Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani was born.

Her parents were:   Ane Keohokalole and Caesar Kapaakea.

Her siblings were:  Miriam Likelike; David Kalakaua; and William Pitt Leleiohoku.

She was a hanai/adopted daughter of Abner Paki and Konia.

Her siblings were:  Bernice Pauahi (married Charles Reed Bishop); Kalola (female); Kaluaikau (female); and Alapai.

She was also a hanai/adopted daughter of Kailikole.

The following is a chronological list of the lifetime of Queen Liliuokalani.  One of our many projects is to make corrections of the wrongs found in research.  This is researched material which is unlike the kind of misinformation by those who have perpetuated fraud over time.

The Hawaiian Government never went away because the two (2) permanent parts of the three (3) part government included the Sovereigns heirs and successors, and the House of Nobles heirs and successors.  The third part is made up of a temporary voted in group made up of aliens who moved to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

The Kamehameha descendants exist.

King Kalakaua, and Queen Liliuokalani were part of the Kamehameha Dynasty because their mother Keohokalole was a hanai/adopted daughter of a Kamehameha descendant.

Aliens moved to defraud kanaka maoli over time.

The following exposes Queen Liliuokalani's issues which remained unresolved for 126 years.

This research is meant to expose the truth of what happened to Queen Liliuokalani and some of her family members over time, and to expose the frauds, conspiracies, piracy(ies), racketeering, etc. and to help make corrections.

Why was this not made before?....I can only guess that there were many sellouts, friends of the usurpers, opportunists, or some who were wrongfully killed for resisting the criminal aliens who could never own alodio/allodial lands in the Hawaiian Islands.

So, here is her story:

1838. September 2

Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani was born.

1842+

She was educated in the Royal School and in a private Honolulu day school.



Marriages:

She was married to Kaumauma; Keawe; Koolau; and John Dominis.

Her Hanai/adopted children were:  Pau; Kekua/Kekualoa/Kahakuhaakoi/Kahakukuakoi/Kaaumoana /Luka/Luika/aka's (female); Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Abigaila/Poomaikelani (female); Kaeha opio (female);  Ioane; Kamukai; Kema; Wahie;


1872.

Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani made a Trust Deed to Prendergast for Kaaumoana one of her hanai daughters.

1891.

King Kalakaua died and his successor was
Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani.

A conspiracy to dethrone her was documented in a 1891 news article "A Chronic Agitator.  Celso Caesar Moreno interested in Hawaiian Affairs".  Celso Caesar Moreno an American agent for th,e Atlantic Cable Company, assisting the Pacific Cable Company held letters which showed that "native revolutionists, who are expected to assert themselves, overturn the present Government, dethrone Queen Liliuokalani and set up a republic before the Hawaiian election..."

1893.

Pearl Harbor Coaling Station article with an 'Imperative Necessity to Take Over the Hawaiian Islands' showed Premeditation and conspiracy to take over a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

January 15.  Armed military left the BOSTON to assist in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani.

January 17.  Under stress, duress, usurpation, coercion, and intimidation, Hawaii's Queen Liliuokalani stepped down until corrections were made.


1894.

U.S. President Cleveland gave two (2) letters to Willis:

(1)  a letter to Sanford B. Dole - greeting him as a friend.

(2) a letter to Willis instructing him to 'Place Queen Liliuokalani Back on the Throne'.

Review and Summary

Queen Liliuokalani visited Washington for a political mission.

"No Court of Equity could decide against her."

Note:  Royal persons are Not subject to the laws.

Queen Liliuokalani herself maintained that she was still the Queen.

An abdication was prepared for her signature on January 25, 1895 by A.S. Hartwell.

Background on A.S. Hartwell, a Conspirator:

He was an Honorary Brevet Brigadier General working under President Lincoln in the American Civil War 1863-1865.

He arrived in Hawaii in 1868.  He was a Harvard graduate.

- Appointed as Judge of the Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Hawaii by Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V

"In 1873 he hosted a visit of some other former civil war generals, including John Schofield, Rufus Ingalls, and Barton S. Alexander, when they investigated the use of Pearl Harbor as a naval base."

- Hartwell was appointed Attorney General by King Kalakaua.

