Vol VI No., 662 Part 1b

  • Konohiki, Assistant Konohiki Projects Will be Part of this Project.........fyi
  • Aloha, I have been preparing for what we Kanaka maoli will need to feed our ohana by building hydroponic systems. Because of the poisoning of our water tables and 'aina, I felt that we needed another option for growing foods thus hydroponics farming. It is a closed, raised, system using very little soil for the initial seed planting, at which time these seedlings are transferred into tubes for growing in water. Since it is a closed system, the water is recirculated through the system and fed with organic, liquid fertilizer. The system itself is built on an a-frame principle, thereby using very little space as this is a vertical process of gardening.

Kauluwehiokalani Eli Kunane Lopaka Lonoaea we do need to keep going on him with this. He needs to know his role. Keli will be Keli is not sufficient.. Just because he is like this doesn't mean it's okay. And that's the problem very few will put him in check. They just let him flap his jaws. I called him a brother and he goes and insults my Ohana... WHY???? what is her doing that is so dam great to help our people. He seems to be the one causing a lot of hewa with his loose mouth and then act like he did nothing wrong. I will not sit back and allow him to insult one more family member of mine. He crossed the dam line.

Kauluwehiokalani Eli He needs to take his haimakamaka attitude someplace else. And he has been talked to about these things but chooses to ignore it. So now he got it all coming to him.

Heather Farinas-krushensky Look... I had plenty respect for you at one point. I called you my uncle I called you family but for you to insult kia'i and those people who put their freedom and safety on the line cause of what you think is jus plain hewa. I can't call someone my family when they so blatantly don't know. I leave you with some aloha and a heavy heart to see it come to this.
