SUMMARY

The Lands, land rules were already set during the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.

Alodio/Alodial lands are forever lands conveyed to kanaka maoli.

Fee Simple, less than alodio/Alodial lands were only for 30 years at the most.

Notice the manipulation of words over time.

Fee Simple lands after 30 years returned to the Hawaiian Government.

Freehold lands were also 30 years and returned to the Hawaiian Government.

The House of Nobles - a permanent part of the three part government were the official overseers of the Government lands.

The Konohiki and Assistant Konohiki/Deputy Konohiki assisted and were the land managers.

The Hawaiian Kingdom's Minister of Interior, elected by the House of Nobles assigned Government Lands to Hawaiian subjects,  et. als. with restrictions as documented by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
