Alas, after (123) years in exile the Hawaiian Kingdom is finally restored??
As the need of Hawaiian Kingdom's Restoration First Fundraiser they should have all Kanaka Maoli Ali'i of Lawful Claims enter a sanctioned Battle Royal and sell admission raffle tickets to the Maka'ainana for their choice of Mo'i! All proceeds to assist the process of restoration!
Now "Billy Boy K" had a Jury Trial. One of the three Charges against the once Appointed City Prosecutor and current ending two-term Mayor of Hawaii County was "Lying Under Oath"? I understand the degree of interpretation of the other Charges but I did not know the Legal System has enacted the "Degree of Lying"? I understand circumstances determined the "Degree of a Crime" like that of Robbery or Murder but had no idea or recollection the "Lying under Oath" had such a "extinguished order". It seems the degree of Lying is not based upon on "what you lie" but entirely on "how you lie" which is entirely based upon your Counsel?
No wonder "Lying" has become such a lucrative Profession especially of "Elected and Appointed Officials" for all an alleged perpetrator "gets is a pant on the back"while the General Public receives the "kicks-in-the-ass?
From my perch, a Judge can deny or honor evidence but not alter it? More importantly, the Judge is like a "JPO" directing "schooled" traffic and control what road you are allowed to trespass while in his intersection!
I wonder to what "Degree of Lying" Hillary Clinton will be aquitted of?
Please pray that Hillary Clinton not have the same Jurisdiction and Judge as Billy-Boy! Better yet, vote for Donald Trump and the "Games are Over"!
