Anyone got experience lowering their cholesterol? Google says, salmon, beans, nuts, oatmeal and avocado. Anyone got anything that works good?

Carolyn Santos Why don’t you do a 3 day cleanse to reset ..then change your eating habits and stop drinking. And I think if you stop acting mental that’s going to help too
