I am one of the legal owners, am a Kamehameha descendant in four (4) genealogy lines from a Constitutional Monarchy government.
As one of the legal owners, we have police reports filed, Judicial Tribunal, and Supreme Court cases adjudicating the facts that we are the landowners.
Furthermore, I am a Royal person and not subject to your laws.
Additionally, I am a protected person as a Royal person, land owner, landlord, and a protected person under international law.
Rule of law, and the U.S. Constitution, article 6, and a three way protectorate by the U.S., France, and Great Britain are also part of these trespassing issues.
Vacate the premises.
This is a demand letter by one of the true landowners, and Representative of our Royal Families.
We also have the right to inform you that you will need to remove your building off of our Private Properties according to the laws of our Hawaiian Kingdom.
May I remind you that the case precedence of KEKIEKIE vs. DENNIS, HAWAIIAN REPORTS (1851) documents that the title "was good against all the world."...."for the people's lands were secured to them by the Constitution and laws of the Kingdom, and no power can convey them away..."
The YWCA, executives, including the names listed are now part of the Honolulu Police Department list which I have been assigned to for you have threatened a Royal person with harm, injury, duress, piracy,etc.
A peaceful removal of all property from our property is expected.

The YWCA - Downtown Honolulu on 1040 Richards Street has failed to pay rents to our Royal Families and are in a status of Squatters. They YWCA personnel have been notified since June 28, 2018 that they owe rents, and back rents to our Royal Families, heirs of Abner Paki.
The YWCA personnel were notified today through Hand Delivered letter by myself - Amelia Gora, a descendant of Abner Paki's brother Kalaniulumoku, and a Representative of Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani's True Trustees with two (2) Royal Families Konohiki's named Calvin Hulihee, and Roy Nakamura, that the YWCA business and personnel and all of their belongings must vacate the premises by May 6, 2019 - Monday.
Please add the YWCA to my Genocide Activities in Hawaii File under police report number 98-273435 assigned to myself since July 23, 1998.
To date there are approximately 1,000 names listed under this report.
Additionally, Please assign a Police Report Number because the YWCA are trespassers and SQUATTERS on our Royal Families lands.

Note: Bernice Pauahi and Husband Charles Reed Bishop participated in planning the dethronement of King Kalakaua and Liliuokalani who became Queen Liliuokalani and therefore documented as a treasonous persons and lost all interests in lands.

SUMMARY
The YWCA had 10 months to pay rents and failed to pay. Their attorneys refused to pay. The laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom prevails. The Alodio Title is and remains the Paramount, Superior Title in our legitimate Royal government as documented by U.S. President Cleveland in 1897.
Dr. Alfred DeZayas of the United Nations letter shows that Hawaii is under a "strange form of occupation" and the Hawaiian Kingdom is a separate nation. Furthermore, the rights of kanaka maoli are protected persons. Hawaiian Kingdom laws must be used and not American laws.

Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani was the hanai/adopted sister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Kalola (female) true cousin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop became her stepsister because Abner Paki married her mother Kakaina as found in the land testimonies.
Premeditation plans have been uncovered showing piracy(ies), pillaging, frauds, racketeering, identity theft, conspiracies have been found and the Treaty of 1849/1850 between the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States is a permanent, treaty of friendship, amity.
