Summary
The move towards One World Order/New World Order has been part of the plan since 1772 documented.
The following are specific points in the article:

Prussia was involved with Russia and Austria in several partitions of Poland between the years 1772 and 1795, which ended with the complete removal of the Kingdom of Poland from the map of Europe. How many partitions were there?

. Poland was partitioned in 1772, 1793, and again in 1795 with Russia and Prussia being involved in all 3 and Austria involved in the First and Third partitions. Poland's territorial status would change several times over the course of the 18th and early 19th centuries.

1810 - Hawaii - Kamehameha was recognized as having formed a Monarchy Government.

1815 - Hawaii -  Kamehameha with Aetearoa and the Samoan Islands formed the Pacific Empire, a democratic group of recognized nations in approximately 1815.

    The above entries captures all the players of the New World Order/One World Order and their concerted efforts to strip citizens of their guns, exterminate innocents.......it would be a good project to see the kinds of activities engaged in by each of the participants of the original 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona's group with a study on each aspect /areas affecting the populations, etc.
    By focusing on what has happened to Hawaii and placing it on a "template" showing the gun control issue which was requested by Joe Rodrigues, an overall view is hereby revealed by viewing the specific area for all in the World to see.
    Austria for example has been identified as pushing the purchase of weapons onto King David Kalakaua, pushing weapons onto a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation with the intent of turning our Monarchy Government turned Constitutional Monarchy Government into an aggressive, gun wielding candidate for WARS.
    King David Kalakaua was unable to purchase the weapons from Austria, then he was under duress facing a gun to his head and forced to sign the "Bayonnet Constitution" which gave the conspirators/treasonous persons/pirates control over the Monarchy/Constitutional Monarchy Government.
    Queen Liliuokalani knew what she was up against and destroyed the Constitution which motivated the Americans who claimed to be subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom and were part of the voted in part of the Hawaiian Government, a Monarchy Government based on two permanent parts, the Sovereign and original House of Nobles whose bloodlines, descendants and heirs were automatically part of the government.
    By destroying the Constitution, the plan of the treasonous persons identified as the voted in portion House of Representatives which included the Justice System who were also supported by the U.S., England/Britain, and the bankers (J.P. Morgan banks, Bank of England, and the other International banks), the goals were not carried on successfully as they would have wanted.
    The Pirates of the World are now identified as initially the 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona participants:  Austria, France, Prussia, Russia, the Vatican, England, and the U.S. with England/Britain, the U.S., and the Bankers forming the CFR/Council on Foreign Relations which developed the League of Nations, the United Nations which departed from the Law of Nations initially.
    The desire to control with specific assignments of each nation involved, for example, Austria given the task on selling weapons to all nations, they the move to WAR by the others can be seen in the information posted above.
    With John Nelson's article, the U.S. turned upon their own citizens and the Presidents continued on the same agenda since 1933 as shown in the following entry above:
    1933 -  The United States went “Bankrupt” in 1933 and was declared so by President Roosevelt by Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111 and Executive Order 6260 
    Note that the only President that was not on the same Agenda was President John F. Kennedy who was assassinated in 1963.
    Also note that the Presidents represented areas which were the Southern States which were documented Confederate States who Lost the American Civil War and left the U.S., England, France bankrupt since 1865.
    Then President at the time was not on the same Agenda and was assassinated.  His name was Abraham Lincoln.
    Interestingly enough, Lincoln was assassinated by John Wilkes Booth.  There was a John Booth that went missing during this period from Hawaii.
    One of the descendants of the Booth Family in Hawaii appears to be the current President Obama, son of an international slave ring person whose family captured their own people placing them in bondage.  The Booth Family are also part of the bankers, Obama's grandmother was a CEO/Corporate Executive Officer of Bank of Hawaii.
    Obama currently sticks to the planned agenda of gun control, mass extermination of Innocents by planned, Wars, etc. Premeditated by the CFR/Council on Foreign Relations, et. als.
    The move to strip the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence has been ongoing with England/Britain supporting the U.S. Administration since the signing of the Rush -Baggot Treaty in Rush-Bagot Agreement, finalized Apr 1817. US Secretary of State James Monroe proposed to British Foreign Secretary Lord Castlereagh in 1816 that the 2 countries should agree to limit naval armaments to one ship each, on Lakes Ontario and Champlain, and 2 each on the Upper Lakes. Thus, in 1817, notes were exchanged between Acting Secretary of State Richard Rush and Sir Charles Bagot, British minister in Washington.
    Since naval disarmament of the lakes was virtually complete after 1817, the Rush-Bagot Agreement is considered to have ended the British-US naval race and is frequently cited as the diplomatic origin of the friendly international border. In fact, only naval power on the lakes was affected, for the US and Britain continued to build land FORTIFICATIONS along the border for the next half century.

