (6) children.  There was another niece who was adopted out.

Abner Paki's children were six (6) named above.  

His daughter Bernice Pauahi was claimed to be "the last of the Kamehameha's" which was a lie promoted by the usurpers of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

Bernice Pauahi died in 1884.  Her next of kin on Probate was Kalola (female) her stepsister who was also her true cousin.

It is Kalola (female) descendants/heirs who are part of the Royal Families claiming the alodio/alodio, the Superior, Paramount Titles to Abner Paki, their ancestor.

(4)  Find out how you/YWCA, or organization are part of the Royal Families or Kanaka Maoli Families.

(5)  Prove that the you/YWCA or organization are living, breathing human beings and not an entity, corporation.
       
       Note:  Lies are not acceptable and considered fraud, etc.

(6)  Obtain proof and query the Title Company that gave you a clearance of title.

(7)  Query the person who deeded the land to you and research to see whether they have a legitimate claim and have the right to convey.

      Note:  the person has to be a Kanaka Maoli who has a legal interest and must have honestly conveyed the land saying that he /she was an alodio land owner being a descendant of the person who was originally given the alodio land and must have informed the entity that it was being conveyed as a fee simple title which was a lesser title than the alodio title.

               the person must also have informed the fee simple purchaser that it was only for the duration of his/ her lifetime, and he would have to sign another contract when his/her heir becomes the alodio title owner.  His/ her heir(s) must also be a kanaka maoli.

(8)  Find out about land ownership in Hawaii.

      Note:  a trip to the archives is advised and read the land laws by Kameham eha III - Kauikeaouli, or read BLACK's LAW DICTIONARY - the original copy to find out what alodio means.

                 Also be aware of the frauds that the usurpers, Provisional government/entity changed, tampered with to defraud Kanaka Maoli now documented.

                 The Archives, for example, closed their doors for two (2) years after the criminal dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.  The doors were closed from 1893 - 1895 giving them time to destroy, change, create criminal conveyances, etc.

 (9)  Know that there was no annexation made over the Hawaiian Kingdom, a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation with Treaties, and Protectorates documented.  Post office instructions are also part of the treaties.

(10)  Know that the United States President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back Twice (2x) to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 and 1897.

(11)  Know that opposition to annexation was documented by Queen Liliuokalani and 40,000 subjects.

(12)  Know that U.S. President William McKinley had the Army, Navy, and Federal personnel develop the Territory.

(13)  Know that U.S. President William McKinley "proclaimed" Hawaii to be the "territory" of the United States, Hawaii and disregarding U.S. President Grover Cleveland's moves in returning Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani who was the hanai/adopted sister of Bernice Pauahi.

(14)  Know that a concerted effort to take down the Hawaiian Government began in 1840, the time of U.S. President Tyler, etc.

(15)  If your Deed /purchase of land(s) was obtained from the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees, etc. then know that Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop and her husband Charles Reed Bishop did assist, aid the usurpers of Queen Liliuokalani and were treasonous persons.

Their case(s) were heard in the court of original jurisdiction, the Hawaiian Kingdom Judicial Tribunal court and the Hawaiian Kingdom Supreme Court an adjudicated fraud, piracy, pillaging, racketeering, conspiracy(ies), and treasonous to the Hawaiian Kingdom.

These cases means that they are Not the land owners, have been stripped of all lands, etc.  Charles Reed Bishop was an alien and could not own alodio/allodial titles also.  He was a documented treasonous person.

16)  When you have found that you do Not own the alodio/allodial titles, the Superior, Paramount title which was granted to a Royal person or Kanaka Maoli  by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, then you must obtain your monies back from the entity that sold you the lands belonging to the Royal Families or Kanaka Maoli.

17)  Threats received from your legal representatives living outside of the Hawaiian Kingdom is seen as a terrorist action, contrary to rule of law and the U.S. Constitution.  The Supremacy Clause shows that treaties are the Supreme Law of the land and even the Judges are bound to the treaties.  See article 6 of the U.S. Constitution.  

Threats are looked at as violating the true landowners who happens to be the Royal Families or Kanaka Maoli landowners in the Hawaiian Kingdom, and are protected persons. 

Penalties, fines, legal ramifications will also be charged for the intention of threatening which includes bodily harm, duress, injuries caused by the use of force upon our people who did no wrong, etc.  

The threats can lead up to other charges as well, including banning/barring operations in the Hawaiian Islands, etc.

18)  Royal persons, Royal Family members, kanaka maoli are Protected Persons under the rights of the Royal Families, "parity clause" under the Law of Nations - Vattel, and the Protected Persons status in "Article 17 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted under the leadership of Eleanor Roosevelt" - per Dr. DeZayas.

19)  Your legal representatives should be aware that the issue is the deed of the property claimed, purported title to lands legally belonging to the alodio/allodial land owners.

20)  Your legal representative must be authorized to practice law in the Hawaiian Kingdom, a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, and not claim to be operating in the entity State of Hawaii which has no legal annexation in place.

The entity State of Hawaii was proclaimed a Territory by U.S. President William McKinley, then executive ordered to be a State by U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower with documented Oppositions which led up to an "strange form of occupation by the United States resulting from an illegal military occupation and a fraudulent annexation."

21)  Read the Hawaiian Kingdom land laws which applies to all lands in the Hawaiian archipelago which was assigned by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli in the time of the Mahele, 1848 through 1853.

      Note:  Alodio/Alodial titles, forever titles, Paramount, Superior titles were only conveyed to kanaka maoli.
                Fee Simple, leases/30 years/of lifetime for grantee were conveyed to aliens.  Aliens can never own Alodio/Alodial titles.  Disabilities were also documented by     
                Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who said that the United States and Great Britain could never own lands in the Hawaiian Kingdom/Hawaiian Islands/ Hawaiian 
               archipelago.

20)  Know that  there are "international laws (the Hague and Geneva Conventions) require that governance and legal matters within the occupied territory of the Hawaiian Islands must be administered by the application of the laws of the occupied state (in this case, the Hawaiian Kingdom), not the domestic laws of the occupier (the United States).

21)  Know that rents and past rents for use of lands, and injuries due to threats by "representatives" etc. will be added to costs due.

22)  Know that requests for rents resulted in an automatic landlord, land owner lien which has been put in place.  

This means that the ability to make loans by the occupier/ squatter has ceased under case precedence under the Hawaiian Kingdom.

23)  The Non owner/Squatter must obtain their money back from:

(1)  the person, entity, Trustees/Trust who sold the land to you, or

(2) the Title Company who guaranteed your title.  Insurance was usually given to the person who requested title.

We remain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation and have permanent friendship, amity, etc. treaties with three (3) protectorates documented:

(1) United States

(2)  France, and

(3)  Great Britain
