Kekauonohi/Kekauonohi, Miriam's Family - One of the Kamehameha II Wives
Compiled, Researched, Reviewed by Amelia Gora (2019)
The following are the Family(ies) of Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi, one of Kamehameha's descendants, heirs, who was part of the two (2) permanent parts of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
The Hawaiian Kingdom is made up of three (3) parts, two (2) parts are the permanent parts of the government: (1) Sovereign - permanent part - for heirs and successors; ---note that heirs comes first; (2) House of Nobles - permanent part - for heirs and successors; ---note that heirs comes first; (3) House of Representatives - temporary, voted in part ---note that this part is the part which housed the treasonous persons, conspirators, pirates, pillagers, mostly foreigners who dethroned Queen Liliuokalani in 1893. See Rex vs. Booth case for in depth explanations on how the government was formed by the Kamehameha's, and not the people, etc.

4) Charles Kanaina
Miriam Kekauonohi married Charles Kanaina and her sister Auhea/Kekauluohi.
Auhea/Kekauluohi was married to Kamehameha I, then Kamehameha II.
Auhea/Kekauluohi also married Kahea, then David Kamehameha, and lastly to Charles Kanaina.
Charles Kanaina had testified in a Probate that he had been married to Kekauonohi.
William Charles Lunalilo was the son of Auhea/Kekauluohi and David Kamehameha according to Kaahumanu, one of the wives of Kamehameha, Kaumualii, and Kealiiahonui as documented in a land testimony.
5) Levi Haalelea
Haalelea/Levi Haalelea was an heir of Charles Kanaina who "was from a secondary chiefly line however, he was related to the Kamehameha's through marriage to Miriam Kekāuluohi."
-He was Not a Kamehameha, Not a Kaumualii
Married previously (unidentified) and had a daughter (unidentified) who died young.
Married Anaderia Amoe - She was Not a Kamehameha, Not a Kaumualii
Note: Because Haalelea/Levi Haalelea remarried, he lost all of his interest in his life estate of Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi, a Kamehameha
Summary:
The Kamehameha's existed then and exists now.
The Problematic issues includes the fact that Levi Haalelea, the last husband of Kekauonohi/ Miriam Kekauonohi was entitled to only a Life Interest in the lands of Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi. Upon his marriage to Anaderia Amoe he lost all of his Life Interest in the lands of Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi who was a Kamehameha descendant, who was also a step mother of all of Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha's, Kaumualii's descendants, children, step children, and hanai hookama/adopted children.
The Judges ruling/adjudicating the cases affecting the Royal Families did not follow the laws of the periods, and were documented treasonous persons, criminal conspirators, American Civil War Generals on assignment......and that is covered in other articles on premeditation, 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, the Tribunal/Judicial Tribunal articles, etc.
The criminal usurpers, conspirators raped, pillaged, perpetuating crimes are Not the land owners, the title owners.
This also serves as a Legal Notice to all that you are paying mortgages to liars, criminal insolvents who claim to own lands that they have no rights to, no ownership to but are documented pirates, pillagers, war criminals, etc. documented.
Question your mortgages, and get a return on your illegal contracts by filing claims with the Title Companies, the entity State of Hawaii which is the agency which evolved from the Territory of Hawaii, the Republic of Hawaii, the Provisional Government, formerly the 1/3 entity of the Hawaiian Kingdom's temporary, voted in part of the government which was made up of conspirator's, pirates, treasonous persons now documented, and who were supported by the United States who since 1871 usurped their own American citizens utilizing a Secret Second Constitution by the bankrupt bankers, as documented by Whistle Blowers Vladimir Putin, Karen Hudes, et. als.
The Kamehameha's exists. The Royal Families who are the land owners, the land title owners, etc. exists while maintaining a neutral, friendly, non violent Nation status recognizing the permanent Treaty(ies) with the U.S.A., others.
The Kamehameha's, Kalaniopuu's children, Kaumualii's children, John Young and Isaac Davis descendants/heirs were the stepchildren of Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi.
The lands does Not belong to the Campbells, the Bishops, etc.
They held only Fee Simple, and the Trustees are Not the alodio land owners.
Levi Haalelea married Anaderia Amoe, and his interest ceased.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was still alive when Miriam Kekauonohi died in 1851. His laws prevailed and not the dubious Alien lawyers claims at the time.
Additionally, all of Kamehameha's descendants/heirs and successors were heirs.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was also one of the heirs of Kekauonohi who he saw as one of his stepmothers.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli saw the husbands of Kekauonohi as his stepfathers.
Levi Haalelea and wife Anaderia Amoe owned nothing in the Estate of Kekauonohi, which means the Campbells who purchased from Anaderia Amoe's brother-in-law didn't have the right to sell land that he did not own, land that his sister-in-law did not own, and land that Levi Haalelea did not own.
Note: Levi Haalelea is on record as having stolen gold from the Hawaiian Kingdom. The gold was to be used to pay for worker's labor.
Charles Kanaina had a dower interest, and he was also a stepfather of all of the Kamehameha's children, stepchildren, including Kamehameha's hanai/adopted children, and his son King William Lunalilo.
Although the Campbell's name is on record, James Campbell was an Alien and could not own alodio lands. He could have purchased from Kekauonohi or any of her husbands, excepting Levi Haalelea.
So, the case scenario is that the 30 years Fee Simple may have started in the year that she died or 1851, and 1881 was the time limit of James Campbell ran out.
The alodio titles legally belong to Miriam Kekauonohi's children/stepchildren's descendants and for their descendants/heirs forever.
Aliens Fee Simple titles ended in 1882 or from the time of the Mahele from Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's 1852 assignments/gifts to kanaka maoli and 30 years thereafter or 1882.
Laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom, a separate nation from the U.S. must be used documented United Nations Dr. Alfred de Zayas. Laws of the occupier cannot use their laws.
In other words, only the Royal Family's, and kanaka maoli have the legal, alodio, Paramount, Superior titles in the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/Hawaii/Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago/Sandwich Islands since 1882 to present day.
The land system continued on alodio land owners who could convey only temporary 30 year periods on their individual land holding.
The Hawaiian Government land overseers, or the House of Nobles with the Hawaiian Kingdom Minister of Interior had instructions to convey only Fee Simple lands as well.
Problematic Aliens who were non land owners illegally claimed, leased, sold lands that did not belong to them. Example, Campbell Estates Trustees, Bishop Estates Trustees, etc.
aloha.
note: Am one of the descendants of Kalaniopuu from four (4) of his children; Kamehameha from six (6) of his children - four(4) and two (2) hanai hookama; Kaumualii from two (2) of his children; John Young/Olohana from his daughter and three (3) of his adopted children.

In the Matter of the Estate of Charles Kanaina
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In the Matter of the Estate of Charles Kanaina, the Supreme Court of Hawaii handed down several opinions and judgments over several years regarding the estate through probate hearings for petitions that began to be filed the day after the death of Charles Kanaina on March 13, 1877 in Honolulu, Oahu in the Kingdom of Hawaii.[1][2] Many relatives came forward to petition the courts to be named as an heir. The final adjudication found eight individuals or family groups, largely from Moana Wahine, to be legitimate claims.[3]
