Many Kamehameha descendants, heirs/successors are expected to show up at the Iolani Palace Grounds today. Some will be walking from the Royal Mausoleum to the Iolani Palace.

The following is a Chronological list of some of the most important points found in research:
1872 - Liliuokalani aka Kaeha/Makaeha/Kamakaeha/Lydia signed a Trust Deed making her hanai/ adopted Kaaumoana/Kahakuhaakoi aka's her Trustee with the heirs of her blood to continue her trust.
Sanford B. Dole wrote an article criminally claiming that Bernice Pauahi was the "last of the Kamehameha's". The same statements were used for Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha, for Ruth Keelikolani, etc.
1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died. Her husband Charles Reed Bishop had only a lifetime interest in her estate.
Liliuokalani had interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, et. als.
Kalola a cousin of Bernice Pauahi was also a stepsister because her father Abner Paki married the widow of his brother named Kalaniulumoku. They also had a brother named Pea/Peapea.
Charles Reed Bishop deeded his life interest to the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop. See Liber 142 page 142.
An Agr./Agreement was filed as a Deed in the Fraud 1909 Trust of Liliuokalani.
Queen Liliuokalani denied that she signed the Trust Deed put together by Attorney William O. Smith, a Trustee of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools aka's. Bernice Pauahi had died in 1884.
Harvard graduate William O. Smith utilized his law offices to have meetings with his friends Sanford B. Dole, his brother-in-law Judge A.S. Hartwell. They "masterminded the revolt".
The Agr./Agreement included the interest in the Estate of Charles Kanaina, King William Lunalilo, Queen Kalama, and Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates aka's.
Samuel Parker had testified and supported the denial of Queen Liliuokalani signing a Trust Deed. She claimed that she had signed a Will but not a Trust.
In Queen Liliuokalani's Will she had denied signing a Trust created in 1909 by Attorney William O. Smith who was also the brother-in-law of Harvard Grad, American Civil War General A.S. Hartwell.
Hartwell had prepared Queen Liliuokalani's abrogation documents.
Queen's Heirs
Queen Liliuokalani's successor after the death of Princess Kaiulani was Princess Poomaikelani's descendants and heirs.
Princess Poomaikelani died in 1895 and her heirs, descendants of her blood existed. Their names were Samuela Maikai; Alapai (w); Luisa/Luika (w); Haili (w); Elikapeka (w); her stepson: Abraham Kekai.
Princess Poomaikelani was also the hanai/adopted daughter of Kalola (w) who was documented as the next-of-kin in the Probate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Kalola (w) and her siblings were the stepsiblings of Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Their names were: Alapai (k); Kaluaikau (w); Abigail Maheha (w); Jane Loeau (w); Koakanu (k), et. als.
Princess Poomaikelani had married Ioela, the son of Alapai Kahekili who was the son of Kalola (w).
Princess Poomaikelani was also the hanai/adopted daughter of Kaikainalii (w) the last wife of Abner Paki, father of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Princess Poomaikelani was also one of the hanai/adopted daughter of Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/ Lydia/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani.
Princess Poomaikelani was the full sister of Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani and Kinoiki 2/ Princess Kinoiki.
Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani was the hanai/adopted daughter of Princess Poomaikelani's son-in-law Kaluakini/Luakini who married Haili the daughter of Princess Poomaikelani. Kapiolani/ Queen Kapiolani became the hanai/adopted sister of Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini my grandmother.
Princess Poomaikelani's daughter Haili and her son-in-law Kaluakini were sent to Kalaupapa - the Leper colony. Haili went as a Kokua/helper who did not have leprosy. Kokua's had to submit to experimentation with leprosy bacteria in order to maintain their stay with their loved ones.
Kaluakini and Haili's children were adopted by Kaluakini's mother, a Kamehameha descendant and King David Kalakaua's son named Kaopu. Kaopu had a sister named Kamaka.
Legal Trust Issues
"Legal matters for the Liliuokalani Trust are still being handled by the same Honolulu aw firm founded by W. O. Smith, now known as Case Bigelow & Lombardi."
The Agr./Agreement has a void clause, and this document was changed to a Deed by the 1909 Fraud Trust created by William O. Smith who was also a Trustee of the Liliuokalani Trust/ Queen Liliuokalani Trust as well as the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trust.
Review of the Important Points:
* Premeditation to take over Queen Liliuokalani and the Kingdom of Hawaii is documented.
* Concerted effort made to dethrone the Queen. Conspiracy is documented and Guilty is documented in case precedence based on the Kingdom of Hawaii HAWAIIAN REPORTS.
* Conspiracy to defraud, cause injury, conspiracy against the Royal Families is documented. See the 1872 article written by Sanford B. Dole who became the President of the Provisional turned Republic Government, then developed into a Territory by the Army, Navy, Federal officials, then Proclaimed to be a "Territory" by U.S. President William McKinley.
* The "Territory" Attorney General claimed that the "Territory" was the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii."
* U.S. President Cleveland is on record as having given back Hawaii to Queen Liliuokalani in 1894 and 1897

* Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave alodio titles/allodial titles to his people and to aliens/ foreigners he gave fee simple or 30 years leases, freehold, less than alodio titles/ allodial titles.
* In 1929, a Judge documented the two titles: alodio titles/allodial titles and fee simple as "alodio in fee simple" which led everyone into believing that only fee simple was given by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
For the above reasons, there are good evidence as to why the Trustees of Both, Liliuokalani Trust of 1909 - a Fraud Trust and the Bernice Pauahi Trust/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools/ Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees should be arrested for perpetuating Frauds, Conspiracy(ies), Piracy(ies) which defrauded the true heirs, the Royal Families, and have criminally Plundered Upon Innocents since the planning stages of dethroning our Queen, assuming the assets, lands, mineral rights, taxes, rents, leases of our Royal Families, and all kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli lands since the time that Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli died in 1854.
Police Reports under the Genocide Activities Files, Reports to the Prosecutors office and referred to the Attorney General has been made due to the directions covered by the Hawaii State Supreme Court letter sent to me in 1998.
Affidavit/Liens have been filed since 1996 under 96-177455 at the Bureau of Conveyances, which was built on our families private properties, the land of Kaumualii - High Chief of Kauai who had daughter Kinoiki who had Abigail Kapooloku/Kapoolohu Kaaha/ Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani (siblings) who had daughter Haili (w) (siblings) who had daughter Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini (siblings) who had son John Gora (siblings) who had the author of this article, Amelia Gora (siblings).
Rent charges were sent to the Illegal State, and Police Reports were made. The status of Squatters is documented for this property and many, many others.
We await the arrests of the Pirate trustees and returning them to the U.S. as accorded in Article XIV of the 1849-1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America.
We await the return of monies conveyed by the criminal trustees for monies wrongfully obtained and transferred to the U.S. Government for bonds, securities etc. which amounts to $14 million per year for the Liliuokalani Trust of 1909 alone.
The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trust, aka's amounts to way more than the fraud Trust of 1909.
We are not the ones who did wrong.
We maintain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation since the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
Treaties are the Supreme law of the land. The Treaty was ratified by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli when the United States of America was intact as one nation.
In 1899, the United States of America became two (2) nations: (1) United States - operates with countries with treaties and (2) American Empire - operates with territories such as Puerto Rico which has a lesser status than countries/nations with treaties.

THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES
Many years ago there was an Emperor, who was so excessively fond of new clothes that he spent all his money on them. He cared nothing about his soldiers, nor for the theatre, nor for driving in the woods except for the sake of showing off his new clothes. He had a costume for every hour in the day, and instead of saying, as one does about any other king or emperor, 'He is in his council chamber,' here one always said, 'The Emperor is in his dressing-room.'
Life was very gay in the great town where he lived; hosts of strangers came to visit it every day, and among them one day two swindlers. They gave themselves out as weavers, and said that they knew how to weave the most beautiful stuffs imaginable. Not only were the colours and patterns unusually fine, but the clothes that were made of the stuffs had the peculiar quality of becoming invisible to every person who was not fit for the office he held, or if he was impossibly dull.
'Those must be splendid clothes,' thought the Emperor. 'By wearing them I should be able to discover which men in my kingdom are unfitted for their posts. I shall distinguish the wise men from the fools. Yes, I certainly must order some of that stuff to be woven for me.'
He paid the two swindlers a lot of money in advance so that they might begin their work at once.
They did put up two looms and pretended to weave, but they had nothing whatever upon their shuttles. At the outset they asked for a quantity of the finest silk and the purest gold thread, all of which they put into their own bags, while they worked away at the empty looms far into the night.
'I should like to know how those weavers are getting on with the stuff,' thought the Emperor; but he felt a little queer when he reflected that any one who was stupid or unfit for his post would not be able to see it. He certainly thought that he need have no fears for himself, but still he thought he would send somebody else first to see how it was getting on. Everybody in the town knew what wonderful power the stuff possessed, and every one was anxious to see how stupid his neighbour was.
'I will send my faithful old minister to the weavers,' thought the Emperor. 'He will be best able to see how the stuff looks, for he is a clever man, and no one fulfils his duties better than he does!'
So the good old minister went into the room where the two swindlers sat working at the empty loom.
'Heaven preserve us!' thought the old minister, opening his eyes very wide. 'Why, I can't see a thing!' But he took care not to say so.
Both the swindlers begged him to be good enough to step a little nearer, and asked if he did not think it a good pattern and beautiful colouring. They pointed to the empty loom, and the poor old minister stared as hard as he could, but he could not see anything, for of course there was nothing to see.
'Good heavens!' thought he, 'is it possible that I am a fool. I have never thought so, and nobody must know it. Am I not fit for my post? It will never do to say that I cannot see the stuffs.'
'Well, sir, you don't say anything about the stuff,' said the one who was pretending to weave.
'Oh, it is beautiful! quite charming!' said the old minister, looking through his spectacles; 'this pattern and these colours! I will certainly tell the Emperor that the stuff pleases me very much.'
'We are delighted to hear you say so,' said the swindlers, and then they named all the colours and described the peculiar pattern. The old minister paid great attention to what they said, so as to be able to repeat it when he got home to the Emperor.

