Subject of Complaints: Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Complaint Against the YWCA - Squatters and HPD Officers who took Directions from an e-mail; Genocide Activities Filing from Amelia Gora, a Royal person, Royal Families Representative, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, etc.

This afternoon at approximately 4:30, the Honolulu Police Department was called by the YWCA employee John who presented an e-mail from their representatives outside of the Hawaiian Kingdom/ Kingdom of Hawaii.
Background:
The YWCA are documented squatters and failed to pay rent, failed to show their titles to land of our ancestor named Abner Paki, Land Commission Number 121 located on Richards Street.
John presented an e-mail, Not a post office delivered letter, and called the Honolulu Police Department saying that I, Amelia Gora, was trespassing.
The fact is that I have filed trespassing police reports before the YWCA filed theirs through e-mail. My documents were hand delivered in person.
Legal Issues
The YWCA failed to respond within the 30 day period and under the Supremacy Clause, they have failed to refute, show their deeds etc.
Honolulu Police Department was called.
The Police officers addressed a Royal Family member who was not even on the e-mail.
They asked questions of another Royal Family member who was not even on the e-mail.
They asked John of the YWCA if they should add them to the list banning them from the YWCA.
The Police officers added them to list, even though the e-mail listed only my name.
The Royal Family members and Royal Families Konohiki were added by John of the YWCA, and their names were not listed on the "e-mail" which was not legally sent through the Post Office mailings.
The following violations are now documented:
1) The Honolulu Police Officers accepted the e-mail from John of the YWCA and the Officer M. Fiesta badge no. 3824 followed the directions by the non-owners.
2) They failed to obtain the deeds of the YWCA and callously stated that the YWCA was a long time establishment and failed to show us their deeds.
3) They caused stress, duress, coercion, usurpation on the true owners of the properties.
4) The Officer Fiesta asked me for the Deed that was in my name, and wanted to see the original deed not Xerox, certified copies of the Deed. Yet he failed to obtain Deeds of the YWCA's John.
5) I brought out my set of documents which I had given him copies from the previous complaint and which was served through post office mailings, and a copy given to the Officer Fiesta.
Note: I asked Officer Fiesta what did he do with that set, and asked if he filed it. He claimed he did.
He also stated that anyone can make claims that they are descendants of Kamehameha even he....but I told him no...cause you're Filipino. Issues of identity theft for his statements that he too could claim to be a descendant of Abner Paki the owner of the land we were on.
Please review the two officers body camcorders for a full conversation, evidence. The Officer challenged a Royal person from the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii, and other members of our Royal Families.
6) Royal persons are not subject to the laws and we have immunities.
7) As Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, I also operate with the parity clause under the International laws, and all those with me are protected as well with immunities.
8) Our Royal Families and Royal Families Konohiki are Protected Persons with the status as documented by Dr. Alfred DeZayas of the United Nations who maintained that the Hawaiian Kingdom exists and "under a strange form of occupation".

9) Our Royal Families are parties to the Treaty of 1849/1850 between the United States and the Kingdom of Hawaii signed and ratified by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs and successors and U.S. President Zachary Taylor.
The Post Office is also documented in the Treaty(ies) which is why I, Amelia Gora, have used the Post Office for the mailings to the YWCA, etc.
10) Protectorates documented for the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii are: the United States, France, and Great Britain.
11) The Supremacy Clause is also a part of this business with the YWCA because they have defaulted and failed to respond within the 30 day period.
12) I have received an e-mail from U.S. President Donald Trump after sending messages to him via the Post Office Return Receipt Requested mailings.
In his e-mail, which I did include in the packet to Officer M. Fiesta shows that U.S. President Trump recognizes the Rule of Law and the U.S. Constitution.
Note: The U.S. Constitution has the Supremacy Clause which includes the facts that Treaties are the Supreme Law of the Land and even Judges must respect that, which means all Officers, employees must also respect the Treaties, etc.
13) Our Royal Families are the alodio/allodial land title owners, descendants/heirs of Abner Paki, and whose name appears on the legal records.
14) In the HAWAIIAN REPORTS, 1851, Kekiekie vs. Edward Dennis, Supreme Court Law Library/ Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, the following is documented as case precedence:
"the plaintiff's title was good against all the world...the people's land were secured to them by the Constitution and laws of the Kingdom, and no power can convey them away, not even that of royalty itself."
Note: Kekiekie was a kanaka maoli who was conveyed alodio/allodial titles. Aliens could Not own alodio/allodial titles. Aliens which is what the YWCA is, a foreign entity/organization, could never own alodio/allodial titles belonging to Abner Paki, his heirs and successors.
Additional Need to Know, Record, Demand Documents required as needed for the purposes of the Rule of Law, the U.S. Constitution, etc.
1) Are the YWCA aware that the default means that they have to remove themselves from our Royal Families lands based on the failure to respond in a timely 30 day period.
2) Are the YWCA aware that they cannot own alodio/allodial titles which are "forever" titles deeded to only kanaka maoli including the Royal Families.
Note: Ignorance to the laws have resulted in their loss of all properties on our lands as well. We have the right, the laws in place which shows we have the right to direct the YWCA in removing their building from our Royal Families land(s) = in this case Abner Paki's land on Richards Street.
3) Record, Find, research the facts at the Archives, Bureau of Conveyances, Supreme Court Law Libraries, etc. and Record your finds, etc.
4) I hereby demand to see the following from the HPD for the Officers D. Stanley, and M. Fiesta who followed the YWCA John's directives to see the following:

5) the YWCA including John and Staff are documented squatters, and the true trespassers who have failed to follow the Rule of Law and the U.S. Constitution, etc.
6) the YWCA including John and Staff are in violations of the persons, Royal Families Konohiki persons and have caused a threat upon us and need to remove themselves from our properties.
7)) All YWCA including John and Staff and those providing the email to have us wrongfully, criminally arrested for being on our Royal Families properties, including the Officers M. Fiesta, and D. Stanley's names are hereby entered on this official complaint and to be added on the Genocide Activities List which was assigned to me in 1998.
8) Royal Family Members and Royal Families Konohiki who witnessed and were wrongfully added to the Police Report from the Squatter YWCA representative named John who had no clue as to who we/they are....a violation of their persons:
(1) Calvin Hulihee - a Protected person
(2) Gordon Keaulana - a Protected person
(3) Roy Nakamura - a Protected person
when my name, Amelia Gora, was the only one listed on the email sent from outside of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
