Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gifted our people with alodio lands, unlike other nations...…….
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli also allowed Aliens to purchase fee simple, which is less than alodio, equivalent to life interest, freehold, less than alodio or up to 30 years only.
The interpretation of Aliens or misinterpretation by Aliens affected land titles in the Hawaiian Islands.
Let's look at why the Aliens in the Hawaiian Islands have a questionable basis to lands even today:
1848 - Mahele made by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli. He said that his conveyances were unlike other nations.
For example, Spain, England, etc. conveyed lands to their people, and upon their deaths, the land returned to their Sovereigns.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gifted forever lands, and upon the kanaka maoli deaths, the lands passed down to the next generation, and so forth.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave temporary titles to Aliens in the form of Fee Simple.
1854 - Conveyances of alodio titles ended with Kamehameha III who died in 1854.
1854 - Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho became King. He served until his death in 1864.
1864 - Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha became King.
He foolishly gave a new arrival, a Psyops who came into town and gave him the position of Judge as soon as he stepped foot off the ship.
His name was Alfred Hartwell, an American General.
The Crown Lands, private lands of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, for himself, his heirs and successors, forever was changed to the Aliens rules.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli documented that his private lands were alienable.
Alfred Hartwell declared that the Crown Lands belonged to the heir who was the successor.
Note: the manipulation of words began with this Psyops person who was allowed to infiltrate the Hawaiian Kingdom by Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha who was surrounded by Aliens.
Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha brother of Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV appears to be a mongoloid, and not a normal person. His Aliens spoke for him, etc.
Alien Alfred Hartwell was not of kanaka maoli blood, yet, he declared that the heir was the successor.
A non land owner, changed Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's deed of the Crown Lands belonging to himself, his heirs AND successors, forever, to a foreign, illegal interpretation.
Hartwell also declared that the lands were to be inalienable, an Act of the Legislature had changed Kamehameha III's deed, a King's deed showing alienable to "inalienable".
This changed the Crown Lands to be the Estate of Kamehameha IV private estates.
Note: The Crown Lands remains the private lands of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, for himself, his heirs and successors, forever.
Notice that Aliens, non-owners, were there to change the King's deeds to accommodate themselves.
Alien Alfred Hartwell, a conspirator, usurper of Queen Liliuokalani, became the third wealthiest man in the Hawaiian Islands, and yet was not able to own alodio lands.
Alien Alfred Hartwell could only own Fee Simple, equivalent to a life interest or 30 years lease, freehold, less than alodio. His families were unable to assume his claims because none of his lands claimed were all Fee Simple.
Background of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, Mataio Kekuanaoa and Their Families:
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and His Four Wives:
1) Nahienaena, his sister and one of the wives of Kamehameha III married Leleiohoku the son of Kalanimoku, the kahu/caretaker of Kamehameha II and Kamehameha III.
Nahienaena passed away and her husband Leleiohoku married Ruth Keelikolani. They had a son who passed away before he was an adult. Leleiohoku died and Ruth Keelikolani married Isaac Davis descendant. They had a son and Ruth Keelikolani along gave him to Bernice Pauahi Bishop and her husband Charles Reed Bishop. Ruth Keelikolani was beaten up for giving their baby to her cousin Bernice Pauahi Bishop, who was also a hanai/adopted sister when growing up with Mataio Kekuanaoa and his wife Kinau. Mataio Kekuanaoa and his wife Kinau were the parents of Moses Kekuaiwa, David Kamehameha, Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho, Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha, Victoria Kamamalu, David Kamehameha, Paalua/ Kapaalua/J.W.D. Paalua, Ruth Keelikolani, and hanai/adopted children: Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani, and Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Mataio Kekuanaoa's wife Kinau (female) passed and their children were cared for by a number of alii:
* Their son Moses Kekuaiwa/Kaikioewa became the hanai/adopted son of Kaikioewa of Kauai. He attended the Royal School. Stories heard is that he was murdered by missionaries on the grounds of the Iolani Palace.
* David Kamehameha died young. Kaahumanu's testimony documents that he was the true father of King William Lunalilo.
* Their daughter Victoria Kamamalu became the hanai/adopted child of John Ii and wife Sarai Hiwauli. Their other children were: Timoteo Haalilio, Liwai Haalelea (was married to Miriam Kekauonohi who had been married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho, Kealiiahonui/Aarona Kealiiahonui, and Charles Kanaina), Kahuakaiola/Kahuakailoa, and hanai/adopted daughter Kapehe.
*Their son Alexander Liholiho became the hanai/adopted by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
*Their son Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha/Kamehameha V was taken cared of by the Kinimaka's.
* Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani became the hanai/adopted daughter of Kailikole. She attended the Royal School. She married Kaumauma, Keawe, Koolau, and John Dominis.
* Bernice Pauahi attended the Royal School. She married Keawe, and Charles Reed Bishop. Charles Reed Bishop had been married to Kahele.
Mataio Kekuanaoa and wife Kalima had documented children: John Kapena, Sam Kapena, Umiokalani (female).