They pointed to the empty loom, and the poor old minister stared as hard as he could, but he could not see anything, for of course there was nothing to see.

Then the swindlers went on to demand more money, more silk, and more gold, to be able to proceed with the weaving; but they put it all into their own pockets—not a single strand was ever put into the loom, but they went on as before weaving at the empty loom.
The Emperor soon sent another faithful official to see how the stuff was getting on, and if it would soon be ready. The same thing happened to him as to the minister; he looked and looked, but as there was only the empty loom, he could see nothing at all.
'Is not this a beautiful piece of stuff?' said both the swindlers, showing and explaining the beautiful pattern and colours which were not there to be seen.
'I know I am not a fool!' thought the man, 'so it must be that I am unfit for my good post! It is very strange, though! However, one must not let it appear!' So he praised the stuff he did not see, and assured them of his delight in the beautiful colours and the originality of the design. 'It is absolutely charming!' he said to the Emperor. Everybody in the town was talking about this splendid stuff.
Now the Emperor thought he would like to see it while it was still on the loom. So, accompanied by a number of selected courtiers, among whom were the two faithful officials who had already seen the imaginary stuff, he went to visit the crafty impostors, who were working away as hard as ever they could at the empty loom.
'It is magnificent!' said both the honest officials. 'Only see, your Majesty, what a design! What colours!' And they pointed to the empty loom, for they thought no doubt the others could see the stuff.
'What!' thought the Emperor; 'I see nothing at all! This is terrible! Am I a fool? Am I not fit to be Emperor? Why, nothing worse could happen to me!'
'Oh, it is beautiful!' said the Emperor. 'It has my highest approval!' and he nodded his satisfaction as he gazed at the empty loom. Nothing would induce him to say that he could not see anything.
The whole suite gazed and gazed, but saw nothing more than all the others. However, they all exclaimed with his Majesty, 'It is very beautiful!' and they advised him to wear a suit made of this wonderful cloth on the occasion of a great procession which was just about to take place. 'It is magnificent! gorgeous! excellent!' went from mouth to mouth; they were all equally delighted with it. The Emperor gave each of the rogues an order of knighthood to be worn in their buttonholes and the title of 'Gentlemen weavers.'

Then the emperor walked along in the procession under the gorgeous canopy, and everybody in the streets and at the windows exclaimed, 'How beautiful the Emperor's new clothes are!'

