Ano 'ai, that is the 1975 "Hawaiian Native Claims Settlement Act" H.R 1944 I have on file. It piggybacked the 1974 Alaskan Native Claims Settlement Act. Alaskan Natives got one Billion dollars at 100 million for 10 consecutive years "AND 32 MILLION ACRES OF LAND, while the HAWAIIAN NATIVE just got the same amount of funding, "BUT WITH NO LANDS"

Now for any Legislator anywhere, securing funding is paramount. If any Fake State of Hawaii Legislator knew the Kanaka Maoli was awarded such Funds they would be forced to control the Funds for ignoring the Funds would cause their voters to ignore them come reelection time.

Then shortly, in 1978 the Fake State of Hawaii created the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA). Fifteen years later the Danner's of Alaska comeback to save the Kanaka Maoli with their Council of Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA). Nothing in politics is accidental or coincidental. All is planned just as typical as Henry Kissinger's famous quote;

Most Hawaiians are told that the "Hawaiian Native Claims Settlement Act" failed to be enacted. I say I can only go by what I see on the roads I travel in the Ko'olau poko Region. I dare not go the Waianae Region. If they can International steal a Foreign Nation they can with inside kokua of "selected Native Hawaiians" obscure Hawaiian Native Claims Settlement Act.

The alleged 30,000 "roll commission" Native Hawaiians known as "Aboriginal Lands of Hawaiian Ancestry"  (ALOHA) know differently but are silent? We need to expose this to the Hawaiian Public. Exposing such would even sink the Hokulea!  Pay close attention to the "federalized terms" and mostly of all to Section 2 (c) "DECLARATIONS"says it all.

"the people's lands were secured to them by the Constitution and laws of the Kingdom, and no power can convey them away, not even that of royalty itself." alodio lands --- the U.S. is a foreign government whose President McKinley had the Army, Navy, and Federal personnel to DEVELOP the Territory turned State with documented opposition, 3) President McKinley PROCLAIMED the Territory of Hawaii 4) There was NO TREATY OF ANNEXATION, Oppositions are documented, 5) Amano is from a documented Identity Theft entity, and Fraud, 6) Amano is listed on the Judicial Tribunal applicable to the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America Article XIV showing Piracy, pillaging, etc. -- applicable to the contractual agreement of two most favored nation status governments, 6) Amano fails in following the U.S. Constitution - Article VI "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." 7) Amano is part of the Identity Thieves - claiming to be the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii", Frauds acting as if they are a legal government Reference: PA PELEKANE case, HAWAIIAN REPORTS (1912), 8) U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani which means the Kingdom of Hawaii Exists, 9 ) Kamehameha's Families exists, the Royal Families exists who are the Crown Lands owners (see Kamehameha III deeds) ; and it's NOT over because we are a Constitutional Monarchy government, Not the U.S. and Royal persons are NOT SUBJECT TO THE LAWS which is what is clearly different from a U.S. type of government, and which is why the Thurston's, Dole's 'feared the Royal families' - references: First Circuit Court Probate 2409 for Victoria Kamamalu, page 14-15, and researchs by Amelia Gora, one of the many Kamehameha's who have the Royal prerogative and which is why you need to go to youtube and find out about the 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona or read my thousands of articles on the web or read 660 issues of the IOLANI -the Royal Hawk news on the web. Btw DLNR is sitting on our own families Private Properties in the Kalanimoku Building on our great great grandmother's lands.......so those in the Mauna Kea case, and claiming to be Kamehameha's ...gear up, empower yourselves with the above because it's all referenced and GEEV UM!!!

Amelia Gora someone said that Kalakaua was dead before they took him on a ship because he was held up by two men who lifted him up under his arm pits....and his sister knew it too because he came back with the same clothes on.... thank you Sherri Kane for posting such important information .......there's other research which exposes other angles...such as American Civil War Generals were assigned to Hawaii ....they had a choice to work for the U.S. Government or be sent to jail.....because they were Confederates see http://maoliworld.com/.../false-flag-operations-american... for the list of eight (8) generals who became involved in the judicial system etc.

    Island of Oahu; Waianae Mountain Range: Army (with DLNR cheering on THE APPLICATION OF DEADLY RAT POISON)- used helicopters to spew the poison "bait" pellets... blindly in the air in the first week of November per reports- regardless of what the poison does to Pueo- such as kill them- and many of the tainted /chalked full of poison pellets- did they find their way into the streams- and eventually into the ocean?
    Who is monitoring this?
    Why is DLNR and the ARMY afraid to allow any recordings of the aftermath that took place to be made public- deny all people not involved in the poison drop to see what really happened up there...why the secrecy- refusal to allow any access in drop zone(s) to see what really happened?
    Answer is- they (Governor Ige & Administration) are hiding something- and you know it too. There is a lot of money to be made in this "rat poison" air drop business- by the tons.
