The Department kept the procedural book in the closet of the office.
I worked for the County for over 15 yrs. The policy and procedure book for the divisions ...to run where kept in the department away from the division. In my last year I saw this book for the first time. The city appears to be run the same way. Only certain people are hired and understand what is going on with tax paper dollars. I had to work backwards for years to discover theft of my home. I think my adventure with torrick ward, ernie burden, stephanie ward and suzanne Smith is almost over. This was a long, hard battle for me. My goal is to see them locked up.

DANGEROUS: The Democrat controlled House passed a bill that would sexualize the minds of young children. Pushing a Planned Parenthood book called "It's Perfectl...y Normal" on students as young as kindergarten.
This book is so graphic it shouldn't be shown in public, but Minnesota Democrats want to force your children to read it.
