The Rush towards War Against Russia and China appears to be a concerted move by the parties associated with the 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona (less China) - the parties involved are: Austria, France, Prussia, Russia, the United States of America, Great Britain with the Vatican who was complemented for maintaining "obedience" among the people.
The move is intended to create fear among the World's nations and to have the goal of One World Order/New World Order completed.
Greed by bankrupt nations pirating, pillaging weaker nations who maintain the rules of laws, international laws, treaties, friendship, commerce treaties are what keeps all at bay, and the scramble to undermine nations are the bold activities made by offending countries who seek others properties, resources, water, gold, monies while pretending to be helping others.
Problematic are those who signed into the 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona, the 1863-1865 American Civil War made bankrupt the U.S.A., Great Britain, and France.
In 1871 the Act was signed agreed to for the bankers, the Secret 2nd U.S. Constitution signed benefits towards the bankers. 
As documented in 1899 court case PEACOCK v. Republic of Hawaii, First Circuit Court, the U.S.A. was known as U.S. and the American Empire which had smaller nations under this group......the U.S. wrongfully categorized Hawaii under this and their rules based on their claims that there were no more Kamehameha's/Royal Families.
What changes all of this is the fact that the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America utilizes the first U.S. Constitution.
When the wrongful, criminal dethronement occurred in 1893, the U.S. was documented bankrupt and many of the banks were closing down..............the gold bullions, gold coins "of the realm", properties, resources, Crown Lands were claimed by treasonous persons who were supported by the bankrupt U.S. and whose Presidents were all descendants/heirs of the Crown of England/ Great Britain mostly claiming King George as their ancestor.
The Presidents were treasonous to the American people.
Russia did want to take over the Island of Kauai in early Hawaiian history, and Kamehameha descendants were taken to China as claimed by Lahela Ahlo mother of several children who left with their father.
One of the Ahlo's became a Judge in China, and a Kamehameha Trust in China was created due to the Sandalwood Trade.
Russia and China are in a fix because their and the U.S. use of depleted uranium, nuclear bombs, etc. has resulted in a crisis due to their water supply being depleted.
The greed for resources of other weaker nations resulted in the PLUNDERING UPON INNOCENTS for their lands, resources, etc. The most recent example is Iraq....the War for EXXON, Umbrella corporation which evolved from the Standard Oil Company......the move to War against the Middle East was made by those who created the United Nations, the U.S., England, and the bankers under the CFR/ Council of Foreign Relations.
The U.S. owes monies to all nations, including Russia and China.
The U.S. has borrowed massive amounts of monies for the purposes of War making their Corporations wealthy. The corporations include those who pack food supplies for the military, military uniforms, weaponry, equipment, tanks, etc. --- Businesses of War.....seeking fuel which is why the Plundering Upon Innocents occurred in the Middle East.....
The 911 Take Down was a preconceived plan to give a reason to Plunder Upon Innocents. The 911 Towers were owned by the Rockefellers the permanent Heads of the Exxon Corporation, the think tank of the One World Order/ New World Order in the U.S., then the Illinois University, the 2nd think tank, which is where current President Obama was schooled at, where Judge Fenton Booth graduated from, the Judge who adjudicated the Court of Claims in which Queen Liliuokalani entered for the Crown Lands...........
Therefore, the move to War by the U.S., is a diversion, when the move is to continue on the path of a One World Order/New World Order with the major powers moving together creating fear among the people, and Plundering Upon Innocents because of the criminal deceit by bankrupt, corrupt acts by those who are immoral, illegal, and can be documented as pirates, pillagers, etc. utilizing Article XIV of the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, and other nations who have treaties with the Hawaiian Kingdom.
Lastly, the bankers owes the Hawaiian Kingdom monies due to their fraud claims that they own the lands in the Hawaiian Islands.
All mortgages in the Hawaiian Islands are illegal contracts made by pirates, pillagers now documented.
All mortgage holders can obtain their monies back from their title companies or by suing their banks, the State of Hawaii, and the U.S. government.
The Hawaiian Kingdom's Treaty is with the United States of America and Not the United States or the American Empire. Therefore, the move towards War is to maintain fear by those bankrupt, corrupt individuals who seek to Plunder, Pillage according to their 'rules of law'.

This index looks at Purchasing power, Safety Index, Health Care index, Consumer Price index, Property Price to Income ratio, Traffic Commute Time index and Pollution Index, and gives an over all Quality of Life index Rating:
    Phoenix, AZ for example has an overall rating of 153.2 
    London England overall Quality of Life rating of 98.06
    Paris France overall Quality of Life index rating of 91.13
    San Francisco CA an overall rating of 163.03 
    Copenhagen Denmark, "happiest country on earth" a rating of 179.13 
    Kansas City, MO my hometown, a Quality of Life rating of 210,84
    Beijing China, what a shining Olympic City, with a QofL rating of -1.93
    and Moscow, Russia the land of Putin, Quality of Life rating of 5.18
    This Quality of Life that we can clearly see in their former Communist state of Russia and their China, is the direction the Global Banking Cartel "elites" are moving all people toward, this current massively oppressed state in Russia and their other mother lode Communist nation China is THE MODEL end DESIGN for all nations in their total take over Global "central bank" Governance AND status quo, with all our heads shoved 4 feet up or collective asses, failing to simple stand and unite to put and end to this pure "Central (FED) Bank" insanity, we sliding there fast... .
