is designed to take PUBLIC lands AWAY from public USE to generate MONEY for the State!
This bill will allow FIFTY FIVE YEAR LEASES AND DEVELOPMENT on 3 PUBLIC LIBRARY LANDS!
The front and back lawn of the main library can become a mini mall by 2021, if the PUBLIC doesn't raise their voices NOW!...
This will give the state the excuse to move the Queens Statue, like they want to do anyway...
unless she stands in the middle of the FIFTY FIVE YEAR LEASED food court between the capitol and Palace...
Tourist resting-tour information-photo op-capitol tour guides....City Hall Tours...
the money making possibilities are endless...
the walkway can extend across to DLNR and City & County so city employees can have a food court...
The Kaka'ako condo owners will have an extended sense of ownership
and NOMO PUBLIC SPACE...

  • All of these lands they are talking about is Not for the Public, but in fact have land owners documented with Alodio Titles.....we have most of the lands filed on police reports, etc. belongs to Royal Families....we served notices to the entity State, we asked for rents, created a landlord lien, they are now documented as SQUATTERS/squatters.
