5-Different Vegetable Juice

INGREDIENTS

Celery - big stalks - Promote appetite, lower cholesterol, eliminate fat in the blood, reduce weight, help urinate, elimanate stone, make teeth strong, normalize digestive system internal organs.

Chinese cucumber - 1/4 piece (peeled) - Cleanse blood, lower blood pressure, stop frequent thirsty feeling, help urinate, ease inflammation increase metabolism.

Red/green pepper - 1/3 (remove seeds) -  Cleanse liver infection, cleanse large intestine if infected, remove moisture, make strong muscle and bone, remove spots, eases swelling and boils.  Good for lungs.

Ampalaya (Bitter gourd) - 1/2/ piece (remove seeds)  - bitter melong or Mata - Ease inflammation, reduce thirsty feeling, and promote appetite.  Neutralize poison, ease swelling and boils, ease chilliness, nurture the brain, and help keep goo spirit, bright eyes.

Apple - 1 large -  Make stomach strong and healthy, help keep good spirit, help keep digestion, ease muscle pain, ease depression, ease swelling, normalize bowel movement, beautify skin.

(All vegetables must be fresh)

Recipe:

1)  Wash and clean vegetables thoroughly.
2)  Put them together, make juice using portable juice extractor machine, add no water.
3)  Make 500 cc at a time or 800 cc if sick.

Direction:

1)  Take the juice in the morning before breakfast
2)  Do not add anything (this is medicine)
3)  Take it within 15 minutes after preparation.

Notes:  Cancer patients took this vegetable juice for 3 - 4 months and cancer healed, disappeared without a trace.

Cure of other issues ranged from 3 days to 10 days.
