Let us Bow our heads...O heavenly father, I come to you as humbly as I know how. I confess my sins, those known, and unknown. Lord you know I am not perfect, and I fall short everyday of my life. I want to take time out to say Thank you for your grace and mercy. Thank you for my life, my health, my strength, my family, my friends, the roof over my head, food on my table, my transportation and everything I know you have provided for me. For seeing me through danger seen and unseen. Hallelujah! Copy and paste if you're feeling blessed too. No matter what it looks like he is still blessing me! In Jesus Mighty Name...Amen.👐👐

He actually brags about it
Kealii Makekau He helped draft it yes but no one signed the dam thing
Trisha Kehaulani Watson-Sproat Kealii Makekau so what was he hired for? he has zero experience. this seems insane to me.
Melissa Leina'ala Haa Moniz But it is INSANE at OHA.......this just the FINISHING touches
Foster Ampong SO! Kealii Makekau what are you saying? Zuri Aki drafted this NH Constitution BUT did not sign it? That by itself tells you how wishy-washie and lame some guy (Zuri Aki) hired by OHA to chair their Policy initiative is.

Mikee Gomes Enough of the BS already. As a Kanaka and Beneficiary to the assets that OHA is supposed to manage .... I want to see a Full Audit done and hold Accountable each and every one of the Trustees including the CEO and employees of OHA.

Lana Moniz DeSilva Robbins In fairness to Zuri Aki JD Kamehameha Schools Class of 2000 he is the chief drafter of the Native Hawaiian Constitution but it has not been ratified. One thing with him is that he is HONEST and strives for the Truth irrelevant if it makes him unpopular. Come on. Four years ago you interviewed him https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8UEwUP3BfwM

Stop personally attacking Kanaka and attack failed policies and our real oppressors instead. Stop with the divisive attacks.

Tane Inciong He should introduce in the policy that it would be mandatory for anyone pro-wreck to denounce their citizenship to the Hawaiian Kingdom and to naturalize to the U.S .lawfully and with the understanding that they cannot negotiate anything to do with the Hawaiian Kingdom. After that, I don't care what they do as Hawaiian-American and wish them well. Everything that is of the Hawaiian Kingdom belongs rightfully with the Hawaiian Kingdom subjects and de-occupation of the U.S. is demanded for justice to be in place. This should be the number one priority.

Luwella Leonardi Oh oh, it seems to me we going down the Jon Van Dyke road again. Back in 1974 and 1978 we did everything we could to hold on to our 200,000 acres, those of us that were 50%+bloodquantum. I believe during those years we weren't looking to live on Hawaiian Homestead. I believe we were focused on the wait list that were filled with elderly and pure Hawaiians. There was 3,000 in 1974 and 5,000 on the wait list in 1975. We knew back then, we would have a 50,000 'Ohana' wait list. That person is a 'power of' from a pure Hawaiian parent. Our thinking shifted to protecting that 'Ohana'. The only law, rule and policy we had was the 'bloodquantum'! I used to think the Na kupuna was crazy, when they said, "if you don't want to marry a Hawaiian then leave the homestead."I so thought they were nuts in my head, never out loud. I could do the numbers but not the true reality, but our Na Kupuna did!!
Luwella Leonardi Aki will chose policies that are already written for him that were constructed by Jon Van Dyke. Chapter 92F for Hawaiians.

Mikee Gomes I believe we also have a right to hold accountable Robert Lindsey for signing Crabbe 3 more years without the other Trustees having a say in the contract. Somehow can't that be challenged?
LikeReply118 hrs
Luwella Leonardi I have many face to face differences with Crabbe and Aki. And early on, I've had many heated FB with Aki too. But, I also know Jon Van Dyke's messes is entrenched, why? Jon Van Dyke created OHA. Living with the military veterans and Hawaiian Homesteaders, it's not easy because of the gender differences. During the years I grew up on DHHL only our fathers could be lessees. Hawaiian Homestead are strong male voices and often demanding or pro USA.

