S.B. Dole could not transfer sovereignty that was not his. He was a treasonous person, a conspirator, a pirate, pillager, racketeer, genocide activist who did aid in premeditating the takeover of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.
Sovereignty
The only legitimate government in the Hawaiian Islands is the Hawaiian Kingdom, an independent, neutral, non violent nation.
S.B. Dole was not the owner of the public property of the Hawaiian Islands. He was an alien, who also conspired against Queen Liliuokalani and lost all interest in the fee simple lands, less than alodio lands. Dole could not own alodio/forever lands.
Minister Sewall accepted the "transfer of the sovereignty and property of the Hawaiian government."
The public property of the Hawaiian Islands is Not the same as the property of the Hawaiian government.
