A visit to the Queen Liliuokalani Trust - Halona Street Office - was made on Monday, April 3, 2017.

There has been no response since.

This is a demand letter/notice to vacate the properties in 7 days, respecting the laws of the most favored nations, and respecting the rights of the true trustees who are also the true land owners, the alodio/alodial land owners.

This is a demand notice that the offices will need to be vacated on Halona Street so that we can operate the Queen Liliuokalani Trust/Liliuokalani Trust from that address.

All other locations have a 15 day notice to vacate.

Current employees of the illegal trusts will be able to apply for their positions.

The credit union assigned to receive rents is the Hawaiian Telephone Federal Credit Union.

This is a demand notice to vacate our Private Properties beginning with the Halona Street address properties which sits on our ancestral properties of Mataio Kekuanaoa.

His oldest son Paalua and his stepson John Kapena were also his heirs. Mataio Kekuanaoa's last marriage was to Kalima, our ancestor.

"Know all men by these presents that I Kaeha (w) widow and sole heir of Keawe late of Keoneula in the District of Honolulu in consideration of my love and affection for Kaaumoana (wife of Keoke of Honolulu) my keiki hanai and of one dollar to me paid by her ..do hereby grant sell and convey unto Henry Prendergast of Honolulu aforesaid, all my right title and Equity of Redemption in all that piece of land in Keoneula aforesaid as described in a Deed of Mortgage from my said late husband Keawe deceased intestate dated the seventh day of March A.D. 1872 and accorded in Liber 35 on page 1 made to John Montgomery of Honolulu with all houses thereon and all rights and privileges thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the same unto the said H. Prendergast his heirs and assigns forever. SUMMARY

The Trust created by the usurpers became Null and Void based on Liber 178 pages 267-268. The Agreement was fraudulently documented as a Deed in Liber 319 pages 447-459 at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu.

On page 457, Number "(45) Deed of Kahakuakoi et al, September 3, 1898, Librer 178/267; Interest in Estates of Charles Kanaina, W.C. Lunalilo, Brernicre P, Bishop and Queen Haleleponi." was fraudulently documented as a Deed when in reality it was and remains an Agr. or Agreement.

The Trustee designated by Queen Liliuokalani was Kaaumoana (see Liber 35 pages 131-132) who also went by the name "Kahakuakoi" etc. as documented in Liber 178 pages 267- 268).

There are other Deeds listed which belongs to our families including the Deed of Kailikoli who was the hanai father of Queen Liliuokalani; David Pauahi aka's, etc.

The Trust created by the usurpers were served billings for rents.

Effective today, the Trust now has seven (7) days or by Saturday, March 4, 2017, to respond to the billings. This Notice Served through the e-mail, posted on the web is meant as a legal reminder, and for the records.

Today is March 4, 2017, Saturday and I, Amelia Gora, one of the true Trustees of Queen Liliuokalani's Trust have prepared and processed a 7 Day Legal Notice through the U.S. Postal Service, Certified, Return Receipt Requested mailing.

The 7 Day Legal Notice is used by the most favored nations, and as the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, House of Nobles member, Judicial Tribunal member/Judge, Konohiki, Hawaiian Genealogical Society, Royal Family Member, Royal person, one of the True Trustees of Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani through her true Trustee Kaaumoana/Kahakuahaakoi, hereby give a 7 Day Legal Notice effective today, March 4, 2017, with the expected response by the 11th or March 11, 2017 - Saturday.

Fraud claims are documented by the criminal estate made up of Samuel Damon, et. als. and perpetuated today.

An Agreement was filed by Samuel Damon, et. als.

Since the time of Queen Liliuokalani's death, the frauds continued, which is not acceptable.

The Trust of our Queen, our great great great grandmother belongs to our families and not to the usurpers who did wrongs to our Queen, our families, her subjects.

Assumption of the Queen's Trust/Liliuokalani's Trust will legally be for our families to take care of effective on March 11, 2017.

U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1897 as found in research.

U.S. President McKinley Proclaimed the Territory in 1900, disregarding oppositions documented in 1897 by Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000 subjects.

In 1912, the Attorney General claimed that "the Territory was the successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii", and from research, the heirs and successors existing then and their descendants existing today are Not related to the fraud set up created by U.S. President McKinley with the help of the "Army, Navy, and Federal officials" who aided in developing the Territory.

