During these times of confusion most of us are in the state of "you go stay go, I go stay come, better known as going in a circle for circles have no ends nor destination"? They just get bigger and bigger. The United States Congress and the Office of their Presidency is like another segment of Keanu Reeves Matrix. The latest I stumbled upon on the "tube" as Reevees was simply Robotic as that of the U. S. Congress and its Executive Office.

The quandary now being HealthCare, the "OBAMA ILL or TRUMP PILL"? Yet the RINO's had seven years to plan the "Three R's, Repair, Revoke and Reveal while the JACKASSES farted and shitted in their faces.

Director of Public Health DOCTOR TOM PRICE served in Congress those seven years and was credited as having the answers to Public Health but seems to be in a degree of dementia himself.

All sides of aisle have questions and proposals but no solutions. The solution is right before everyone's eyes and that is "offer the Taxed Public the same HealthCare Package that the members of Congress have as well as the Congressional Retirement System, all free after One Year in Congressional Office.

In the report, verbiage was used to emphasize and repeat the need for,

and define the requisites thereof for the purpose in which to promote and permit,

allow, and sustain, the sense of OPEN SPACE. And, for the preservation of special

environmental "sensitive areas" within any Urban Growth Boundary.

This policy- this intent, this protocol to set aside wildlife areas as open space,

has been violated, breached, and dishonored.

PREMISE:

As one who attended all the meetings- in 2007, the Rail Project and Transit Oriented Development were pitched and sold by theInterim Task Force on Smart Growth as a means and method to protect, preserve, and create MORE open space - and the development of rail itself, would automatically initiate, identify, and set forth a policy to protect and preserve and safeguard, the Open Space(s) remaining on the Ewa Plain within the Urban Core.

This promoting of OPEN SPACE per the TASK FORCE has turned out to be A RUSE, A LIE, A DECEITFUL BAIT AND SWITCH procedure in which THE TASK FORCE was devised to dupe and dummy down the voter from the real facts.

FACT:

Nothing of the sort to protect Ewa's Open Space(s) and fragile pockets of rare environmental havens for endangered species has taken place-

Rather, in contrast, in reality, just the opposite has transpired.

All open spaces- per the Oahu General Plan, last codified in 2002, illustrates zero areas of open space for wildlife to remain after the rail project has been advanced. What had been orchestrated by the TASK FORCE was a policy to make certain ZERO acres- nada, nothing, not a patch of greenery shall exist within any Urban Growth Boundary. The concept of preserving open spaces - critical areas for wildlife, was one big lie in all that the TASK FORCE accomplished and recorded as protocol for future developmental plans.

All areas of Open Space (including fallow agricultural lands) still intact on the Ewa Plain and located within the Urban Growth Boundary, at one time were, are, and at times currently utilized upon for survival by many of the federally endangered listed birds such as the Hawaiian Coot ( https://www.fws.gov/pacificislands/fauna/HIcoot.html ), Hawaiian Duck ( https://www.fws.gov/pacificislands/fauna/HIduck.html ), Hawaiian Stilt ( https://www.fws.gov/pacificislands/fauna/stilt.html ) and insects such as Yellow Faced Bees ( http://news.nationalgeographic.com/2016/10/bees-endangered-species-hawaii-yellow-faced0/ ), Blackburn's Sphinx Moth

I have recorded videos - evidence - documented over the years these endangered species trying to survive on the very land that the TASK FORCE FOR SMART GROWTH has lied about- mischaracterized- wclaimed no endangered species ever lived on, or will. Liars.

Mind you we also have an endangered damselfly as well being extirpated on the Ewa Plain- knowingly and willingly - and against all environmental protection laws.

In addition to some of the federally listed endangered species as aforementioned above, the Ewa Plain is also home to many Migratory Species of Birds that travel the world and return to Hawaiian Islands for refuge- specifically within, on, and through the convergence area of where two streams meet on the Ewa Plain- example : (Plover; https://phys.org/news/2011-06-plovers-tracked-pacific.html ).

The Honouliuli Stream and Kaloi Stream converge on the Ewa Plain (above Mango Tree Boulevard) within the Honouliuli Watershed/ Ahupua'a- and is a place teaming with wildlife.

The convergence area of these two streams is home to many endangered species listed on the Hawaii State Registrar - one in particular, includes the Pueo- known as the Hawaiian Owl -

POINT:

There are three tracts of open space left on the entire Ewa Plain of which are situated within the Urban Growth Boundary on Oahu- Leeward Coast.

Landowners are: (1) University of Hawaii West Oahu at 300 acres of prime preservation wildlife space remaining; (2) Department of Hawaiian Home Lands at 200 acres; and DR Horton's Ho'opili Master Planned Mixed Use Community Development Project at 1,500 acres- with 300 acres of the 1,500 remaining at Ho'opili untouched and in a state of condition as prime Pueo habitat.

FACT:

It takes 300 acres just to sustain one pair of mating Barn Owls- of which gives researchers/environmentalists the idea of how much property is needed to promulgate any given endangered specie.

The Pueo and other endangered species need these lands on the Ewa Plain - the last of the open spaces in which to forage, court, mate, nest, sleep, and overall, just plain exist. The Honouliuli Ahupua'a is defined here:

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

I have recorded a video taken last night that substantiates how just one pair of Barn Owls utilize every inch, and every blade/stitch of grass left standing on the 300 acres at UHWO left as open space. Take away the 300 acres of open space remaining at UHWO and all chances of Pueo coming back on the Ewa Plain- the opportunity to regain their numbers, the chance to be taken off the endangered species list, will be moot, lost forever.

To ensure the Coot, Duck, Stilt, Pueo, and other fragile insects and migratory birds have a chance,

it is imperative the last few acres of open space on the Ewa Plain be set aside

and left as preservation land- and this is what the TASK FORCE led us to believe it would do.
