This is the latest information about land issues in the Hawaiian Islands.
The issues of Queen Liliuokalani are still active as well as the facts that our land laws are not the same as the American land laws.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave his people alodio titles, and to aliens he gave Fee Simple or 30 years/Freehold/less than alodio titles to non Hawaiians/kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli.
The usurpers manipulated the two transactions and documented that the lands were "alodio in fee simple" which means fraud was used on our people, and anyone who moved to the Hawaiian Islands thinking they were purchasing "forever lands" called "fee simple".
The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii exists because the Royal Families make up 2/3 of the Permanent Parts of the Hawaiian Government.
The 1/3 Part was made up of the voted in, mostly Alien visitors, occupiers, those who Premeditated/planned to usurp our Queen in 1893.
Evidence of Premeditation began in 1840 during the time of U.S. President Tyler, and other U.S. Presidents, their Secretaries of State, and many of the U.S. Generals.
Evidence of Bernice Pauahi and her husband Charles Reed Bishop were in support of the usurpers has been found.
Evidence of Royal Family members who aided the usurpers such as Princess Kaiulani, Albert Kunuiakea - illegitimate son of Kamehameha III, Robert Wilcox who also helped in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani, et. als.
The recent issues includes:
*Mauna Kea issues are about serious issues affecting the water tables, military use of lasers, deliberate toxins affecting the lands, air, etc.
* Haleakala issues are about serious issues affecting the water tables, military use of lasers, deliberate toxins affecting the lands, air, etc.
* Kauai issues - Royal Families lands, descendants/heirs who have Alodio titles, titles unlike the American land laws.
* Royal Families lands in Downtown Honolulu which includes private properties, Alodio lands, documenting rents, leases due, Police Report filings, Prosecutor Office, Sheriff's filings, etc. The current status is Squatting by the entity State of Hawaii, etc.
* Royal Families lands affected by the Rail. Lands have not been paid for to the Royal Families, the current status is Squatting, trespass, Fraud claims made by non Alodio land owners.
* Royal Families lands of Halawa which has two massive gas tanks which is leaking into most of Honolulu's water supplies.
* Royal Families, natives/kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli land owners existed then and exists today. Lands are owned by the Royal Families and native tenants who are kanaka maoli/ kanaka Hawaii maoli.
* U.S. etc. were given lands by non-owners, non-Alodio land owners or Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, etc.
*Treasonous Bernice Pauahi Bishop and husband Charles Reed Bishop set up the fraud Trust.
*Bernice Pauahi Bishop was claimed to be the "last of the Kamehameha's" in an article by Sanford B. Dole in 1874.
Note: In a 1871 court case of Bernice Pauahi Bishop's cousin named Hooleia (female), the truth about the Kamehameha's existing is documented. Someone asked about Bernice Pauahi's interest and the case continued without her representative. However, the genealogies showing Kamehameha as their ancestor was recorded.
The move to defraud all of the Kamehameha's was yet another move to premeditate, set up a fraud claim which disregarded all of the Kamehameha's.
Additionally, in the article found about the treasonous Bernice Pauahi Bishop, it also shows that she was "half - white".
Some Royal Families members claims to own a book which says that the real Bernice Pauahi died at age 16, and was replaced by a half-white neighbor's child.
Abner Paki, the true father of the real Bernice Pauahi married twice: (1) Konia - child: Bernice Pauahi and hanai/adopted child: Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani, and (2) Kakainalii - who was the widow of Abner Paki's brother Kalaniulumoku. Abner Paki's true nieces and nephew became his stepchildren: Kalola (female), Kaluaikau (female), Alapai, Abigail Maheha (female) - who was a hanai/ adopted daughter of Miriam Kekauonohi.
Therefore, Bernice Pauahi was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".
Kamehameha had 20 children found in research.
Note: the moves by the usurpers was to attack:
(1) the genealogies
(2) claim that banker, attorney, plantation owner Charles Reed Bishop's wife named Bernice Pauahi was the "last of the Kamehameha's"
(3) hide the meanings of the land deeds such as "alodio" and "fee simple" to "alodio in fee simple" as found in the 1929 Indices of Awards with Bailey changing the terminologies which defrauded all kanaka maoli.
(4) maneuver the Justice System by use of the legalese, rewriting the Constitution and forcing a signature from King Kalakaua with a gun to his head.
(5) U.S. and Great Britain in support of those who infiltrated the Hawaiian Government claimed that King Kalakaua and Queen Liliuokalani were not Kamehameha's and were part of the Kalakaua Dynasty.
Note: This was wrong indeed because both were descendants of Keohokalole (female) who was a hanai/adopted daughter of Nahuina (female) a Kamehameha descendant.
(6) assistance gotten from the United States Presidents, and supported by Queen Victoria of Great Britain.
* Fraud has been discovered in the Fraud based 1909 Trust of Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani who had interest in the Estates of Charles Kanaina, King Lunalilo, Queen Kalama, and Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
*Piracy, pillaging, fraud, conspiracies, racketeering are the basis of all the Trusts in the Hawaiian Islands and profound in the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools trustees activities since the beginning and due to the treasonous activities of Bernice Pauahi and her banker husband Charles Reed Bishop and Friends.

The U.S. has been receiving monies from rents, leases, and the Fraud Trustees paid the U.S. for bonds, securities of approximately $16 million dollars thereabouts since 1988. The 1909 through 1987 period is currently unknown. The 1989 through 2018 period is currently unknown.
The U.S. owes the real/true Trust which was created in 1872 the monies gotten from the fraudulent Trust.
