Amelia Gora Ruthann Caudill my letter triggered a letter from the Honolulu Police Department who assigned me a number which I have been using since 1998 to log names of problematic people under 'Genocide Activities Ongoing'.... there was no Annexation, U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back Twice in 1894 and 1897, then U.S. President McKinley "Proclaimed" Hawaii to be a Territory of the United States.....the permanent treaty of friendship and amity is a contractual agreement and Treaties are the Supreme Law of the Land and Judges "in every state shall be bound thereby"....the Doctrine of Political Question is applicable....hint: This treaty applies to ONLY the Royal Families and Not the People …."Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs and successors" and the U.S. President...…..NO ONE ELSE! no American people listed, no kanaka maoli who are NOT part of the Royal Families too......which is why the usurpers moved to claim that Bernice Pauahi was the "last of the Kamehameha's"......everyone should READ MORE instead of forming an opinion as if they can..... the letter above states that the court of original jurisdiction is the Legal Court, which is the Hawaiian Kingdom Court......so, the ball is in our Royal Families Court... period.