_ Hartwell had eight (8) children who married some of those who conspired against the Queen and her people"

1. Daughter Mabel Rebecca Hartwell was born April 5, 1873 and married Alfred Townsend in 1897.
2. Daughter Edith Millicent Hartwell was born May 25, 1874 and married Alfred Wellington Carter (1867–1949) in 1895.^[16]
3. Daughter Madeline Perry Hartwell was born May 26, 1875 and married Albert Francis Judd, Jr. in 1899, son of Albert Francis Judd, and grandson of Gerrit P. Judd.
4. Daughter Charlotte Lee Hartwell was born October 22, 1876 and married Charles Henry Chater.
5. Daughter Juliette Hartwell was born July 27, 1879 and married Olaf L. Sorenson on May 18, 1912.
6. Son Charles Atherton Hartwell was born November 5, 1880 and married Cordelia Judd Carter (1876–1921), daughter of Henry A. P. Carter, cousin of A. W. Carter, and granddaughter of Gerrit.^[16]
7. Bernice Hartwell was born August 15, 1882.
8. Alice Dorothy Hartwell was born July 27, 1884 and married Ferdinand Frederick Hedemann in 1927.^[17]

Queen Liliuokalani recorded Genocide Activities in the Hawaiian Islands:

- She 'was arrested on January 7th for no specific offense.'

- She was "confined alone, held in the Iolani Palace, named by the Conspirators as the Executive Building."

- She "was alone and ill."

- She was held prisoner by the corporation of Sugar planters and their lawyers posing as the Republic of Hawaii.  Posers aka Identity Thieves aka pirates, pillagers, conspirators, treasonous persons, racketeering deviants, etc.

- A legal abdication was not made.  She was still the Queen, the lawful ruler.

- She signed the abdication under duress.  She signed because she was not fearful for her life, but "to save those she loved, she executed those documents..."

- Minister Willis was needed to 'prevent a general massacre of those of every nation who were supposed to be faithful to the constitutional monarch.  Even prisoners were kept locked up by their captors lest they be taken out and hanged by the captors calling themselves Republicans," The captors were pirates, pillagers, racketeers, conspirators, treasonous persons, genocide activists, etc., who premeditated the takeover of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

About the captors:  Some of them were killed, some made into slaves and sent abroad.  An example is a Kalama who married an American Indian in Oregon and has many descendants, heirs, and whose families have oral history of their ancestor who was made into a slave, etc.

Note:  Minister Willis was "appointed Minister to Hawaii by President Grover Cleveland in 1893. Willis was sent to Hawaii on a secret mission to meet with deposed Queen Liliʻuokalani and obtain a promise of amnesty for those involved in theoverthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii if Cleveland restored her to the throne. Willis reported to the Secretary of State in Washington that she was intent on killing the culprits. There was a dispute: Willis said the Queen said "beheading"; she later said she used "execute." 

 "Willis served as Minister to Hawaii until his death in Honolulu on January 6, 1897. An elaborate state funeral was held for him in the ʻIolani Palace (temporarily renamed the Executive Building).^[5] He was interred in Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville, Kentucky."

The Hawaiian question is the "opinion of a great many of the people of the United States."

The Queen only opened her lips to pupils in Washington, not to reporters or others.  Her confidante included Julius Palmer who was her spokesperson, an American.

Kingdom of Hawaii Law:

Queen Liliuokalani had two (2) meetings with U.S. President Cleveland and a meeting with his wife.

U.S. President Cleveland did return Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani.

Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani had interests in Queen Kalama, King Lunalilo, Charles Kanaina, and Bernice Pauahi Bishop.  *Interests because of Other connections were Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who was married to Queen Kalama, Kekualoa aka's; and Gina Lahilahi; *King Lunalilo - son of Charles Kanaina and Kekauluohi (female) who was married to both Kamehameha and Kamehameha II - Liholiho.  Charles Kanaina was married to Miriam Kekauonohi, and Kekauluohi (female).  Miriam Kekauonohi was married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho, Aarona Kealiiahonui, Charles Kanaina, and Levi Haalelea.  Kamehameha II - Liholiho had other wives:  Kamamalu, Liliha, Kapule, Pauahi, Kinau, and Pali.  Liliha was married to Boki and Kalaniulumoku/Namaile; Kapule was married to Kaumualii; Kealiiahonui and Simon Kaio. *Charles Kanaina became the stepfather of all of Kamehameha's children, stepchildren, and hanai/adopted chidren. *Bernice Pauahi married Keawe, had hanai/adopted son named Opunui;married Charles Reed Bishop who only had a life interest. SUMMARY

This is evidence of a major conspiracy, piracy, pillaging by Americans in the Hawaiian Islands.  Charles Reed Bishop, Pirate of the Pacific and His Friends are documented as conspirators, co-conspirators, pirates, racketeers in the Hawaiian Islands since his arrival.

The Hawaiian Kingdom Blog released a letter today written by United Nations Independent Expert Alfred deZayas to two Hawaii Circuit Court judges.