Mataio Kekuanaoa was also the stepfather of all of Kamehameha's children, stepchildren, and hanai/ adopted children.
Mataio Kekuanaoa became the heir of his daughter Victoria Kamamalu.
Aliens in his Probate had claimed that Mataio Kekuanaoa was married only three (3) times which was a lie. His marriage to Kalolo/Kaloloahilani was found. Two (2) deeds with his wife Kalima was found at the Bureau of Conveyances, a deed which was conveyed to Charles H. Judd, and witnessed by his brother Albert Francis Judd who was also an Alien Judge, conspirator, treasonous person who helped to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Charles H. Judd and his brother Albert Francis Judd witness on the deed was entitled to only Fee Simple because both were Aliens and not entitled to alodio.
Their father was Gerrit Parmele Judd, early genocide leader, who was a Doctor and an Alien, who also conspired against the Monarchs in the Hawaiian Kingdom.
2) Queen Kalama, widow of Kamehameha III transferred her dower rights to Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho. She had two sons who died. She had hanai/adopted son of Kamehameha III named Albert Kunuiakea. Albert Kunuiakea conspired against the Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 and was a treasonous person who worked for the Provisional Government.
3) Kekualoa/Kekua/Kahakuhaakoi/Kaaumoana another widow of Kamehameha III had the following children: Opunui, Kekipi, Keawe, Mahoe (female), Kahalaoa, Papa, and Nalimu (female).
Kekualoa's interest in dower was transferred to Sereno Bishop - Bethel Street Church Trustee.
Sereno Bishop then transferred the interest to the Central Union Church from which Charles Reed Bishop, et. als. were Trustees of. Charles Reed Bishop was married to Bernice Pauahi Bishop and both supported the planners who usurped Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
She also married Paalua/JWD Paalua/Kapaalua, son of Mataio Kekuanaoa and divorced.
She lastly married Keo/George/George Silva/Silveira/Kealohapauole. They had two (2) children: Keku, and Maria/Kuahine/Maria Rosa/Silva/Silveira/Figueira.
Note: Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani designated Kekualoa/ Kekua/Kahakuhaakoi/ Kaaumoana to be her trustee in 1872. She was one of her hanai/adopted children:
Note: the trust created in 1909 is a Fraud, a criminal Trust set up by the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, then helped to plan the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, then created a Fraud Trustee in 1909 utilizing an Agr./Agreement between Kekualoa aka's and changed it to a Deed. Other Deeds in the Fraud Trust are family members who were also part of the Kamehameha families.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the hanai/adopted sister of Kaeha/ Kamakaeha/ Makaeha/ Liliuokalani
/Queen Liliuokalani.
Queen Kalama and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli hanai/adopted his son Albert Kunuiakea.
They had also adopted Mataio Kekuanaoa's son Alexander Liholiho who was designated Kamehameha IV. He was not his descendant but his successor.
Note: After Kamehameha IV's death, the Aliens passed laws about how the successor is the heir and disregarded the already passed laws of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli which is documented in his deeds of the Crown Lands, and the Government Lands.
Aliens who could never own alodio lands manipulated the legalese with the purpose of conspiring, creating for themselves opportunities to deceive, pirate, pillage, manipulate, etc.
Albert Kunuiakea conspired against the Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 and was a treasonous person who worked for the Provisional Government.

King William Lunalilo
He was said to be the son of David Kamehameha who was the hanai/adopted son of Kaahumanu, the Kuhina Nui, one of the wives of Kamehameha, Kaumualii, and Kealiiahonui.
Lunalilo was a drinking partner with Robert Louis Stevenson.
Both of them appear to have been exposed to tuberculosis.
There was a Dr. Arning from the U.S. who arrived in Honolulu. He was experimenting on the tuberculosis disease.
Dr. Parmele Judd's son Albert Francis Judd signed the Will of King Lunalilo.
The Judd's ended up with alodio lands and they were only eligible to use Fee Simple or less than alodio lands.
The Judds were usurpers, collaborators, conspirators, pirates, pillagers along with others who helped to plan, premeditate the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

King David Kalakaua
Booze guzzling, pirate partner who attended the Royal School became friends with the Aliens who sought the ownership of lands in the Hawaiian Islands.
He doctored land documents to benefit the Aliens.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli had given forever titles or alodio titles to his people.
King David Kalakaua tried to sell Hawaii to the United States and to Japan.
King David Kalakaua was a successor to the Crown, but was Not an heir because he was not the bloodlines of Kamehameha.
His mother Keohokalole was a hanai/adopted daughter of a Kamehameha descendant named Nahuina (female) who was the daughter of Kapule and Kini (female) children of Hanuna, son of Kaoleioku the oldest son of Kamehameha.
Kaoleioku died in 1818, a year before Kamehameha who died in 1819.
A Trust was formed by Kalakaua to the benefit of Aliens in the Hawaiian Islands named C.C. Harris.
C.C. Harris was an Alien who could Not own alodio lands but was allowed by Kalakaua to care for lands which included lands held by the Alien Catholic Church known as St. Augustine's in Waikiki, etc.
