U.S. Secretary of State John Foster directed the overthrow of our neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

U.S. President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back Twice (2x) to Queen Liliuokalani in 1894 and again in 1897.

U.S. President William McKinley "proclaimed" Hawaii to be a territory of the United States, an illegal act.

U.S. President William McKinley declared that the Governor would be appointed by the U.S. President. The Judges would also be appointed by the U.S. Presidents.

The United States became two (2) nations: (1) United States - utilizing Treaties and (2) American Empire - operating with territories of the U.S.

Note: The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Sandwich Islands/Hawaii was already a recognized nation since 1842 with the same status of the U.S., France, Great Britain, and Belgium.

The United States, France, and Great Britain were protectorates of our Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Sandwich Islands/Hawaii.

Treaties which were perpetual friendship and amity treaties were engaged in.

Treaties with the United States superseded State and Federal laws, and are the supreme law of the lands, and even Judges must obey according to Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution when Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli ratified the 1849-1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States.

Article XIV allows for the prosecution of pirates, pillagers, thieves, etc. which is the category that current Governor David Ige, et. als. is in now.

Moves by the usurpers to extinguish our Kamehameha lines were active since 1874 due to Sanford B. Dole's articles claiming that Bernice Pauahi was "the last of the Kamehameha's".

Detailed research shows that many Kamehameha's exists even now, including myself who descends from four (4) of Kamehameha's children. There are many documented others.

In complaints sent to the Supreme Court Judges in 1998, their response was that I should contact the Police Department, the Prosecutor's Office, and the court of original jurisdiction.

Pursuit of charges were made and the Police Department did nothing to prosecute the offenders, visits to the Prosecutor's Office led to questions and their claims that the Attorney General should be contacted. They failed to do their job.

The State's Supreme Court letter said to see the "court of original jurisdiction", which means that the Hawaiian Kingdom's Supreme Court was the place to contact.

In a recent letter from United Nations Dr. Alfred DeZayas he has exposed the fact that the entity State of Hawaii annexation claim is a fraud.