Mel Wildman Luwella Leonardi There are 3 major complex points of interest that have jurisdiction in Court regarding trustees removal. Here are the 3 points;

If the trustee has committed a breach of the fiduciary duties of care over the assets or loyalty to the beneficiaries. Examples include failing to pay taxes, stealing assets, and not following the specifications of the trust.
If the trustee is unfit, unwilling or persistently fails to act in the best interest of the beneficiaries and the trust, the court can remove the trustee.
In come cases, the circumstances surrounding the trust can change significantly or all qualified beneficiaries can request the removal of the trustee. The court can review the case and remove the trustee if it deems this for the best interest of the beneficiaries, as long as this isn’t inconsistent with the original specifications and intent of the trust.

Luwella Leonardi Mikee Gomes, I like what Mel Wildman said and I might be off mark because it's been so long ago. I lost my argument so I was trained by DR. George Kanahele to properly tape into revenues. I was there in 1983, and there was a single Hawaiian organization not involve, they all participated. After two weeks camping up at the hill, we were told to our faces that funding was for world corporations, something to that fact based on 1778 definition of Hawaiians. I walked away and never went back.

Luwella Leonardi I was there when Zuri took the heat from Kaleikoa and on the spot Aki explained that the policy was created before he got to Maunawili. Just as what's happening now, it happened long ago too. John Waihee, Frances Kauhane, Steve Kuna, Milton Holt, and Bill Meheula, all came on board after the fact. The 'who' owns the Crown lands was entrenched by COHO and the Ariyoshi gang. I know this cause I was there opposing Jon Van Dyke and the loss of 5(f) lands and revenues to the general public due to the formation of OHA. The 'crown lands' begets the Hawaiian definition or 'common law' which is water rights. The public trust 'revenue' and Hawaiian Homestead lands belonged to native Hawaiians with the bloodquantum and the general public. OHA serves the general public because of Rice verses Cayetano case. Aki will work for Jon Van Dyke and the Ariyoshi/Inouye sect. Aki is standing alone and all is there on the table. Sadly, I feel Aki is just the messenger for the Mark Twain gang of thieves.

It looks like a body building pose. He makes people laugh. Nothing wrong with that. Better than making people cry.

Heidi Holomua We don't need another clown to make us laugh at OHA... If that is his strength, (making people laugh), then why should we pay for yet another "court jester"?!? There are several already in OHA being paid by us. Please. Oki, na ho'i.

Lana Moniz DeSilva Robbins Heidi Holomua Yes he makes some people laugh which is commendable. Unlike some people he does not inflict pain on others and cut them down in order to stand tall. With Zuri while he supports Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton both of whom lost he has integrity and does not strive to be popular. He's a very smart young man. He knows what we are up against and is a realist which goes a long way..

Luwella Leonardi Robert Freitas need to stay focus on RP. The military pointed a gun to my dad's head during the start of WWII. Told him he needed to leave his RP land that he was born on, or they would shoot him as they pointed a gun at him. He went back and died on his RP land at age 87.

Robert Freitas Jr. Luwella Leonardi I totally agree because they burned down my family's home at Keahole Point (Kona International Airport) without warning forcing them to move to their 2nd home two-three miles up the mountain. Once the Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway was built the United Fakes of America and the Fake State of Hawaii claimed the lands as government lands were the lands were instead Kuleana Lands that were awarded to my family. My mother was in court fighting this, but as we all know the crooks were being protected by their illegal courts till this very day.

It is my understanding that the War Crime Complaints are continuing to move forward and once they are acted upon and enforced this will be the beginning of the END for the Fake State of Hawaii and their illegal courts as we move forward with the de-occupation process and the return of all lands that were stolen. A lot of families will be faced with a lot of important decisions due to the so called improvements or should I say developments that have been placed on their lands without your permission which could also lead to LAWSUITS as a part of the REPARATIONS indicated in the Executive Agreements.

We are getting closer!!! This new year should be very interesting!!! Very Interesting Indeed!!!
