The banks motion to dismiss duplicates a finding of fact. I am assuming this is what the clerks are changing on its face before appellate review. I cannot prove... it so I must stick to the titles they named the motions. They used terms like "in order to suceed" , however, sustained burden of proof which she must prove, etc, etc., I told you they were good in Chicago. All the judge does is collect his compensation.