The swindlers sat up the whole night, before the day on which the procession was to take place, burning sixteen candles; so that people might see how anxious they were to get the Emperor's new clothes ready. They pretended to take the stuff off the loom. They cut it out in the air with a huge pair of scissors, and they stitched away with needles without any thread in them. At last they said: 'Now the Emperor's new clothes are ready!'
The Emperor, with his grandest courtiers, went to them himself, and both the swindlers raised one arm in the air, as if they were holding something, and said: 'See, these are the trousers, this is the coat, here is the mantle!' and so on. 'It is as light as a spider's web. One might think one had nothing on, but that is the very beauty of it!'
'Yes!' said all the courtiers, but they could not see anything, for there was nothing to see.
'Will your imperial majesty be graciously pleased to take off your clothes,' said, the impostors, 'so that we may put on the new ones, along here before the great mirror?'
The Emperor took off all his clothes, and the impostors pretended to give him one article of dress after the other of the new ones which they had pretended to make. They pretended to fasten something round his waist and to tie on something; this was the train, and the Emperor turned round and round in front of the mirror.
'How well his majesty looks in the new clothes! How becoming they are!' cried all the people round. 'What a design, and what colours! They are most gorgeous robes!'
'The canopy is waiting outside which is to be carried over your majesty in the procession,' said the master of the ceremonies.
'Well, I am quite ready,' said the Emperor. 'Don't the clothes fit well?' and then he turned round again in front of the mirror, so that he should seem to be looking at his grand things.
The chamberlains who were to carry the train stooped and pretended to lift it from the ground with both hands, and they walked along with their hands in the air. They dared not let it appear that they could not see anything.
Then the Emperor walked along in the procession under the gorgeous canopy, and everybody in the streets and at the windows exclaimed, 'How beautiful the Emperor's new clothes are! What a splendid train! And they fit to perfection!' Nobody would let it appear that he could see nothing, for then he would not be fit for his post, or else he was a fool.
None of the Emperor's clothes had been so successful before.
'But he has got nothing on,' said a little child.
'Oh, listen to the innocent,' said its father; and one person whispered to the other what the child had said. 'He has nothing on; a child says he has nothing on!'
'But he has nothing on!' at last cried all the people.
The Emperor writhed, for he knew it was true, but he thought 'the procession must go on now,' so held himself stiffer than ever, and the chamberlains held up the invisible train.

PEARL HARBOR was criminally claimed by the U.S., with their helpers, the Provisional government, turned Republic of Hawaii, turned Territory of Hawaii, and entity State of Hawaii with documented oppositions.
Promotion of Genocide through PLUNDERING UPON INNOCENTS, Pollution, Poisons, Atomic bombing affecting the Hawaiian Islands, Micronesians, Nevada, and Japan occurred with the validation of the newly created United Nations, an organization set up by the U.S., England, and the bankers (Morgan, Bank of England, etc.)
The following is a Chronological View of the Wrongs, the Evils of PIRATES on the High Seas which led to PLUNDERING UPON INNOCENTS documented:
1810 - Kamehameha began the Monarchy government.
1810 - Kamehameha gave land to his counselors, including Englishmen John Young, and Isaac Davis.
1812 - (approximately) Kamehameha with Aetearoa, and the Samoan Islands formed the Pacific Empire, a democratic group recognized by the Law of Nations.
1819 - Kamehameha died.
1820 - Uninvited Mercenaries/missionaries arrived.
1848 - The Great Mahele project documented the gifted lands of John Young.
Halawa Ahupuaa was officially on record as belonging to Grace Kamaikui, daughter of John Young.
1875 - a Reciprocity Treaty was signed with the U.S.

1876 - King David Kalakaua along with treasonous persons, created a fraud deed conveying the already conveyed Halawa Ahupuaa, which included Pearl Harbor to two deceased ancestors named Grace Kamaikui and Mataio Kekuanaoa.
Grace Kamaikui mother of Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, Peke Davis (my ancestor) and an adopted daughter named Emma/Queen Emma was the owner of the Halawa Ahupuaa. Grace Kamaikui died in 1866. Grace Kamaikui's father John Young was given the Halawa Ahupuaa by Kamehameha.
Mataio Kekuanaoa had been conveyed an area (a strip of land) which not half of the Ahupuaa in the Great Mahele.
The fraud deed purported to convey the half the Halawa Ahupuaa to Mataio Kekuanaoa.
Mataio Kekuanaoa was the father of Paalua, Ruth Keelikolani, Moses Kaikioewa, Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV, Victoria Kamamalu and others (including my own ancestors).
Mataio Kekuanaoa died in 1868 or eight (8) years earlier.
How can someone, even a King, deed already deeded land to deceased people?
King David Kalakaua was not a descendant of either Alii, Grace Kamaikui or Mataio Kekuanaoa, and unable to convey private properties of the Royal Families. Their descendants existed then and their descendants exists now.
1878 - The U.S. were fearful of the Japanese entering San Francisco Bay and that it would take more than 10 years to get them out.
In 1878, the Pacific Cable Company was formed by treasonous persons PIRATES OF THE PACIFIC: CHARLES REED BISHOP AND FRIENDS.

