Jen Ruggles explains how she discovered that International Law and U.S. Constitutional Law require that she become a whistleblower as a county legislator in Hawaii; as an agent of the United States under The Hague and Geneva conventions, alongside other legislators, judges, and government officials, Jen could be held accountable for committing war crimes in the Hawaiian Islands.



Thank you for stepping up to the plate because the others are indeed perpetuating crimes, piracies, pillaging, fraud, etc. Reference 1849/1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States see article XIV ...also, the only parties to the treaty is only Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs and successors or only his families...no one else.... the U.S. did assist in helping to overthrow the Hawaiian Kingdom since 1841.