In the letter, dated February 18, 2018, deZayas wrote, "I have come to understand that the lawful political status of the Hawaiian Islands is that of a sovereign nation-state in continuity; but a nation-state that is under a strange form of occupation by the United States resulting from an illegal military occupation and a fraudulent annexation."

DeZayas addressed this letter to Hawaii Circuit Court Judges Gary Chang and Jeannette Castagnetti. Chang presides over Hawaii's Land and Tax Appeal Court. Castagnetti presided over the contentious Nelson v. Hawaiian Homes Commission case, in which she ordered the Hawaii State Legislature to pay the Dept. of Hawaiian Home Lands $28 million in 2016.

"To call this (U.N.) document 'remarkable' is an understatement," David Keanu Sai told Hawaiian Kingdom Blog.

Sai, who holds a Ph.D. in political science from U.H., has led several international complaints regarding the legal status of the Hawaiian Kingdom. He explained in an email to Meanwhile in Hawai'i that his complaints aimed to expose "the continued existence of the Hawaiian Kingdom as an independent and sovereign State."

Sai said a relative of Routh Bolomet, "a Hawaiian-Swiss citizen," alerted him last week to deZayas' letter.

In the letter, deZayas referred to his review of a 2017 complaint from Bolomet to the U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Bolomet complained of "historical and ongoing plundering of the Hawaiians' lands, particularly of those heirs and descendants with land titles that originate from the distributions of lands under the authority of the Hawaiian Kingdom," deZayas wrote.

DeZayas served as the U.N. Human Rights Council's Independent Expert on the Promotion of a Democratic and Equitable International Order from May 2012 through April 2018. He wrote the letter while serving in that position. He previously served as Secretary of the U.N. Human Rights Committee and Senior Lawyer with the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights. He is a Cuban-born U.S. citizen with a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He currently teaches at the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Law.

John Watson Foster (March 2, 1836 – November 15, 1917) was an American diplomat and military officer, as well as a lawyer and journalist. His highest public office was U.S. Secretary of State under Benjamin Harrison, although he also proved influential as a lawyer in technically private practice in the international relations sphere.

Early life[edit]

Foster was born on March 2, 1836, in Petersburg, Indiana, and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He was the son of Matthew Watson, an Indiana farmer, and the former Eleanor Foster (née Johnson). He graduated from the fledgling Indiana University in 1855, but decided not to become a preacher as his parents hoped. Instead, Foster attended Harvard Law School, then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to begin his legal career.
In 1861, Foster volunteered in the Union Army in the American Civil War.^[1] Initially commissioned as a major, he rose to the rank of colonel, serving with the 25th Indiana Volunteer Infantry, the 65th Indiana Volunteer Mounted Infantry and the 136th Indiana Volunteer Infantry. Foster's troops became the first to enter Knoxville, Tennessee after the successful campaign by General Ambrose Burnside.
Foster was a member of the Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States - a military society of officers who had served in the Union armed forces during the Civil War.
After the war, Foster returned to Indiana and (in addition to his legal practice) edited the Evansville Daily Journal. He used the paper to promote the Republican Party from 1865 to 1869.

Washington career[edit]

Foster moved to Washington, D.C. under Republican President Ulysses S. Grant, as well as had a summer home in Watertown, New York. As a reward for his political service after the Republican Party split in 1872 as a result of scandals and rampant corruption in Grant's first administration (which even reached Vice President Schuyler Colfax and which had caused reformers to nominate Horace Greeley in futile opposition to Grant's second term), successive Republican Presidents Grant, Rutherford B. Hayes and James A. Garfield appointed Foster the U.S. Ambassador to Mexico (1873–1880), then to Russia (1880–1881). President Chester A. Arthur made Foster the United States Ambassador to Spain (1883–1885).
In Benjamin Harrison's administration, Foster served as a State Department "trouble shooter" before becoming Secretary of State for the final six months of Harrison's term (from June 29, 1892, to February 23, 1893). As such, Foster replaced James Gillespie Blaine, who had succumbed to Bright's disease, of which he later died. As Secretary of State, Foster "helped direct the overthrow of the Hawaiian monarchy."^[2]:11
After leaving public office, Foster remained in Washington and invented a new type of legal practice, lobbying for large "corporations seeking favors in Washington and chances to expand abroad."^[2]:12 Foster also used his government and political contacts to secure legal fees as counsel to several foreign legations. He also continued to serve Presidents part-time on diplomatic missions. As such, Foster negotiated trade agreements with eight countries, brokered a treaty with Britain and Russia concerning seal hunting in the Bering Sea, and negotiated the Treaty of Shimonoseki of 1895 (technically as legal consultant and commissioner for the Qing Dynasty in which China recognized Korean independence as well as ceded Taiwan to the victorious Japanese after the First Sino-Japanese War.^[2]:12[3]
In 1903, Foster published American diplomacy in the Orient, followed in 1904 by Arbitration and the Hague Court. In 1906, he wrote The practice of diplomacy as illustrated in the foreign relations of the United States.^[4] These are among the many books written by John Watson Foster.