In 1915, the Pan Pacific group/Hawaii Tourism Authority made Liliuokalani Queen for a Day as documented in the pan Pacific Magazine and maneuvered to obtain her signatures to obtain land for themselves, etc.

The Queen's Trust, Queen Liliuokalani's Trust, etc. belongs to our /her families documented through research, etc.

The Kamehameha's are foremost and are the heirs ....over the hanai and hanai hookama - adopted children of Kamehameha. The hanai and hanai hookama with the stepchildren from another father become the successors. They are all human beings vs. entities such as the Provisional government, Republic of Hawaii, developed and proclaimed Territory, and State of Hawaii - non breathing of a alien/foreign setup a sham setup by false flag, terrorist activities of a foreign nation, etc.

Hi, yes bloodline first ......also, there are two kinds of hanai as documented by Samuel Kamakau:

1) hanai

2) hanai hookama, a hanai who inherits sovereignty.

The hanai hookama were:

Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV

Hueu Davis

Kale Davis

Peke Davis

The significant parts of their genealogies are that they were the descendants of the father of Kamehameha Keouakupuapaikalaninui.

Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV was a Kamehameha and designated successor of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.

Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, Peke Davis were from the sibling of Kamehameha named Keliimaikai/Kealiimaikai. After their father Isaac Davis was murdered, their grandfather John Young/Olohana and Kamehameha adopted them. Their mother was Grace Kamaikui.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli also adopted the three.

There are many Kamehameha's who are the heirs, and the stepchildren from Kalaniopuu, and Kaumualii. The stepchildren with the hanai hookama became "successors". Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho was both heir and successor.

In the case of PA PELEKANE (1912) the Territory turned State of Hawaii through the Attorney General documented that the "Territory" is the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii". ...Identity theft documented.

Note: Queen Liliuokalani said that the Provisional government was an entity. It turned into another entity Republic of Hawaii with Oppositions to annexation by Queen Liliuokalani and her subjects = about 40,000.

the New President McKinley had the Army, Navy and Federal officials "develop" the Territory, another entity.

U.S. President McKinley directed by Proclamation the entity Territory.

"HAWAII REPORTS, Volume 11 - IN RE AH HO, et. al. shows on page 665 "In the exercise of the power conferred by the first of these two provisions, the President of the United States, on August 12, 1898, directed by proclamation, that "the civil, judicial and military powers in question shall be exercised by the officers of the Republic of Hawaii, as it existed just prior to the transfer of sovereignty, subject to his power to remove such officers and to fil vacancies," and after reiterating the second of these and other provisions of the Resolution, further directed that, "under these various provisions, the Government of the islands will proceed without interruption." The intention of Congress was to continue the existing government of the islands in operation without interruption, except in so far as it might be inconsistent with the Constitution or treaties of the United States or with the terms of the Resolution. Subject to this limitation only, the judicial power was to continue as it existed just prior to the transfer of sovereignty."

The Territory became the State of Hawaii, another entity, through the Executive Order by U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Opposition was documented by one of Kamehameha's descendants named Harold Abel Cathcart, He was a cousin of my great grandmother Mele Keawe/Kauweloa.

'Opposition was documented so Sovereignty shall be' said my paralegal instructor who was a State Prosecutor, turned Judge named Randall Lee.

The opposition by a Kamehameha legally negated Statehood, negated the State an entity which was "developed" and put together, 'proclaimed' by a U.S. President McKinley even after U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani.

The Kamehameha's were and continue to maintain that the Kingdom of Hawaii exists.

The Kamehameha Dynasty continued because Keohokalole, mother of David Kalakaua, Liliuokalani, Miriam Likelike, Leleiohoku, was adopted by a Kamehameha named Nahuina....she was the daughter of Kapule son of Hanuna, one of the four (4) children of Kaoleioku the Oldest Son of Kamehameha and Kanekapolei. He was the sibling of Kiwalao, Keoua Ahuula, Keoua Peeale, et. als. and all of Kamehameha's children, stepchildren, and hanai/hanai hookama.

The entity State and its cabal remain an illegal entity, a documented Pirate etc. amidst the Kamehameha's.

Validated by evidence, the Treaty of 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America, Article XIV as documented by the Judicial Tribunal Members/Judges of the Kingdom of Hawaii made up of Kamehameha's own.
