Royal Families - _Mataio Kekuanaoa's, Abner Paki's lands, et. als.__Accounts
Greetings,
Our House of Nobles came together about eight (8+) years ago.
We were sued by the illegal entity State of Hawaii which bases itself on identity theft, piracy(ies), pillaging, racketeering, fraud, premeditation, conspiracies, etc. with the aid of the United States who is documented as one of our three (3) protectorates.
Do protectorates pirate lands, assets? Do protectorates recognize the facts that the permanent treaties of amity, friendship count in the interactions with the Law of Nations even though the changeover from the Law of Nations to League of Nations to the CFR/Council of Foreign Relations which included the United States, Great Britain and the J.P. Morgan bankers which concocted the United Nations with the move to create a One World Order/New World Order with intentions of decimating the populations, etc.
Brief Background
The wicked scheme was set in place by a Secret Treaty of Verona of 1822, even after the Hawaiian Kingdom was recognized as a Monarchy Government in 1810.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli developed a Constitutional Monarchy since the Constitution of 1840.
The planned, premeditation of the Hawaiian Kingdom came as early as 1841 during the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and while U.S. President Tyler was in office.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli is to be credited for his brave, outstanding move in helping to set up a land system which involved an alodio land titles for kanaka maoli, and to aliens fee simple titles or only 30 years/freehold/less than alodio titles.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave forever titles to his people, kanaka maoli and was a conveyance of his father's lands. He shared his lands with our kanaka maoli. He said that it was unlike other Monarchy/Constitutional Monarchies such as Spain, Great Britain who gave lands to their people and took it back after the recipient died. Unlike the forever lands conveyed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli through the Mahele of 1848.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli ratified the Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States in 1849. The Treaty was between Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs and successors and the United States President Zachary Taylor who had also ratified the Treaty.
Note: It was in the 1912 PA PELEKANE case where the usurpers entity called the Provisional government turned Republic then Territory claimed through identity theft that they were the "successors of the Kingdom of Hawaii". The heirs and successors were only the Kamehameha's heirs and successors, not an alien, pirate based entity.
The Kamehameha's exists and are legally able to prosecute pirates, frauds, etc. according to Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty.
The criminal move to extinguish the Kamehameha's were made by pirate of the Pacific Charles Reed Bishop and Friends including Sanford B. Dole who began his writings, his indoctrination of Bernice Pauahi Bishop being the "last of the Kamehameha's" in 1873.
Note: Probates shows that Kamehameha's descendants existed and recorded in 1871, which is where one of our ancestors was documented and many of us came together as the House of Nobles, and sued by the fraud based entity State of Hawaii over the Crown Lands soon after for a lien filed in the Bureau of Conveyances.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli signed another Constitution in 1852 and is to be credited for the anti-slavery law.
Note: the United States copied nearly every word for their anti-slavery law which was passed after the assassination of U.S. President Lincoln 13 years later.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was a progressive leader who loved his people.
The Mahele was finalized, all conveyances of alodio land titles were made and completed before he died in 1854. Sad that he said that someone had poisoned him.
The United States, Great Britain were bankrupt due to the American Civil War of 1863-1865. The loans of the United States were paid off in 1934.
Moving the time line forward, the United States lacked gold in 1893, supported the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani planned by a concerted effort of missionaries/ mercenaries, lawyers, lease holders who suddenly became land owners of fee simple or 30 year leases.
The Archives, etc. was shut down to give an ample amount of time to change, criminally change records, with the intent to obstruct justice, pirate, pillage, plunder upon our Constitutional Monarch and her people which outnumbered the usurpers supported by the United States and guns, cannons, etc. against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation who did no wrong.
My former father-in-law George Yamamoto who worked as an Assistant under Archivist Agnes Conrad had complained to me about how the Archives was destroying records. Genocide is what these criminals did, and continue to do today as documented on Genocide Activities Reports filed since 1998.
An Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 with 281 pages showing names of the Crown Land owners, conspiracies, genealogies, including strategic maps of the Hawaiian Islands, the Samoan Islands, and Aetearoa. The U.S. feared that Japan would enter San Francisco Bay and that it would take more than 10 years to get them out, etc. I filed the Affidavit/Lien on 12/17/96 at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Hawaii, recording the facts on my own great great grandmother's property. Her name was Princess Poomaikelani, sister of Queen Kapiolani, and hanai/adopted daughter of Queen Liliuokalani.
Much research has taken place over time financed by our Royal Families, descendants of Princess Poomaikelani, Kalaniopuu, Kamehameha, Kaumualii, John Young, Isaac Davis, Kalanimoku's brother Keoua, Nuuanu, Akahi (female) and many others descendants/heirs documented for more than 30 years genealogies, 40+ years history, and 20 years of legal research. (Many have joked and laughed that my home was in the Archives, Bureau of Conveyances, Libraries, including Supreme Court Library all buildings located on our Royal Families properties.)
Over time, many of the supporters of our Queen turned into an outrageous amount of people calling themselves Kings and Queen's, which none of us ever did. So, forgive me if I laugh out loudly and view such people as clowns, not Crowns....including the treasonous based "Princess Abigail Kawananakoa" or Ellerbrock, her real name?
Rents Due for our Private Properties which are Alodio titles
As you may already know, much of the billings have been sent out and Eviction Notice has been made.
We are the landowners, the Private Properties owners, descendants of Kamehameha, et. als. with documents, laws in hands, including the KEKIEKIE vs. DENNIS case out of the HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Volume 1 which says that no one can take the lands away from you, not even the Royal Families themselves.
This case was heard and adjudicated in 1851 or three (3) years before Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli died.
The 1849/50 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States is an active treaty upheld by our Royal Families who are part of the Permanent Parts of our three (3) part government: (1) Sovereign - heirs and successors -a Permanent Part (2) House of Nobles - heirs and successors - a Permanent Part, and (3) House of Representatives - a temporary, voted in part of the government. The third part was made up of most of the usurpers in 1893.
Six (6) Alii were treasonous and were legally documented in our court of original jurisdiction the Hawaiian Kingdom Supreme Court and Judicial Tribunal Court: Bernice Pauahi Bishop, Albert Kunuiakea, Princess Kaiulani, Prince Kuhio Kalanianaole, and Prince David Kawananakoa, and King David Kalakaua.
Note: Much research has uncovered the evidence of the above and more, including Robert Wilcox, Booth, Boyd, et. als.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin documented in her Probate was Kalola (female) a true cousin who became a stepsister, which is where our Royal Families also descend from.
The pirate entity Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees were part of the planners of usurping Queen Liliuokalani.
Some of the same Trustees became part of the fraud created Trust of Queen Liliuokalani /Liliuokalani in 1909. Liliuokalani aka's had denied signing a trust with the usurpers. She had created a trust in 1872 with our ancestor Kekualoa/Kekua/Luika aka's and designated her and the descendants of her blood to be her trustees.
Letters Sent/e-mailed
Many letters, e-mailed to U.S. Presidents Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Trump were sent.
U.S. President Trump emailed and said that he believed in Rule of Law and the U.S. Constitution.
Note: The U.S. Constitution, Article 6 shows that Treaties supersedes State and Federal laws and even the Judges must adhere to it.
Research shows that the U.S. Never Legally Annexed Hawaii, and verified by University of Hawaii Professor Williamson Chang, and supported by Dr. Alfred deZayas of the United Nations, etc.

I, Amelia Gora, am one of the Representatives of our Royal Families and with our Royal Families Konohiki have moved to Bill for Rents, and have Liens on all of our Royal Families Private Properties which includes the Crown Lands which Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli documented that it was for himself, "his heirs, and successors, forever".
We are also the caretakers of the Government lands as the House of Nobles, and our Minister of Interior does the assignments as documented in the Deed signed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
