The same people were also involved in planning, premeditating the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani and supported by some of the United States of America's Presidents since U.S. President Tyler during the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli in the 1840's included William O. Smith, Charles Reed Bishop, Curtis Iaukea, Archibald Cleghorn, et. als.
The Hawaiian Kingdom Supreme Court of original jurisdiction through the four (4) Judges did adjudicate the frauds, conspiracies, piracies of the Trusts of 1884, and 1909 and declared it fraudulent, etc.
The results were sent by certified, return receipt requested to U.S. President Donald Trump, the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate Trustees, the Liliuokalani Trust Trustees, to entity Governor David Ige informing them of the results of the court case held which dismantled the Trusts and which is now under the true trustees found in research.
Those calling themselves the Trustees operating under the entity State of Hawaii are no longer trustees and can never own alodio lands belonging to the Royal Family's who exists today.
The lands belong to the alodio land owners, not the occupiers who have continued the frauds since 1884, 1893, and 1909.
The lands have been transferred to the real Trusts since serving the legal notices which was returned to us through certified, return receipt requested by the U.S. Postal Services, which the Hawaiian Kingdom has a Treaty with since 1870, and the Universal Postal Union Treaties of 1885, and 1886.
The entity Provisional Government, turned Republic of Hawaii, then proclaimed to be a Territory of Hawaii based on fraud, corruption, genocide, identity theft, then State of Hawaii, an illegal State supported the Fraud Trusts gifting the U.S. with monies, lands belonging to the Royal Family's who are the private properties owners, the alodio land owners, and were informed legally of what transpired in the court proceedings of our Hawaiian Kingdom Supreme Court of original jurisdiction.
The entity State supported all of the Trusts which evolved from fraud, piracy, racketeering, and are contrary to the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution of September 17, 1787.
Additionally, the August 19, 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America
between Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who ratified it and U.S. President Taylor also affords " the prosecution of murder, piracy, arson, robbery,,, forgery, or the utterance of forged paper" under Article XIV.
The verdict of guilty was made for the originators of the Trusts - Bernice Pauahi Bishop - also verified as treason based trust, and the Liliuokalani Trust of 1909 - a fraud trust created by the same individuals who planned the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 operating contrary to the Treaty of 1850 as well.

Iʻm not knowledgable of any political relationship America has with Western Samoa other than a bilateral agreement that allows Samoan law enforcement personnel to enforce maritime law and fisheries regulations on board U.S. Coast Guard ships in Samoan waters. So, why is Hawaii sending medical aid when Samoa should be serviced by the United Nations. Iʻm not against aiding Samoa, just curious as to why Hawaii is stepping up and not the UN?
The only possibility for Hawaii reaching out that comes to mind is Kalakauaʻs significant relationship with Samoa in a Political Confederation Treaty signed February 17, 1887 between King Kalakaua and King Maltetoa of Samoa and Taimua and Faipule of the Government of Samoa.
So in speculation is the State of Hawaii playing the Kingdom Card looking to bridge the limiting jurisdictional boundaries of the US for its political purpose at the expense of those and their descendants who never relinquished their sovereignty to the Kingdom of Hawaii?
Itʻs seems odd that the State has and is arresting senior citizens expressing their constitutional, civil and cultural rights on Mauna Kea, Waimanalo and Kahuku for private corporate interest at their calculated cost rate of $10M+ yet, this same state of confusion is willing to help Western Samoa?
Someone help me out on this - cause I donʻt get it. If the State of Hawaii, na poʻe o intruders, have a heart for the Samoans why canʻt they see the legal rights of NaKanaka here in Hawaii?