    RUSH-BAGOT TREATY DEMILITARIZES LAKES

    At the end of the article, you'll notice that England/Britain including the Vatican are supporting Obama in the move to strip Americans of arms, gun control.
    The move to assassinate Sheriff Arpaio was very recent for he is a sincere, deep threat to the goals of these international Pirates who have gone on without being suspected of their planned moves against innocents and have now been exposed for who they are.
    Alien born President Obama is not legal, and continues on disregarding the rules of law, serves to extinguish all Rights afforded, and at the expense of millions of Americans, Innocents who have died needlessly over time due to planned Wars.
    All that Obama has done by passing laws, signing Executive Orders which was started as a 'Tradition' since President George Washington will be Null and Void, and subject to treason charges, prosecution, as with others who did promote evils upon Innocents now documented.  
    Because the Monarchy Governments around the World, including the Middle East which had many Monarchy Governments and with Hawaii, a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation existing,  have been or will be Plundered Upon by the documented nations, the leaders of the United Nations which was formed with the agreement to divvy up the assets of Plundered Nations, it is imperative that support to Americans and other citizens in what John Nelson has found in his studies:
    "Since this move is being hidden from the people of America, we know and understand that treason is being committed by the President of the United States and by many members of Congress."

Sincere consideration of “Presentment” to a Grand Jury under the ordained and established constitution for the United States of American (1787), Amendment V is in order. Numerous High Crimes and Misdemeanors have been committed under the Constitution for the United States of America, and Laws made in Pursuance thereof, and under the constitution for the State of Colorado, and the laws made in Pursuance thereof, and against the Peace and Dignity of the People, including but not limited to, C.R.S. 18-11-203, which defines and prescribes punishment for “Seditious Associations” which is applicable to the other constitutions, and the intents and professed purposes of their Organizations, Corporations and Associations. If the Presentment should be obstructed by the members of the Bar, ARREST THEM."
Additionally, the 1849 Permanent Friendship Treaty between Hawaii and the U.S. locks in the 1849 U.S. Constitution which helps to maintain the "right to bear arms" etc. and Alien born Obama cannot strip Americans of the Constitution at the least, and when declared illegal, prosecuted, charged with treason, imprisoned, etc. his laws, executive orders will be no more.
The people through honorable representation can further move to prosecute Congressmen, Congress women, and others from Nations documented for planning Piracy(ies) in the International Criminal Courts as well.

