HARMON and moves to recuse Honorable Judge David A. Ezra from the above entitled matter under 28 USCS Sec. 455, and Marshall v. Jerrico Inc., 446 US 238, 242, 100 S.Ct. 1610, 64 L. Ed. 2d 182 (1980). “The neutrality requirement helps to guarantee that life, liberty, or property will not be taken on the basis of an erroneous or distorted conception of the facts or the law.” The above mentioned Judge for the Ninth Circuit, District of Hawaii, was also the judge in several controversial cases that were either directly, or indirectly, related to the underlying lawsuits in this case. The following are examples: 1. Judge Ezra was the judge in Rice vs. Cayetano, (98-818) 528 U.S. 495 (2000) 146F.3d 1075. One of Defendant’s attorneys in an underlying case was John Goemans - the attorney for Freddy Rice in Rice vs. Cayetano. 2. Judge Ezra was the judge who sentenced Lokelani Lindsey to prison for bankruptcy fraud. Ms. Lindsey was a defendant in my RICO lawsuit, and is a named witness in the referenced case. On October 17, 2003, Lokelani Lindsey filed a “Request for Recusal of Judge David A. Ezra” in the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, in which she states, in part: I, LOKELANI LINDSEY, hereby declare and aver under oath the following: I am concerned about people in authority attacking me and setting me up, more so than in the past; and especially for the life, health and safety of myself, my family, my friends, my associates, and my property and their property. I hold responsible Leslie Osborne, Michael Seabright, Thomas Stevens, and Rebecca McKenzie-Young, as the insurer of my life and their life, health and safety. I do this because: 1. I have insider knowledge of Bishop Estate corruption and cover up of same. 2. I have insider knowledge of corrupt attempts to seize control over the Bishop Estate. 3. I have insider knowledge of further attempts to or acts of abuse of Hawaiians. 4. I have insider knowledge of grand jury tampering in Hawaii. 5. I have insider knowledge of other political and financial corruption in this state, and the targeting of people and groups related thereto.... I was arrested to block me from taking to the Grand Jury the evidence that I and others have of serious abuses in the Bishop Estate, abuses against the Hawaiians, and especially against the Hawaiian children. Bishop Estate Chairman Richard "Dickie" Wong today pleaded not guilty to criminal charges relating to an alleged kickback scheme involving trust land in Hawaii Kai. The Star Bulletin June 26, 1999 reported: "Circuit Judge Michael Town earlier this month threw out indictments against the Wongs and Stone, saying the grand jury's decision was tainted by the testimony of Stone's former attorney, Richard Frunzi, who had been convicted on unrelated federal money laundering charges."

ATLANTA — A long-time federal judge is facing drug and firearms charges after a stripper-turned-informant told authorities he used cocaine, marijuana and other illegal drugs with her.U.S. District Judge Jack T. Camp Jr. of the Northern District of Georgia was arrested Friday night near Sandy Springs, about 15 miles north of Atlanta. He was arraigned Monday before Magistrate Judge Charles S. - Judge Castagnetti sided with the criminal JUDD family, the Morgan's in the KUALOA case and claimed it to be 'lawful'...yet, she could not produce a TREATY OF ANNEXATION when queried by one of the true landowners......
Castagnetti claimed that she could not give out a copy of the States document and nervously stated that she had jurisdiction in the proceedings........

The three (3) are made up of 2 permanent parts: (1) Sovereign and his descendants and heirs (2) House of Nobles and their descendants and heirs. The third (3) part is a voted in part----and this is the part that did dethrone the Queen after conspiring with the U.S., et. als. =---- when Queen Liliuokalani declared that the Provisional government was neither de jure nor de facto, it appears that she recognized that the PERMANENT parts were in position and the conspirators, treasonous persons were part of the last third (3) part of the Hawaiian Government - the voted in, the non permanent parts of the government who betrayed her, the nation and the people.........and they were actually pirates because we are on the high seas.......and history shows that they were supported by the U.S., England, and the bankers........in other words, the pirates in operation are the "pretenders" tha Kauikeouli/ Kamehameha III talked about..........the Genealogies shows criminal racketeering, identity thefts, etc..... the Laws /Legal research shows criminal maneuvers on the part of the Judges....who were the missionaries/ mercenaries of the U.S., and documented treasonous persons who did help themselves by claiming that the rules that they passed became LAW and that was in 1884-1885.....add the fact that many of the Judges were American Civil War Generals............yep, everyone needs to do their research because the truth can be found from intense research...........and btw Queen Liliuokalani tore up the Constitution which changed the Constitutional Monarchy government back to a Monarchy government once more...........better check out the claimed Constitution put together by a bunch of American attorneys who did document that it was a "puported" Constitution ..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vm1WOqex8jE
