Robert Ebanez How many Grand children living today that have Mahele claims under their Grandparents ? We need to get together and stake our inheritance and put it under a family trust and the Alii / People's trust for the Kingdom. How many of you are willing to meet and form a committee to help other Grandchildren complete their stake? Keep in mind we all are not equal . the bloodline and ranking is crucial or else everyone will stake a claim.

Mark Miller Have you spoken to those involved in the massive Maui land dispute? How this is ever going to resolved among the family is a harder question than how the courts will rule after over 100 years.

We must win that case outright so that all the land will be placed in an ohana trust to benefit the direct family involved.
Manage
Robert Ebanez The A&B case and the corruption in the Sheriff's department will make it difficult , but we continue to resist and make it right.

Justin P Asing Mark Miller I have an idea to address issue's with the ohana as too who,and how all would benefit on a basic format!

Douglas Joseph Mark Miller The so called COURTS are not valid and are totally unecessary. They are FAKE and mean nothing. All the people must do is STOP partaking in the things that are creating that divide. The "United States" has NO VALID CONTRACT with the Kingdom of Hawaii, period. No need for courts. NO CONTRACT time for the U.S. and its fake system to pack up and leave. STOP paying income taxes, get rid of that driver's license and NEVER go to the DMV and register any property. I suspect the attorneys are a little nervous right now as they are under attack from all sides of this issue for creating this friggin mess. Winning in a court means nothing. Occupation is over.

Deldrene Herron Aloha Robert, my cousin. We tried going in as a family but Judge Nakamura and Chang said, " oyou must represent yourself pro se or have an attorney that will represent your whole family. Court cost a lot just for the motions, service to all the otherlitigants and claimants. We all know the Courts of the United States are oporating under false pretenses that we are a part of America. We know we are not. We know we are under illegal occupation by the United States and it's court system. All we can do is try to stop the greedy developers from stealing any more lands to which we are the legitamate heirs. OHA took 200+ achers in Kakaako as a settlement with the state. They took land that is ours to begin with. How stupid was that? We, as claimants to Mahele lands which are allodial Patents from our monarchs , is the highest title one can inheret. Over a hundred years, records missing or distroyed by the people who overthrew our government and formed their own illegal bureau of conveyance, conveinantly crossing out the monarch's name and replacing it with their own DOI officer's name (Judd, Dole, etc.) Pages missing when we try to find our titles? What's a person to do when your own lawyer claims they cant find a Will yet after thirty years I find it in the BoC in a half an hour? Too late, the land is gone to the plantation and they sold it to their church people. It's gonna be a long, long hard fight. The whole system is rigged against us. NO TREATY=NO ANNEXATION=NO LAW=ILLEGAL OCCUPATION.

Kika Lomi Waialae The trick of going to court is to get the accused to defend, the they are trapped and will never prevail! Is your accuser living flesh and blood or an legal entity that is represented by some male that is disguised as a woman wearing a wig and a long black gown and call himself the judge? That’s the problem! It would be an entity called the State if Hawaii, a non living being. Only a living being can charge you with something. All governments run under this system including Monarchies. One needs to understand the language of babble to stand a chance.

Deldrene Herron The babble gets to a point where we need to cut their brake line. Occupation, arrests, occupation and more arrests. Every single case gets thrown out because the "state" is not prepared to the challenge we put forward that this is a bogus state with kangaroo courts. All protector's cases dismissed; all bail returned; Next.... Our fight for our 'aina is a whole different animal. It's tigers -v- kitty cats. Well this kitty cat has a few tricks up her sleve. My classmates didn't call me DDT for nothing.

Kika Lomi Waialae Agree, however walking into the system prepared with definitions of words from the language the system uses will be of great advantage. When we go in to defend, we lose the game is over. Matters not what court we play in the language is the same. The court could be under the HK jurisdiction and will be the same language with the same rules. Stay tuned for episode 3 of the series, The World of Assumptions and Presumptions. There will be more clarification on this subject. Go get em DDT!