Scores of volumes have been written on the Trusts, on particular industries, and special combinations of cpital. But no exhaustive study appears to have been made of the broad trend toward the concentration and control of industry and finance by Wall Street financiers, during the remarkable period culminating in the aggressive antitrust legislation afte the financial crash of 1907. Among the best popular books on the Standard Oil Trust may be mentioned: WEALTH AGAINST COMMON WEALTH by Henry Demarest Lloyd (1894); HISTORY OF THE STANDARD OIL TRUST, BY S.C.T. Dodd (1894); RISE AND PROGRESS OF THE STANDARD OIL COMPANY, BY Gilbert Holland Montague (1903); HISTORY OF THE STANDARD OIL COMPANY, by Ida M. Tarbell (1904). To supplement these books, bringing the facts relating to this great business aggregation down to later dates, reference should be made to government exhibits, such as the report of the United States Industrial Commission (1900 and 1902); the testimony in the Supreme Court suit for dissolution (1910 and 1911) and the report of the “Money Trust Investigation” made by the Committee on Banking and Currency of the House of Representatives in 1913. These latter are a real mine of information regarding the activities not only of Standard Oil magnates in business and banking fields, but of others as well during the preceding decade. The story of the Morgan banking house has never been full told, though the LIFE STORY OF J.P. MORGAN, BY Carl Hovey (1911), presents a fair outline. Consult also, FORTY YEARS OF AMERICAN FINANCE, BY Alexander D. Noyes (1909) which contains interesting chapters on the government financing undertaken by the firm. The facts of Edward H. Harriman’s remarkable career can be culled only from the current financial publications of the period. Government reports, such as the testimony in the Supreme Court suit for the dissolution of the Northern Securities Company (1904) and the report of the Committee on Banking and Currency, show the general activities of the Harriman financiers and their connections with Wall Street. The rise to power of the steel and iron magnates and the growth of allied industries have been presented to the public in various forms. A valuable but biased work is the INSIDE HISTORY OF THE CARNEGIE STEEL COMPANY, BY James H. Bridge (1903). THE ROMANCE OF STEEL, BY Herbern N. Casson (1907) is a very readable story. On the specific subject of Wall Street mechanism and finance, THE WORK OF WALL STREET, BY Sereno S. Pratt (1912), ad WALL STREET AND THE COUNTRY, by Charles A. Conant (1904), will be found interesting. THE TRUTH ABOUT THE TRUSTS, by John Moody (1904), is a statistical exhibit of capitalized industry and finance as it existed at the apex of the merger movement. On the general subject of industrial trusts and combinations scores of volumes have been written, some of value and many worthless. Among the informing, popular books of the past two decades may be mentioned: THE STORY OF LIFE INSURANCE by Burton J. Hendrick (1907); TRUSTS, OR INDUSTRIAL COMBINATIONS AND COALITIONS IN THE UNITED STATES, BY Ernst von Halle (1895); CORPORATION FINANCE, by Thomas L. Greene (1908); THE CONTROL OF TRUSTS, by John B. Clark (1901); TRUST FINANCE, by Edward Sherwood Meade (1903); THE TRUST PROBLEM, by Jeremiah W. Jenks (1900); and INDUSTRIAL COMBINATIONS AND TRUSTS, by William H. Stevens (1913). But to learn the full story of the great masters of capital of the last generation, one must depend chiefly on financial and investment periodicals. Chief among these are the COMMERCIAL AND FINANCIAL CHRONICLE, THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, and the New York JOURNAL OF COMMERCE. This article was posted with my article "Animosity AND GUNS INTRODUCED INTO THE HAWAIIAN KINGDOM, A Neutral, Non-Violent Nation  by PIRATES" in mind. 
Theodore Roosevelt - asserted his "stewardship theory" and acted under " the constitution or legislative prohibition."  Under his watch the FBI was authorized under emergency.
Howard Taft operated within the public interest and within the "Federal Constitution" or "act of Congress".
Woodrow Wilson in World War I followed Abraham Lincoln in part and relied heavily on Congressional assist.
Germany suspended the rights of their people in World War I.
Great Britain made similar legislation of their people in World War I.
Great Britain again made legislation suspending the rights of their people in World War II.
1950 - Harry Truman put his support behind the United Nations.
1933 -  The Korean War was not officially declared a War.  State of Emergency declared.
1939 - State of Emergency declared. (terminated in 1952)
1941 - State of Emergency declared. (terminated in 1952)
1950 - State of Emergency declared.
1970 - Postal Union strike - a state of emergency was declared by Richard Nixon.
1971 - Another state of emergency was declared by Richard Nixon.
Note:  In Reviewing the "Codes" identified, it is interesting to note that the assumption of buildings in the District of Columbia, leases or properties must be revocable under a State of Emergency.
Note the countries that expressed "State of Emergency" upon their citizens are part of the countries who made in pact in the 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona:  Prussia....Germany, Great Britain, and the United States.
The purpose of the 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona is to break down Monarchy Governments worldwide and move towards a One World Order, New World Order.
Problematic issues outstanding in the U.S. is the fact that the current President Obama is an alien, foreign born, not from the United States, not born in the Hawaiian Islands, but born in Kenya and pushes the goals of One World Order, New World Order under the "State of Emergency" power which in reality causes duress for the citizens, which legally Nulls and Voids all of his activities, empowers people to prosecute him for treason, etc.
Lastly, the criminal assumption of assuming private properties for the One World Orders or bankrupt nations with the intent to benefit off of others are significant goals underlying the devious plans by power hungry mongers, War Mongers moving to assume assets, benefits, minerals, wealth of Non Warring Nations, Innocents, etc.
The District of Columbia, Washington, D.C. is operating on lands owned by England/Great Britain.  
What with England/Great Britain being part of/ the head of the One World Order/New World Order, with their "Colony of the Crown" (documented when Prince Charles and his new wife visited the U.S. for the first time after marrying, (not Princess Diana)) the United States making laws on England/Great Britain, foreign soil  arouses suspicions doesn't it?
Something certainly seems so wrong about all of this.....