Some of the pirates listed funded the project of laying the cable so that the U.S. could be informed that the "Japanese were coming" or passing the Hawaiian Islands on their way to the U.S.

1887 - King David Kalakaua was forced to sign a Constitution which was dubbed the BAYONNET CONSTITUTION by his sister Princess Liliuoukalani (who later became Queen).

King Kalakaua befriended Celso Moreno who worked for the Atlantic Cable Company. Moreno apparently came to the Hawaiian Islands to support the treasonous group in setting up the Pacific Cable Company. - Edit 15 minutes left to edit your comment.

- In 1889, U.S. Senator Blaine moved to make the Reciprocity Treaty Permanent.

These forces were landed, on foreign soil, not at the request of the lawful Government - the Governor of Oahu promptly sent a formal note of protest to Minister Stevens - representing 88,000 of the population, but at the request of a committee of rebels representing 2,000 American residents."

1893. January 16. The Rear Admiral reported that "Arlon Hall was ill=chosen for the professed purpose for which the troops were landed. "Naturally," he adds, "if they were landed with a view to supporting the Provisional Government troops than occupying the Government Building, it was a wise choice."
1893 - January 17. The American "conspirators signed their proclamation announcing that the Hawaiian monarchy had been "abrogated" and a Provisional Government established, with Sanford B. Dole as Chairman of the Executive Council."
"They took this to the Government Building and there read it, within seventy-five yards of the point where the United States forces were stationed with their Gatling gun and small cannon."
"With only the Government Building in their hands, the Queen being at the palace and her troops in possession of the police station, and but for the overawing force of United States troops in possession also of the city, the rebels posted off to the American Legation with a request for recognition. They got it with extraordinary promptness. The Provisional Government was proclaimed between 2 and 3 o'clock. Two hours later the new Government had received the following document, which, to our shame, will live in history:

A Provisional Government having been duly constituted in place of the recent Government of Queen Liliuokalani, and said Provisional Government being in full possession of the Government buildings, the archives, and the Treasury, and in control of the capital of the Hawaiian Islands. I hereby recognize said Provisional Government as the de facto Government of the Hawaiian Islands.

Noted by author of the NEW YORK TIMES article, "The Story of a Crime":
"The Dole conspirators were not "in full possession of the Government buildings." but of only one of them, which was occupied only by clerks and porters at the time of their raid..............it was still too early to apply the word "recent" to the Government of the Queen, for the rebels did not wait on the Queen with their treasonable proclamation until after Minister Stevens had recognized their Government."
"The Queen yielded, of course,. She could do nothing else against a rebellion that was so manifestly backed up by the superior armed forces and by the Minister of the United States. She signed, under protest, a paper renouncing her rights."
Queen Liliuokalani in 1895 was forced to sign an abdication by conspirators, treasonous persons, pirates, Sanford B. Dole, et. als.
Note:
Queen Liliuokalani returned the government to a Monarchy government when she destroyed the Constitution affecting King Kalakaua's Bayonnet Constitution which was signed at gun point, and a Constitution that she had put together which did not appeal to the Americans in the Hawaiian Islands.
Queen Liliuokalani utilized her Sovereign authority based on the following:
1. Hanai/adopted relationship to the Kamehameha line, a leader who formed the monarchy government.
2. Attending the Royal School - a School for Hawaiian leaders - based on genealogies for a monarchy government.
3. Hanai/adopted daughter of a Kamehameha descendant, part of a monarchy government.
and another reason taken as an excerpt from above:

4. The American's at the time of the wrongful dethronement did proclaim and announce that the Hawaiian monarchy was "abrogated".
In other words, the recognition of a monarchy form of government, not a Constitutional monarchy government was documented in 1893, and the fact that our Hawaiian Monarchy did go "underground", which means that our Hawaiian monarchy did not cease to exist!
Queen Liliuokalani was under duress, stress, coercion, usurpation, and it was a documented fact found that the U.S. aided, planned the criminal assumption of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, and did cause the duress, stress, coercion, usurpation, planned the criminal assumption of private properties with their helpers, the Americans, the treasonous persons known as the PIRATES OF THE PACIFIC: CHARLES REED BISHOP AND FRIENDS and did breach the Laws of Nations, killed, caused genocide and PLUNDERED UPON INNOCENTS since their presence from the time of the arrival of their mercenaries, the missionaries in 1820.