King Kalakaua failed to respect the rule of law set in place by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli during his term as a Monarch who was supported by Alien businessmen who premeditated, planned, usurped his position by forcing him to sign the Bayonnet Constitution with a gun to his head.
The Constitution stripped the Sovereign of his rights and allowed the Aliens to assume lands, assets, etc. for themselves which was contrary to rule of law, etc.
Buying into the Mason/Freemason club activities, King Kalakaua was poisoned with a brew of drugs and drink.
He died in 1891, leaving the Aliens with opportunities to run amok in the Hawaiian Kingdom.

Queen Liliuokalani
Surrounded by Aliens who did not own alodio titles, she found herself opposing Aliens who were ruling and tried to make corrections by changing the Alien Constitution signed by her brother King David Kalakaua in 1887.
Documented Premeditation by the United States who were focused in annexing the Hawaiian Kingdom as a Territory of the United States was planned by the U.S. Presidents since 1840 or the time of U.S. President Tyler.
Aliens who had no right to own forever lands moved in around her:
Archibald Cleghorn, a Mason/Freemason, had married her sister Miriam Likelike and had
Princess Kaiulani.
Princess Kaiulani was a treasonous person who aided Aliens in usurping Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Charles Reed Bishop, a Mason/Freemason, had married her hanai /adopted sister Bernice Pauahi Bishop and they both aided Aliens who usurped Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
John Dominis, a Mason/Freemason, had married her and he was the Administrator to King William Lunalilo and followed the directions of Alien Alfred Hartwell, Judge who changed the lands from Kamehameha III's directions as Crown Lands being alienable to inalienable.
Alien Hartwell also declared that the heirs were the successors, and not the directions of Kamehameha III's "heirs and successors, forever".
King David Kalakaua's wife Kapiolani nephews Prince Kuhio and Kawananakoa were also Masons/ Freemasons who helped the usurpers dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Influenced by Aliens, the two (2) supported criminal conversions, racketeering, piracy, pillaging of lands and opposed their Aunt Kapiolani's request to file her deeds After she died.
Kapiolani had to go to the Alien court setup, and the Judges sided with Prince Kuhio and Kawananakoa who filed the land deeds in their favor after the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
The Archives was shut down for two (2) years after the criminal dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani, giving time for criminal conversions, paper changes, fraud, piracy, pillaging to occur while our
Queen an her supporters continued to document oppositions to the Aliens who can never own alodio lands or forever lands in the Hawaiian Islands.
SUMMARY
Non Owners have Illegally deeded lands to themselves, others, have continued to Lease, Rent, and Claimed to own the Crown Lands, Government Lands that they deemed as "ceded" to the United States who are on record as having planned the Annexation of Hawaii since 1840 are a documented history of fraud, deceit, criminal activities, racketeering with the assist of documented Masons/ Freemasons, pirates, pillagers, mafia, gangsters, and conspirators, who collaborated with many intending to assume lands, assets with the aid of kanaka maoli, treasonous kanaka maoli documented such as:
Robert Wilcox working with Boyd, Booth, Celso Moreno, et. als.
Thomas Akaka working with Dr. Mott-Smith in Washington
Curtis Iaukea working with Charles Reed Bishop, William O. Smith, Sanford B. Dole, et. als.
Princess Kaiulani working with Archibald Cleghorn, et. als.
Albert Kunuiakea working with Charles Reed Bishop, et. als.
Prince Kuhio Kalanianaole Piikoi working with Sanford B. Dole, Charles Reed Bishop, et. als.
Prince Kawananakoa Piikoi working with Sanford B. Dole, Charles Reed Bishop, et. als.
Princess Abigail Kawananakoa whose trust gifts the fraud based entity State of Hawaii as part of her heirs, etc.
Those listed above are documented treasonous persons, conspirators and lost their rights to alodio land ownership in the Hawaiian Islands.
Additionally, the following land "owners" or those who think they are owners and are not follows:

All listed above are Aliens and could only own Fee Simple for 30 years or less. Which means that none of the above own any land in the Hawaiian Islands in this day and age because the 30 years passed long ago.
This affects all ongoing projects such as the Hart/Rail, Mauna Kea, Sherwood Forrest, Kahuku, etc.
Reasons
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's Heirs and Successors exists.
The 1849/1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America exists.
Premeditation Evidence of Usurping Queen Liliuokalani exists.
Alodio, Forever Titles, Paramount, Supreme Titles exists belonging to only the descendants/heirs of those who purchased from the Hawaiian Kingdom at the time of the Mahele in 1848.
Lies, treason, criminal frauds, deceit, conspiracies, piracies, pillaging documented.
Rule of Law exists.
Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution shows that treaties are the Supreme Laws of the land, and even the Judges have to obey.
The Court of original jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Kingdom exists.
The Hawaiian Kingdom never went away because it is made up of Kamehameha's.
The Treaties made by the Hawaiian Kingdom remain active.
The United Nations, Dr. Alfred deZayas recognized the fact that the Hawaiian Kingdom exists.
