State of Hawaii agents failed to respond lawfully regarding a call for the question: ”Please account for the date that an expression of the people of Hawaii by direct ballot of eligible voters willfully authorized a status of “sanctuary state”… where and why are 21,000 undocumented immigrants in Hawaii???