Family[edit]

Three of Foster's children never reached adulthood. Foster sent his son to Princeton. Foster doted on his daughters' grandchildren, regaling them with tales of life on the frontier as well as in foreign lands (of which he retained many curios). His daughter Edith Foster married Presbyterian minister Allen Macy Dulles, and their children included John Foster Dulles (who also became a U.S. Secretary of State) and Allen Welsh Dulles, (Director of Central Intelligence). Foster's daughter Eleanor married State Department legal advisor Robert Lansing (who later also served as U.S. Secretary of State); their niece Eleanor Lansing Dulles became an economist and diplomat.^[1] Foster is also the great-grandfather of the noted Catholic convert and theologian Cardinal Avery Dulles.

Death and legacy[edit]

Foster died in Washington, D.C. on November 15, 1917. His body was returned to Evansville, Indiana, where it remains in Oak Hill Cemetery, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for Vanderburgh County.

Kapapu Jones - the alias name of Jones is Aluli.  Research incomplete.
Kaluakini - he was the true grandchild of Akahi (female) and became Akahi (female) hanai/adopted child when his father Nahuina died.
Kaluakini had two wives:  He and his first wife named Kawahineahanui were the hanai/adopted parents of Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani.  She had been married to Bennett Namakeha and had adopted a child named Kahanu.  Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani married Kalakaua/King Kalakaua after her first husband died.

Kaluakini married Haili the daughter of Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Pomaikelani the sister of Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani.  There was another sister name Kinoiki who was the mother of the three (3) sons:  Edward; Kuhio; and Kawananakoa.

Kaluakini and Haili had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini and others.  Kaluakini was claimed to have leprosy and was sent to Kalaupapa, Molokai.  His wife Haili went as a kokua.  Kokua's had to submit to experimentation if they desired to stay with their loved ones.  Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini was adopted by Kaluakini's mother and brother Kaopu momona who was King Kalakaua's real son.

Charles Reed Bishop is documented as one of the "warmest supporters of the revolution and the republic".

U.N. Expert to Hawai`i Judges: Islands Under “Strange Form of Occupation” by U.S.

The Hawaiian Kingdom Blog released a letter today written by United Nations Independent Expert Alfred deZayas to two Hawaii Circuit Court judges.

In the letter, dated February 18, 2018, deZayas wrote, "I have come to understand that the lawful political status of the Hawaiian Islands is that of a sovereign nation-state in continuity; but a nation-state that is under a strange form of occupation by the United States resulting from an illegal military occupation and a fraudulent annexation."

DeZayas addressed this letter to Hawaii Circuit Court Judges Gary Chang and Jeannette Castagnetti. Chang presides over Hawaii's Land and Tax Appeal Court. Castagnetti presided over the contentious Nelson v. Hawaiian Homes Commission case, in which she ordered the Hawaii State Legislature to pay the Dept. of Hawaiian Home Lands $28 million in 2016.

"To call this (U.N.) document 'remarkable' is an understatement," David Keanu Sai told Hawaiian Kingdom Blog.

Sai, who holds a Ph.D. in political science from U.H., has led several international complaints regarding the legal status of the Hawaiian Kingdom. He explained in an email to Meanwhile in Hawai'i that his complaints aimed to expose "the continued existence of the Hawaiian Kingdom as an independent and sovereign State."

Sai said a relative of Routh Bolomet, "a Hawaiian-Swiss citizen," alerted him last week to deZayas' letter.

In the letter, deZayas referred to his review of a 2017 complaint from Bolomet to the U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Bolomet complained of "historical and ongoing plundering of the Hawaiians' lands, particularly of those heirs and descendants with land titles that originate from the distributions of lands under the authority of the Hawaiian Kingdom," deZayas wrote.

DeZayas served as the U.N. Human Rights Council's Independent Expert on the Promotion of a Democratic and Equitable International Order from May 2012 through April 2018. He wrote the letter while serving in that position. He previously served as Secretary of the U.N. Human Rights Committee and Senior Lawyer with the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights. He is a Cuban-born U.S. citizen with a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He currently teaches at the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Law.
